In order to investigate the effect of magnetic field on the liquid-liquid extraction, the extraction in the acetone-water-trichloroethane system was studied under magnetic field with different magnetic induction intensity.The results showed that the effect of magnetic field was positive in the extraction process, and the partition coeffi-cient and the yield of acetone increased-with the increasing magnetic induction intensity by 5.16%-8.35% and 1.85%-5.70% respectively. The effect of magnetic field on the extraction was intensified when the temperature became, higher. The experimental data of the partition coefficient of acetone were correlated by the method of least square in terms of a power-law correlation. 展开更多

Phase partition of acrylonitrile in the vinylidene chloride/water system at different temperature and under pressure was studied. A calculation method for average VDC-AN copolymer composition with AN phase partition considered was proposed. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data nearly the entire conversion range. VDC-AN copolymer with narrower composition distribution can be prepared in the suspension process and interpreted with dynamic equilibrium of AN between the oil and water phases continuously. 展开更多

Vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) for a ternary system of methyldichlorosilane + methylvinyldichlorosi-lane + toluene and constituent binary systems were measured at 101.3kPa using a new type of magnetical pump-ebulliometer. The equilibrium compositions of the vapor phase of binary systems were calculated indirectly from the total pressure-temperature-liquid composition (pTx). The experimental data were correlated with the Wilson and NRTL(non-random two liquid) equations. The parameters of the Wilson model were employed to predict the ternary VLE data. The calculated boiling points were in good agreement with the experimental ones. 展开更多

Cu-ZSM-5 molecular sieves were prepared by the ion-exchange of NH4-ZSM-5 with Cu^2+ ions in Cu(NO3)2 solution, and was characterized by diffuse reflectance ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (DRS-UV-vis), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) techniques. And at same time, the catalytic activity of the obtained Cu-ZSM-5 in the trichloroethylene (TCE) combustion with air in the fixed-bed system was also investigated in the present work. The results indicated that the copper content in Cu-ZSM-5 was increased with the increasing Cu2+ concentration in ion-exchange solution, and however the catalytic activity was not always increased with the copper content in Cu-ZSM-5. It was found that Cu-ZSM-5, prepared with 0.091mol/L of Cu^2+ solution, exhibited the best catalytic activity in TCE combustion. In combination with the characterization results by DRS-UV-vis and FT-IR techniques, it was deduced that the catalytic active species of Cu-ZSM-5 in TCE combustion with air was the skeletal copper of molecular sieves. 展开更多
