Analysis and Calculation of the Flow Pressure in the Multipoint Steam Injection String of a Horizontal Well 被引量:1

The multipoint steam injection string of the horizontal well is a commonly used downhole component for high efficiency steam injection of the thermal recovery horizontal well. A reasonable layout of the valves to ensure an even steam output of each point is still not well designed. At present, a general design method which is urgently necessary isn' t applied by each factory. According to the balance relationship of the momentum, the energy and the mass of the fluid flowing in the string, the pressure distribution equation of the fluid flowing in the multipoint steam injection string is built. On the basis of this equation, the design calculation method of the multipoint steam injection string is come up with. A specific example is given in the paper. Study shows that, with the equation built in this paper, the string can be designed with each axial valve having the same output, so that the technical demand of an even steam injection of the horizontal well section can be met. 展开更多

Based on the interaction between hoisting vessel and shaft furniture, the vertical mobel test device is built and a large number of model tests and analyses are carried out. At last, the relationship between horizontal force and hoisting end load, hoisting speed or bunton level interval is gained. The three parameters horizontal force calculating equation of beep mine rigid shaft furniture is given and it can guide the design and calculation of shaft engineering. 展开更多

Air DTH hammer has been successfully applied in minor-caliber solid mineral exploration,water-well drilling and other drilling areas. In order to expand the applications of the technology,the authors further studied the principle and analyzed the mechanism of reverse circulation drilling technique with air DTH hammer to get the perfect assembles of equipments by optimizing working parameters. No parameter seemed more important than the air volume because it could maintain the working performance stability. The minimum air volume is related to the parameters such as depth and pressure,which was calculated under the actual conditions. It was solved for the air injection flow tables of the air DTH Hammer working at the different pressures. According to the data tables,operators could adjust the air volume to meet the demand on this technique,which had a realistic guiding significance. Regarding the lack of cold source for underground cooling systems from either mine inflow or return air, field experiments were taken in a high temperature deep coal mine with abundant cold source from surface water. Taking Sanhejian coal mine as an example, this paper introduced the technology scheme of heat disaster governance using surface water cold source. The paper presents the basics of this field experiment at the beginning, following by the design and site layout of the cooling system including the analysis and calculation of cold source. Numerical calculation method is also applied based on the operation parameters to simulate the influence to the surface river ecosystem. The results suggest that the temperature of surface water shall be lower than 34 ℃ after heat exchange, and when more cooling capacities are needed in the future, increasing the water flow is more favorable than increasing the cooling range of water, which is better for the ecological environment protection, 展开更多
