棒线材直轧工艺中小方坯连铸技术的应用

采用直接轧制工艺生产棒线材具有节约能源消耗、降低金属损耗、减少废气排放、降低生产成本、提高市场竞争力等优势,但直轧工艺对铸坯温度有较高的要求。为此,研究了小方坯连铸技术对铸坯温度的影响及实际应用效果。实践表明:在小方坯... 采用直接轧制工艺生产棒线材具有节约能源消耗、降低金属损耗、减少废气排放、降低生产成本、提高市场竞争力等优势,但直轧工艺对铸坯温度有较高的要求。为此,研究了小方坯连铸技术对铸坯温度的影响及实际应用效果。实践表明:在小方坯连铸高效结晶器技术开发的基础上,通过采用提高拉速、输送辊道增加保温罩、输送辊道提速、减弱二冷区水冷强度等措施,在保证连铸坯表面质量及内在质量的同时,有效提高了铸坯温度;当拉速由3 m/min提高到4.2 m/min,铸坯整体温度可提高约50℃;在铸坯切割前辊道上增加保温罩,铸坯整体温度可提高约40℃;当拉坯速度在3.15 m/min时,减弱二冷区水冷强度,比水量由1.2 L/kg降为0.7 L/kg,可使铸坯整体温度可提高约60℃。通过一系列措施的实施,满足了铸坯直轧对连铸生产铸坯质量和温度的要求,达到了优化工艺流程、节能减排的目的。 展开更多

We report the first atomically resolved scanning tunneling microscope (STM) imaging in a water-cooled magnet (WM), for which extremely harsh vibrations and noise have been the major challenge. This custom WM-STM features an ultra-rigid and compact scan head in which the coarse approach is driven by our newly designed TunaDrive piezoelectric motor. A three-level spring hanging system is used for vibration isolation. Room-temperature raw-data images of graphite with quality atomic resolution were acquired in the presence of very strong magnetic fields, with a field strength up to 27 T, in a 32-mm-diameter bore WM with a maximum field strength of 27.5 T at a power rating of 10 MW, calibrated by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). This record field strength of 27 T exceeds the maximal field strength achieved by the conventional supercon- ducting magnets. Besides, our WM-STM has paved the way to STM imaging using a 45 T, 32-mm-diameter bore hybrid magnet, which is the world's flagship magnet, producing the strongest steady magnetic field. 展开更多

Long-term precipitation change by hourly data in Haihe River Basin during 1961–2004 被引量:13

Hourly summer precipitation data recorded at 21 stations during 1961-2004 in the Haihe River Basin in North China were an alyzed. The results show that the precipitation frequency and amount and the morning peak mainly relating to longduratiol rainfall events decreased during this period, whereas the normalized afternoon peak mainly relating to short-duration event: increased, which may suggest that the proportion of short-duration rainfall has increased as the total summer rainfall has de creased. For short-duration events, the mean intensity and peak intensity increased at most stations and the time to peak inten sity decreased, which may be attributable to the higher thermal contrast between the warmer lower surface and cooler uppe level. In the case of long-duration events, the total amount was significantly correlated with the East Asian summer monsool index for the period 1961-2001 (correlation coefficient of 0.63). Although the total amount of rainfall in long-duration event: decreased in the basin, the mean intensity and peak intensity, as well as the extreme hourly precipitation, increased in the western basin and decreased in the eastern basin. 展开更多
