该实验研究采取了理论计算、单向实验和反应堆整体水力实验相结合的技术路线。反应堆整体实验模型的比例为1:4。模拟燃料组件按开式栅格模拟原理设计为2×2棒束组件,其轴向和横向流动特性分别与原型相同,每个组件的入口段装有测量... 该实验研究采取了理论计算、单向实验和反应堆整体水力实验相结合的技术路线。反应堆整体实验模型的比例为1:4。模拟燃料组件按开式栅格模拟原理设计为2×2棒束组件,其轴向和横向流动特性分别与原型相同,每个组件的入口段装有测量流量用的特制涡轮流量计和测量浓度用的微型电导电极。实验回路由额定流量为2×1170m3/h的两对称环路组成。实验得到的堆芯流量分配、反应堆各部分阻力系数、各部位旁漏流量和堆芯入口腔的交混因子等结果数据,验证并优化了反应堆的结构设计,为反应堆热工水力设计和安全分析提供了必需的和可靠的输入参数。 展开更多

As a transport means of oil and gas the submarine pipeline has many merits, such as continuous delivery, large conveying capacity, convenient management, etc. A tube was chosen in our study to simulate the submarine pipeline in the experiments. A high accuracy instrument ADV and high precision point-type pressure sensors were used to measure the parameters of the flow field, including the pressure distribution, velocities at seven cross sections near the submarine pipeline with five different clearance ratios, and twelve dynamic pressure values around the pipeline. The pressure distributions and velocity changes around the pipe under dif- ferent flow velocities and clearance ratios were analyzed. These results might be useful for further study of submarine pipeline ero- sion and protection. 展开更多

Mesomechanical simulation of direct shear test on outwash deposits with granular discrete element method 被引量:6

The mechanical properties of outwash deposits which are taken as unconsolidated geo-materials with the characteristics of non-uniformity, heterogeneity and multiphase have attracted much attention in engineering. According to the results of laboratory direct shear test on the remolded samples, the soil particle parameters of numerical model based on in-situ particle size cumulative curves and 3D granular discrete element method were determined. Then, numerical experiments on different lithology, stone content and gradation composition were conducted. The results show that it is not a flat surface but a shear band that yields in the sample. The curve of particle velocity vs distance from the designed shear surface of test model that is taken as a datum plane in the vertical section of sample shows in "S" shape. The shear disturbance area is about twice the maximum diameter of stone blocks. The greater the stiffness of stone is, the rougher the shear surface is. The shear strength of outwash deposits is largely controlled by lithology and stone content, and the bite force between stone blocks is the root reason of larger friction angle. It is also shown that strain hardening and low shear dilatancy occur under high confining pressure as well as possibility of shear shrinkage. But it is easy to behave shear dilatation and strain softening under low confining pressure. The relationship between particle frictional coefficient and stone content presents an approximately quadratic parabola increase. The strain energy first increases and then drops with the increase of frictional energy. The cohesion increases with soil stiffness increasing but decreases with stone stiffness increasing. Numerical results are consistent with the laboratory test results of remolded samples, which indicate that this method can be a beneficial supplement to determine the parameters of engineering deposit bodies. 展开更多

A series of experiments on the dynamic performance of the HPWH (heat pump water heater) unit with EXV (electronic expansion valve) under different environmental conditions were conducted. The dynamic heating capacity and COP (coefficient of performance) of the HPWH unit under different EXV openings were measured. The effects of the EXV opening on the performance of the HPWH unit were analyzed. Meanwhile, the dynamic performance of the HPWH with EXV was simulated and the results were compared with the experimental one. The experimental results indicate that during heating process, the COP increases firstly and then decreases for a fixed EXV opening, which is in good agreement with the numerical result. For different EXV openings, the COP and heating capacity of the system using larger EXV opening are superior to those using the smaller one in the initial heating stage. While in the late stage, the performance of system using smaller EXV opening is better. It is found that the system performance is improved significantly by changing the EXV opening in the different heating period and the average COP of the HPWH system is increased by 7.6%. 展开更多
