称重式雨量计在响水口站应用分析

根据2021年~2022年响水口站称重式雨量计与翻斗式雨量计降水量数据,进行逐月降水总量对比、降水天数对比及实测降水量回归分析,利用暴雨天数、暴雨极值的统计及与翻斗式雨量计降雨过程降水量一致性分析,发现称重式雨量计与翻斗式雨量计... 根据2021年~2022年响水口站称重式雨量计与翻斗式雨量计降水量数据,进行逐月降水总量对比、降水天数对比及实测降水量回归分析,利用暴雨天数、暴雨极值的统计及与翻斗式雨量计降雨过程降水量一致性分析,发现称重式雨量计与翻斗式雨量计观测数据有很好的相关性,能够很好地观测记录降雨过程中雨量变化情况,有效避免了大雨强情况下翻斗式雨量计反转不及时漏数据情况,日常维修养护简单,可以为实现水文监测自动化、实现全年降水量实时监测提供有力支撑。 展开更多

水位流量关系曲线延长方法的性能对比——以梅江水口(二)站为例 被引量:2

利用传统的水力学公式法及水位流量数学模型法,对梅江水口(二)站实测水位流量关系进行延长,分析对比不同水位流量关系曲线延长方法的性能。为解决水位流量数学模型法设置的目标函数求解易陷入局部最优值的问题,引入了模拟退火算法、遗... 利用传统的水力学公式法及水位流量数学模型法,对梅江水口(二)站实测水位流量关系进行延长,分析对比不同水位流量关系曲线延长方法的性能。为解决水位流量数学模型法设置的目标函数求解易陷入局部最优值的问题,引入了模拟退火算法、遗传算法、粒子群算法对目标函数进行优化求解。结果表明:针对有实测高流量年份的水位流量关系延长,传统水力学公式及水位流量数学模型法拟合效果均较好,但由于数学模型法需要对3参数进行优化,应采用多种算法对目标函数进行求解,综合对比选取水位流量曲线;若当年没有实测高水资料时,通过斯蒂文斯法及水位流量数学模型法均容易陷入错误水位流量关系,此时可通过曼宁公式法进行水位流量曲线的延长。 展开更多

The excavated height of the left bank slope of the diversion power system intake in Jinchuan hydropower station is about 16o m. The stability and safety of the slope during construction and its operation/utilization become one of the most important geological engineering problems. At the same time, it is also crucial to select a safe and economic excavation gradient for the construction. We studied the problem of how to select a safe and economic slope ratio by analyzing the geological condition of the high slope, including the lithology, slope structure, structural surface and their combinations, rock weathering and unloading, hydrology, and the natural gradient. The study results showed that the use of an excavation gradient larger than the gradient observed during site investigation and the gradient recommended in standards and field practice manuals is feasible. Then, we used the finite element method and rigid limit equilibrium method to evaluate the stability of the excavation slope under natural, rainstorm and earthquake conditions. The calculated results showed that the excavated slope only has limited failure, but its stability is greatly satisfactory. The research findings can be useful in excavation and slope stabilization projects. 展开更多

The Tonle Sap Lake is an important wetland area of Cambodia and Southeast Asia. However, wetland is under threats from infrastructure development, land conversion, water withdrawals, pollution, increased population pressure and hydropower dams building and affect the livelihoods of rural communities. The governance of wetlands is a key action in sustaining the wetland services and the well-being of people. The "wise use" is a key concept of wetland governance. Although there is considerable research on the "wise use" and the application of this concept in wetland management, its application in Tonle Sap remains challenged. Hence, this article addresses the question: How wise use is operationalized for the governance of wetlands in Tonle Sap and what implication it has on the wellbeing of peoples and the ecosystem services? It uses a literature review and a case study to analyze the wetland governance in Tonle Sap, Cambodia. The article describes the wetland governance based on ecosystem services, the direct and indirect driver affecting wetlands and how it threatens the livelihood security of wetland dependent communities. It concludes that the officially wise use of wetlands is a problematic in Tonle Sap. 展开更多
