某钨多金属矿尾矿水处理与回用试验研究 被引量:3

湖南某钨多金属矿矿物种类多,选矿工艺复杂,尾矿水中含有各种金属离子和浮选药剂,若直接排放会造成环境污染,直接返回至主流程又会影响生产指标,回用难度大。针对该钨多金属矿尾矿水难回用的问题进行研究,采用“石灰+GS-2”组合用药处... 湖南某钨多金属矿矿物种类多,选矿工艺复杂,尾矿水中含有各种金属离子和浮选药剂,若直接排放会造成环境污染,直接返回至主流程又会影响生产指标,回用难度大。针对该钨多金属矿尾矿水难回用的问题进行研究,采用“石灰+GS-2”组合用药处理尾矿水,GS-2是一种自主研发的偏酸性活化剂,配合石灰使用,能够加快尾矿沉降速度。处理后的尾矿水可回用于主流程各作业,回水率约为76%。对含Mo 0.063%、Bi 0.11%、WO30.35%、CaF219.90%的原矿进行试验,最终获得钼铋混合粗精矿含钼1.85%、回收率84.93%,含铋2.64%、回收率66.76%;钨精矿含钨31.89%,回收率74.44%;萤石精矿含萤石90.27%、回收率为73.76%。试验表明,通过调整选矿工艺,尾矿水经简单处理后可全部回用于主流程,获得较为理想的钨精矿和萤石精矿。 展开更多

The serious limitations of available technologies for decontamination of wastewater have compelled researchers to search for alternative solutions. Catalytic treatment with hydrogen peroxide, which appears to be one of the most efficient treatment systems, is able to degrade various organics with the help of powerful ·OH radicals. This review focuses on recent progress in the use of bicarbonate activated hydrogen peroxide for wastewater treatment. The introduction of bicarbonate to pollutant treatment has led to appreciable improvements, not only in process efficiency, but also in process stability. This review describes in detail the applications of this process in homogeneous and heterogeneous systems. The enhanced degradation, limited or lack of leaching during heterogeneous degradation, and prolonged catalysts stability during degradation are salient features of this system. This review provides readers with new knowledge regarding bicarbonate, including the fact that it does not always harm pollutant degradation, and can significantly benefit degradation under some conditions. 展开更多

Synthesis of TiO2 supported on activated carbon by MOCVD: operation parameters study

A novel metallo-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) technique has been applied to the preparation of the photocatalytic titanium dioxide supported on activated carbon. The effects of various condition parameters such as carrier gas flow rate, source temperature and deposition temperature on the deposition rate were investigated. The maximum deposition rate of 8.2 mg/(g.h) was obtained under conditions of carrier gas flow rate of 400 ml/min, source temperature of 423 K and deposition temperature of 913 K. The deposition rate followed Arrhenius behavior at temperature of 753 K to 913 K, corresponding to activation energy Ea of 51.09 kJ/mol. TiO2 existed only in anatase phase when the deposition temperature was 773 K to 973 K. With increase of deposition temperature from 1073 K to 1273 K, the rutile content sharply increased from 7% to 70%. It was found that a deposition temperature of 773 K and a higher source temperature of 448 K resulted in finely dispersed TiO2 particles, which were mainly in the range of 10-20 nm. 展开更多
