为了解决水平模拟井中双向牵引收放测井仪器的问题,设计了一套基于伺服电机控制的双向牵引绞车控制系统。将测井仪器置于水平模拟井中,仪器两端分别采用铠装七芯电缆线和钢丝绳连接,并通过伺服电机驱动的牵引绞车拉拽。利用实验室虚拟... 为了解决水平模拟井中双向牵引收放测井仪器的问题,设计了一套基于伺服电机控制的双向牵引绞车控制系统。将测井仪器置于水平模拟井中,仪器两端分别采用铠装七芯电缆线和钢丝绳连接,并通过伺服电机驱动的牵引绞车拉拽。利用实验室虚拟仪器工程平台(LabVIEW)编写人机控制界面,利用可编程逻辑控制器采集伺服电机脉冲信号,并控制伺服电机的实时速度与方向,从而构建由伺服电机速度模式和转矩模式协调工作的运动控制系统。经验证,设计的双向牵引绞车控制系统能够顺利牵引测井仪器在水平井中运动,满足测井仪器在待测区精确定位测量的需求。 展开更多

蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)技术是一种开发超稠油的经济有效方式,国内油藏在直井吞吐后普遍采用直井一水平井组合SAGD开发。以曙一区杜84块兴VI组油层油藏地质参数、流体性质为基础,采用高温、高压三维比例物理模拟系统模型来描述超稠... 蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)技术是一种开发超稠油的经济有效方式,国内油藏在直井吞吐后普遍采用直井一水平井组合SAGD开发。以曙一区杜84块兴VI组油层油藏地质参数、流体性质为基础,采用高温、高压三维比例物理模拟系统模型来描述超稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐后转蒸汽辅助重力泄油的开发过程,并对实验过程中蒸汽腔变化进行监测分析,根据蒸汽腔发育特征将蒸汽腔的形成和发育过程分为汽腔形成、汽腔扩展和汽腔下降等3个阶段,同时结合温场发育状况及产油量、含水率等实验数据,可以将直井一水平井组合SAGD生产阶段划分为吞吐预热阶段、汽腔形成(SAGD驱替阶段)阶段、汽腔扩展阶段和汽腔下降阶段。物理模拟直井一水平井平组合SAGD实验表明,最终注入倍数为2.8时.阶段采出程度可以达到58.5%,物理模型平均剩余油饱和度为19.40%。 展开更多

Analysis and application of the response characteristics of DLL and LWD resistivity in horizontal well 被引量:9

There exist different response characteristics in the resistivity measurements of dual laterolog (DLL) and logging while drilling (LWD) electromagnetic wave propagation logging in highly deviated and horizontal wells due to the difference in their measuring principles. In this study, we first use the integral equation method simulated the response characteristics of LWD resistivity and use the three dimensional finite element method (3D-FEM) simulated the response characteristics of DLL resistivity in horizontal wells, and then analyzed the response differences between the DLL and LWD resistivity. The comparative analysis indicated that the response differences may be caused by different factors such as differences in the angle of instrument inclination, anisotropy, formation interface, and mud intrusion. In the interface, the curves of the LWD resistivity become sharp with increases in the deviation while those of the DLL resistivity gradually become smooth. Both curves are affected by the anisotropy although the effect on DLL resistivity is lower than the LWD resistivity. These differences aid in providing a reasonable explanation in the horizontal well. However, this can also simultaneously lead to false results. At the end of the study, we explain the effects of the differences in the interpretation of the horizontal well based on the results and actual data analysis. 展开更多

A novel method for predicting breakthrough time of horizontal wells in bottom water reservoirs 被引量:2

Dimensional analysis and numerical simulations were carried out to research prediction method of breakthrough time of horizontal wells in bottom water reservoir. Four dimensionless independent variables and dimensionless time were derived from 10 influencing factors of the problem by using dimensional analysis. Simulations of horizontal well in reservoir with bottom water were run to find the prediction correlation. A general and concise functional relationship for predicting breakthrough time was established based on simulation results and theoretical analysis. The breakthrough time of one conceptual model predicted by the correlation is very close to the result by Eclipse with less than 2% error. The practical breakthrough time of one well in Helder oilfield is 10 d, and the predicted results by the method is 11.2 d, which is more accurate than the analytical result. Case study indicates that the method could predict breakthrough time of horizontal well under different reservoir conditions accurately. For its university and ease of use, the method is suitable for quick prediction of breakthrough time. 展开更多

In conventional seismic exploration,complex overburden prevents us from imaging the deeper underground structure,because near-surface velocity model cannot be efficiently simplified and accurately established. The virtual source method provides a promising solution,which images below a complex overburden without the knowledge of overburden velocities and near-surface changes. In this paper,the authors simulate the forward modeling under complex overburden with sources on the surface and receivers in the horizontal well,and reset the real sources into the horizontal well using the virtual source method,which subtly avoid the distortion effects of the complex overburden. Finally the underground structure can be imaged using Kirchhoff migration,so the feasibility and advantages of the virtual source method are verified. 展开更多
