浅谈低温烹饪水循环处理器的创新应用

关于现在《低温烹饪水循环处理器》简称设备,全世界对此产品都还没有概念:在国家高新技术领域内只能归类为厨房家用电器。其最终原理来源于分子实验实精确恒温箱。所谓的低温烹饪水浴法就是用科学的方式去用真空的方式分解食材成份的物... 关于现在《低温烹饪水循环处理器》简称设备,全世界对此产品都还没有概念:在国家高新技术领域内只能归类为厨房家用电器。其最终原理来源于分子实验实精确恒温箱。所谓的低温烹饪水浴法就是用科学的方式去用真空的方式分解食材成份的物理或化学变化和原理,然后运用所得的经验和数据,把食物进行真空处理后再创造。就如同科学家创造出物理界的新理论,这种以科学研究为基础的创作观念,最大的价值或者就是它让我们更好地提练菜式中的营养成份,机器温控在±0.1℃之间,改进传统手段,它更挖掘出美食的营养成份无限可能。分子美食水浴法除了改进真空食物的物理和化学变化以外还可以研究另一领域:每一种感官如何影响我们对食物的评判。简单说就是用科学的方式去空真还原理解食材成份的物理、化学特性,然后创出舒味的美食。让人很科学地理解整个过程,这是一种超越了目前我们的认知和想象,可以让食物不再单单只是食物,而是成为视觉、味觉、甚至触觉的新感官刺激的烹饪概念。 展开更多

For coastal urban areas, desalinated seawater c... Global water security is a severe issue that threatens human health and well-being. Finding sustainable alternative water resources has become a matter of great urgency. For coastal urban areas, desalinated seawater could serve as a freshwater supply. However, since 20%-30% of the water supply is used for flushing waste from the city, seawater with simple treatment could also partly replace the use of freshwater. In this work, the freshwater saving potential and environmental impacts of the urban water system (water-wastewater closed loop) adopting seawater desalination, seawater for toilet flushing (SWTF), or reclaimed water for toilet flushing (RWTF) are compared with those of a conventional freshwater system, through a life-cycle assessment and sensitivity analysis. The potential applications of these processes are also assessed. The results support the environmental sustainability of the SWTF approach, but its potential application depends on the coastal distance and effective population density of a city. Developed coastal cities with an effective population density exceeding 3000 persons.km-2 and located less than 30 km from the seashore (for the main pipe supplying seawater to the city) would benefit from applying SWTF, regardless of other impact parameters. By further applying the sulfate reduction, autotrophic denitrification, and nitrification integrated (SANI) process for wastewater treatment, the maximum distance from the seashore can be extended to 60 km. Considering that most modern urbanized cities fulfill these criteria, the next generation of water supply systems could consist of a freshwater supply coupled with a seawater supply for sustainable urban development. 展开更多

Teaching methods of water pollution control and sustainable teaching innovation and creation was explored by many scholars, and the majority of workers engaged in teaching the course. Laboratory tests revealed that the behavior of brick masonry under compressive cyclic loading is characterized by three distinct stress-strain curves. These three curves are termed as envelope curve, common point curve and stability point curve. The envelope curve is obtained by superimposing the cyclic peaks on the monotonic stress-strain curve. The common point curve is the locus of intersection points of loading and unloading curves of the cycles. If for the same cycle, the loading and unloading are repeated several times, the intersection points of loading and unloading paths will stabilize at a lower bound. The locus of these stabilized points (lower bound points) of all cycles form the stability point curve. Therefore, the stability point curve can be used as a measure for the allowable stress for masonry under cyclic loadings. The proposed cyclic allowable stress level is associated with the accumulation of residual (plastic) strain levels as a result of cyclic loading history. The permissible stress level was found to be about two thirds of the cyclic peak stress of the specimen. 展开更多
