在同时用ICP-AES和ETAAS法测定As、Bi、Hg、Sb、Se和Sn之前,将携带二硫代氨基甲酸酸的聚氨脂泡沫塑料应用于交换柱固相萃取法中,以便从水样中预富集这些微量元素。通过交换柱的150ml水样溶液中的PH=4.5,NaCl浓度不到3%时,所有分析... 在同时用ICP-AES和ETAAS法测定As、Bi、Hg、Sb、Se和Sn之前,将携带二硫代氨基甲酸酸的聚氨脂泡沫塑料应用于交换柱固相萃取法中,以便从水样中预富集这些微量元素。通过交换柱的150ml水样溶液中的PH=4.5,NaCl浓度不到3%时,所有分析物的吸附回收率均高出97%。在0.5-5的宽广PH范围内,可达到As、Bi、Hg、Sb、和Se的定量固相萃取。将提出的预富集法与ICP-AES法测定甲醇洗脱液中的分析物联用,能检测到水样中的3μgl^-1As与Se、8μgl^-1Bi、0.12μgl^-1Hg、2μgl^-1Sb和6μgl^-1Sn。将吸附的分析物溶于异丁基甲基酮以后,采用ETAAS法可检测到0.06μgl^-1As和Sb、0.1μgl^-1Bi和Sn、0.08μgl^-1和0.3μgl^-1Hg。 展开更多

A novel method for on-site determination of trace iron was developed using membrane preconcentration and spectrophotometric detection. Fe(II)-ferrozine complex was reacted with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) to form a Fe(II)-ferrozine-CTAB paired compound, which was collected on a membrane by filtration under vacuum. The membrane was immersed in 2 mL of ethanol-nitric acid and the absorbance of the solution measured for quantitative analysis. Various factors affecting the iron collection and determination were investigated. With different sample preconcentration volumes, the range of determination was broadened to 0.5-120 ~tg/L. The detection limit of this method reached 0.19 ktg/L and the recoveries were between 97.2 and 109% when the concentration enrichment was about 45. The relative standard deviation (n = 7) was 1.9% for samples containing 10 ~g/L Fe. Twelve seawater samples were analyzed on-site using the proposed method, and two were also analyzed in inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. No significant difference was shown between the two methods by the Student's t-test. The method has also been used on-site for iron enrichment experiments with phytoplankton and concluded to be simple, accurate and inexpensive. 展开更多

The parameters affecting the ... A novel cloud-point extraction (CPE) was successfully used in preconcentration of biphenol A (BPA) from aqueous solutions. Majority of BPA is extracted into the surfactant-rich phase. The parameters affecting the CPE such as concentration of surfactant and electrolyte, equilibration temperature and time and pH of sample solution were investigated. The samples were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. Under the optimized conditions, preconcentration of 10 mL sample gives a preconcentration factor of 11. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) are 0.1 μg/L and 0.33 μg/L, respectively. The linear range of the proposed method is 0.2-20 μg/L with correlation coefficients greater than 0.998 7 and the spiking recove6es are 97.96%-100.42%. The interference factor was tested and the extraction mechanism was also investigated. Thus, the developed CPE has proven to be an efficient, green, rapid and inexpensive approach for extraction and preconcentration of BPA from water samples. 展开更多

目的探索适合于基层实验室开展的水中诺如病毒浓缩与应急检测的方法,评估钙离子法对水体中诺如病毒的富集效果及检测灵敏度,为水源性诺如病毒突发疫情的病原检测提供可靠的检测数据。方法将不同浓度的指示病毒(GⅡ型诺如病毒)加入到不... 目的探索适合于基层实验室开展的水中诺如病毒浓缩与应急检测的方法,评估钙离子法对水体中诺如病毒的富集效果及检测灵敏度,为水源性诺如病毒突发疫情的病原检测提供可靠的检测数据。方法将不同浓度的指示病毒(GⅡ型诺如病毒)加入到不同水样中,用钙离子法进行富集,用荧光定量PCR检测,根据富集前后的病毒浓度,评估方法的回收率;根据不同梯度的检测值,评估方法的灵敏度。同时制备不同的模拟水样进行荧光定量PCR检测。结果钙离子法的平均回收率为81.6%,检测灵敏度为模拟样本中病毒浓度为10 copy/μl。而10份不同模拟水样荧光定量PCR检测阳性9份。结论钙离子法浓缩水样中的诺如病毒,回收率与灵敏度均较高,操作简单;同时,荧光定量PCR检测方法具有快速、灵敏的优点,适用于基层实验室开展水体中诺如病毒的应急检测。 展开更多
