水权习惯属于物权或私权习惯,对于调整农村地区水的利用、流转等基本关系具有重要作用,其存在于山泉、河沟、静态水环境及地下水系统等相对独立的水环境系统之中。在水之利用方面有饮水权、灌溉水权、储水权、引水权、汲水权、排水权、... 水权习惯属于物权或私权习惯,对于调整农村地区水的利用、流转等基本关系具有重要作用,其存在于山泉、河沟、静态水环境及地下水系统等相对独立的水环境系统之中。在水之利用方面有饮水权、灌溉水权、储水权、引水权、汲水权、排水权、河岸权和水利权等诸多内容。总体上,农村水权习惯大部分与国家法律相协调,其构成了国家水事法律制度的有效补充,形成水权二元法律制度安排。水权习惯具有相当重要的生态价值、环境价值和法律价值。只有认识到传统水权的价值并使其与水法律制度相互调适起来,才能更好实现两者的"双重合法化"。 展开更多

A new metal-organic framework of MIL-101 was synthesized by hydrothermal method and the powder prepared was pressed into a desired shape. The effects of molding on specific surface area and pore structure were investigated using a nitrogen adsorption method. The water adsorption isotherms were obtained by high vacuum gravimetric method, the desorption temperature of water on shaped MIL-101 was measured by thermo gravimetric analyzer, and the adsorption refrigeration performance of shaped MIL-101-water working pair was studied on the simulation device of adsorption refrigeration cycle system. The results indicate that an apparent hysteresis loop ap-pears in the nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms when the forming pressure is 10 MPa. The equilibrium ad-sorption capacity of water is up to 0.95 kg·kg^-1 at the forming pressure of 3 MPa (MIL-101-3). The desorption peak temperature of water on MIL-101-3 is 82℃, which is 7 ℃ lower than that of silica gel, and the desorption temperature is no more than 100 ℃. At the evaporation temperature of 10 ℃, the refrigeration capacity of MIL-101-3-water is 1059 kJ·kg^-1, which is 2.24 times higher than that of silica gel-water working pair. Thus MIL-101-water working pair presents an excellent adsorption refrigeration performance. 展开更多

Nowadays,it is a matter of great concern to design electrode materials with excellent electrochemical performance for supercapacitors by a safe,efficient and simple method.And these characteristics are usually related to the vacancies and impurities in the electrode.To investigate the effect of the vacancies on the electrochemical properties of the supercapacitor cathode material,the uniform reduced CoNi2S4(r-CoNi2S4)nanosheets with sulfur vacancies have been successfully prepared by a one-step hydrothermal method.And the formation of sulfur vacancies are characterized by Raman,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and other means.As the electrode for supercapacitor,the r-CoNi2S4 nanosheet electrode delivers a high capacity of 1918.9 Fg-1 at a current density of 1 A g-1,superior rate capability(87.9%retention at a current density of 20 A g-1)and extraordinary cycling stability.Compared with the original CoNi2S4 nanosheet electrode(1226 F g-1at current density of 1 A g-1),the r-CoNi2S4 nanosheet electrode shows a great improvement.The asymmetric supercapacitor based on the r-CoNi2S4 positive electrode and activated carbon negative electrode exhibits a high energy density of 30.3 Wh kg-1 at a power density of 802.1 W kg-1,as well as excellent long-term cycling stability.The feasibility and great potential of the device in practical applications have been successfully proved by lightening the light emitting diodes of three different colors. 展开更多
