增稠剂是配制自密实混凝土常用外加剂之一,研究了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)增稠剂对水泥基本性质的影响。结果表明:水泥中掺入PAM后,水泥的标准稠度用水量随其掺量的增加而增大,水泥浆体的凝结时间延长;PAM适宜掺量为0.1‰~0.5‰,此时水泥屈服... 增稠剂是配制自密实混凝土常用外加剂之一,研究了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)增稠剂对水泥基本性质的影响。结果表明:水泥中掺入PAM后,水泥的标准稠度用水量随其掺量的增加而增大,水泥浆体的凝结时间延长;PAM适宜掺量为0.1‰~0.5‰,此时水泥屈服应力τ0最低,黏度η较高;在PAM掺量不大于0.5‰时,PAM减小水泥收缩;PAM对水泥浆电阻率的影响,反映了PAM的水解与交联的竞争作用。SEM表明,PAM引入封闭气泡到水泥中,同时还提高了水泥水化产物的密实程度,宏观表现是PAM掺量增加,强度没有明显增加或降低。 展开更多

磁流体是一种智能材料,既具有液体的流动性又具有固体磁性材料的磁性,在汽车、机械、建筑、航空等领域得到了广泛应用,在油气工程中也显示了较好的应用前景。介绍了磁流体及其在油气工程中的应用优势,在调研国内外磁流体在钻井液与完井... 磁流体是一种智能材料,既具有液体的流动性又具有固体磁性材料的磁性,在汽车、机械、建筑、航空等领域得到了广泛应用,在油气工程中也显示了较好的应用前景。介绍了磁流体及其在油气工程中的应用优势,在调研国内外磁流体在钻井液与完井液应用的基础上,分析了其在智能钻井液、固井水泥浆、压裂液裂缝监测、压裂暂堵转向剂、提高油气单井产量等方面的应用前景,指出了现场应用的关键技术,包括磁流体流变机理、磁流体体系制备与修饰工艺、磁流体性能参数优化和磁流变井下控制装置等。研究结果能为我国油气工程领域应用磁流体提高油气勘探开发效益,降低作业成本提供借鉴和思路。 展开更多

Significant changes in spontaneous potential and exciting currents are observed during water and grout injection in a simulated porous media. Obvious correlations between the seepage flow field and the electric field in the porous media are identified.In this work, a detailed experimental study of geoelectric field variation occurring in water migration was reported by analyzing water and grout injection processes in a simulated porous media. The spontaneous potential varies linearly with the thickness of unsaturated porous media. Very interestingly, the spontaneous potential generated in the second grout injection exhibits some"memory" of previous grouting paths. The decreases in spontaneous potential observed during grout injection is very probably due to that the spontaneous potential variations are primarily caused by electro-filtration potential, as indicated by the far larger viscosity of grout compared to that of water. The geoelectric response can be utilized to effectively identify the grouting paths in water-bearing rocks. 展开更多

This article studies the influence of the fineness of cement, fly ash(FA), its composite admixture and the amount and way mixed with superplasticizer on the rheological properties of micro fine cement(MC). By means of modern instruments and technologies (such as XRD, SEM, laser granulometer and superficial potential apparatus etc.), the article studies the mineral compositions, the appearance character of grains, particle size distribution and superficial potential of FA and its composite materials. And through that, the reducing mechanism of FA is thoroughly analyzed. The study shows that FA and its composite admixture are excellent components which can effectively improve the rheological properties of micro fine cement, and that the superplasticizer has a saturation point and the mixing way of it has a great influence on the rheological properties. 展开更多

The coupled effect of viscosity enhancing admixtures(VEA)and superplasticizer(SP)on the rheological behavior of cement paste was investigated in this work.Two types of VEAs,including hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC)and Welan gum,and two types of SPs,i.e.polycarboxylate(PCA)and polynaphthalenesulfonate(PNS)were used as admixtures for cement paste.Rheological curves of cement paste and simulated pore solution containing VEA and SP were tested.Simulated pore solution test results show that molecules of different SPs may generate different effects on the viscosity of VEA solutions.Hershel-Bulkley(H-B)model was used to fit rheological curve of cement paste.Strong interaction between PNS and HPMC was observed in this work. 展开更多

Effects of Limestone Powder on Rheological Properties of Cement - Fly Ash Mortar

This article studies the effects of limestone powder on rheological properties of cement - fly ash mortar with RHEOLAB QC type rotation viscometer. The Bingham fluid model is introduced to fit the yielding stress and plastic viscosity of the mortar. The POWER LAW fluid model is introduced to fit the rheological index of the mortar. The results show that, adding limestone powder and fly ash to the cement mortar significantly decreases the yield stress of the mortar, changes the plastic viscosity of the mortar, increases the rheological index, decreases the degree of shear thinning of the mortar, and thereby improves the mortar' s workability. In the case of cement - fly ash mortar, with the increase of limestone powder content, both the yield stress and plastic viscosity of the mortar increase. When the limestone powder content is not higher than 14%, the increase of yield stress is not significant. When the limestone powder content is lower than 8%, the increase of plastic viscosity is not significant. When the content of limestone powder is higher than 22%, the rheological index of the mortar decreases and the degree of shear thinning increases. The effects of limestone powder' s packing density, shape and size, specific surface area, and fluid volume, are found to be the four major factors responsible for the changes ofrheological properties of the mortar. 展开更多

Crushed fine aggregates are widely used for full or partial replacement of natural sands in concretes. The crushed sands present different characteristics from the natural sand, especially if taking into account the content of microfine particle, the distribution of particle sizes, the shape features, besides the different lithological origin. From the rheological point of view, the crushed sands frequently provide mixtures with high yield stress, high viscosity, high cohesion and internal friction, which hinders its use in concrete. This study is focused on the evaluation of the rheological behavior of concrete mortar phase when using different lithological types of crushed sand in total replacement of natural sand. The lithological types surveyed were granite, calcitic limestone, dolomite limestone and mica schist. Each of these sand types was studied in two ways: in natura and with adjusted grading curve. The results show the best performance of calcitic limestone providing lower viscosities and lower yield stress in mortars. 展开更多
