[Method] With tender stem of Hemistepta lyrata Bunge as material, the conditions needed in calluses induction and differentiation, adventitious bud differentiation and radication, test tube seedling cutting and transplantation were studied. [ Result] The results showed that the optimum medium for granulated calluses induction from tender stem was MS + BA 0.3 mg/L +2,4-D 1 -1.5 mg/L, for granulated calluses and adventitious bud differentiation was MS + AgNO31.5 mg/L + BA 0.4 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L. 1/2 MS + IAA 0.6 mg/L was suitable for test tube seedling rooting and regeneration, and cinder was used as transplantation and cutting substrate. [ Conclusion]This study will provide the scientific reference for choosing the feasible medium in tissue culture of Hemistepta lyrata Bunge.展开更多

The experimental results show that under the optimum hydrothermal conversion conditions, i.e., 50% NaOH (mass fraction) solution, NaOH/tionite mass ratio of 4:1, reaction temperature of 240 ℃reaction time of 1 h and oxygen partial pressure of 0.25 MPa, the titanium was mainly converted into Na2TiO3, and the conversion was 97.2%. The unwanted product Na2TiSiO5 remained stable in water washing, and its formation was prevented by improving NaOH concentration. In water washing process, about 97.6% of Na+ could be recycled by washing the hydrothermal product. The NaOH solutions could be reused after concentration. 96.7% of titanium in the washed product was easily leached in H2SO4 solution at low temperatures, forming titanyl sulfate solution to further prepare TiO2.展开更多

[Method] The effects of laundry wastewater on the contents of total nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus(TP), suspended solids(SS), chemical oxygen demand(COD) and linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid(LAS) were studied in 7 rivers of Shaoxing City. [Result](1) The contents of TN, TP, SS, COD and LAS increased by 92%, 99%, 340%, 351% and 923%, respectively, at the discharging moment of laundry wastewater; and(2) the five pollutional indexes significantly decreased over time, and especially 2 h after the discharge of laundry wastewater, compared with former the discharge of laundry wastewater, the contents of TN, TP, COD and LAS increased by 6%, 11%, 9% and13%, respectively, while the contents of SS still increased by 76%, i.e., SS required a longer time to achieve self-purification. [Conclusion] Laundry wastewater has some influence on thequality of river water, and the self-purification function of river water could effectively remove pollutants.展开更多

However, the response of nutritional quality to climate warming has not been fully understood in the alpine meadow on the Tibetan Plateau, especially in the Northern Tibet. Here, we investigated the effect of experimental warming(beginning in 2008) on nutritional quality in three alpine meadows(site A: 4313 m, B: 4513 m and C: 4693 m) in the Northern Tibet. Crude protein(CP), neutral detergent fiber(NDF), acid detergent fiber(ADF), crude ash(Ash), ether extract(EE) and water-soluble carbohydrate(WSC) were examined in 2018–2019. Experimental warming only increased the content of CP by 27.25%, ADF by 89.93% and NDF by 41.20%, but it decreased the content of Ash by 57.76% in 2019 at site B. The contents of CP and WSC both increased with soil moisture(SM). The content of CP decreased with vapor pressure deficit(VPD). The combined effect of SM and VPD was greater than air temperature(Ta) in controlling the variations of the CP content, ADF content and nutritional quality. Compared to Ta, VPD explained more of the variation in NDF and Ash content. All of these findings suggest that warming effects on nutritional quality may vary with site and year, and water availability may have a stronger effect on the nutritional quality than temperature in the alpine meadow of the Northern Tibet.展开更多
