为简化超疏水纯棉织物制备工艺步骤及条件,从仿生结构理论出发,采用水热一步法完成纤维表面粗糙结构构造及低表面能修饰。探讨了不同含量钛酸四丁酯前驱体及辛基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂混合物对棉织物结构性能的影响,优化了工艺参数。测试... 为简化超疏水纯棉织物制备工艺步骤及条件,从仿生结构理论出发,采用水热一步法完成纤维表面粗糙结构构造及低表面能修饰。探讨了不同含量钛酸四丁酯前驱体及辛基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂混合物对棉织物结构性能的影响,优化了工艺参数。测试了改性前后棉织物的微观形貌、X射线衍射图谱、水接触角、透湿性、透气性、耐久性。结果显示:钛酸四丁酯及辛基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂质量分数分别为0.4%和1%时,水接触角可达158°;纳米TiO_(2)颗粒均匀覆盖在纤维表面,棉织物超疏水整理效果较好,且耐久性好。认为:优化后的一步法超疏水整理工艺简单快捷,经济环保,对纯棉织物的超疏水整理效果良好。 展开更多

针对氧化钨晶相结构不稳定,光变色响应时间长,寿命短等问题,先采用水热一步法制备浅黄色氧化钨纳米棒,再通过磁力搅拌将其均匀分散到聚乙烯醇溶液中,最后采用快速连续的浸渍涂覆工艺在棉纤维表面涂覆氧化钨纳米棒,制备光致变色纤维,并... 针对氧化钨晶相结构不稳定,光变色响应时间长,寿命短等问题,先采用水热一步法制备浅黄色氧化钨纳米棒,再通过磁力搅拌将其均匀分散到聚乙烯醇溶液中,最后采用快速连续的浸渍涂覆工艺在棉纤维表面涂覆氧化钨纳米棒,制备光致变色纤维,并对其结构和性能进行表征。研究结果表明:光致变色纤维在紫外光照射下,在1 min内颜色由最初的淡黄色变为灰蓝色,并在5 min内逐渐变为深蓝色;在红外灯加热处理过程中,纤维的颜色在约2 h内恢复到其初始状态,表现出从浅黄色到深蓝色的快速、可逆的颜色切换。该光致变色纤维可规模化生产,可编织成各种图案,在开发光致变色纺织品方面具有很大的潜力。 展开更多

Hierarchically porous ZSM‐5 (SiO2/Al2O3 ≈ 120) containing phosphorus was prepared by a one‐step post‐synthesis treatment involving controlled desilication and phosphorous modification. The hierarchically porous ZSM‐5 featured high thermal and hydrothermal stability. The obtained ZSM‐5zeolites were systematically characterized by X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy, N2 adsorption‐desorption, NH3 temperature‐programmed desorption,and 27Al and 31P magic‐angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Theprepared ZSM‐5 displayed enhanced activity and prolonged lifetime toward hydrocarbon cracking.The high activity was attributed to improved coke tolerance owing to the presence of the highlystable mesoporous network of ZSM‐5 and acid sites introduced upon phosphorus modification.Additionally a mechanism of the stabilization of the zeolites by phosphorus was proposed and discussed. 展开更多

Hierarchical Ag/Bi2WO6 nanomaterials were prepared by a facile one-step hydrothermal method in mixed acetic acid and ethylene glycol (EG) medium. EG is employed as mild reducing agent for the formation of metallic Ag from Ag+ precursors. In situ energy dispersive X-ray diffraction (EDXRD) monitoring showed that the hydrothermal formation kinetics of Bi2WO6 in the presence of EG was significantly slowed down due to its very high viscosity. The photocatalytic activities of Ag/Bi2WO6 composites were evaluated by the photodegradation of methylene blue (MB) under visible light irradiation. The photocatalytic activity of Bi2WO6 is strongly influenced by the Ag loading. The enhanced catalytic activity of the composites is based on the cooperative effects of plasmon absorption band and separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs. 展开更多

Uniform core-shell SiO2@Fe_3O_4@C microspheres were prepared by a one-step hydrothermal method with SiO_2 microspheres as the template, and the hollow Fe_3O_4@C(HFC) microspheres were achieved via etching SiO_2 template. By changing the sizes of SiO_2 microspheres, a series of HFC microspheres with variable cavity sizes were obtained to study the relationship between cavity size and microwave absorbing(MA) performance for the first time. The morphology and structure of samples were characterized in detail. The results showed that the MA performance of HFC sample depended on its cavity size. In particular, the hollow structure was good for improving MA performance and could make MA move to the high-frequency region. More importantly, as the cavity size increases, the resonance frequency of HFC-i(i=1,2, 3, 4) samples moved to a low frequency, and the optimal matching thickness of HFC-i samples was increasing. Among all HFC-i samples, HFC-3 showed the most excellent MA performance,which could be mainly explained by the quarter-wavelength matching model, intrinsical magnetic and dielectric loss. Furthermore,the MA performance of HFC mixture blended by the equal mass fraction of HFC-2, HFC-3 and HFC-4 was the comprehensive results of three HFC-i samples. All the above suggested that the cavity size in HFC sample had a great influence on the MA performance. 展开更多
