关于继二滩水电站建设之后四川战略性水电电源的选择意见

四川省缺电长达十多年,近几年虽有上百万千瓦的发电设备容量投产,但因缺口太大,缺电现象仍日趋严重。目前在建的大型水、火电站有可能于1990年前后相继投产,但从目前对用电负荷的估测,届时电力供应也不会有所缓和,甚至在二滩水电站投产... 四川省缺电长达十多年,近几年虽有上百万千瓦的发电设备容量投产,但因缺口太大,缺电现象仍日趋严重。目前在建的大型水、火电站有可能于1990年前后相继投产,但从目前对用电负荷的估测,届时电力供应也不会有所缓和,甚至在二滩水电站投产后还摆脱不了缺电的局面,电力紧缺仍然是制约四川国民经济发展的重要因素之一。为了解决四川2000年后的用电问题,本文就继二滩水电站之后的战略性水电电源的选择问题,提出一些意见,供有关领导部门决策参考。 展开更多

A modeling tool for simulating three-dimensional land frequency-domain controlled-source electromagnetic surveys,based on a finite-element discretization of the Helmholtz equation for the electric fields,has been developed.The main difference between our modeling method and those previous works is edge finite-element approach applied to solving the three-dimensional land frequency-domain electromagnetic responses generated by horizontal electric dipole source.Firstly,the edge finite-element equation is formulated through the Galerkin method based on Helmholtz equation of the electric fields.Secondly,in order to check the validity of the modeling code,the numerical results are compared with the analytical solutions for a homogeneous half-space model.Finally,other three models are simulated with three-dimensional electromagnetic responses.The results indicate that the method can be applied for solving three-dimensional electromagnetic responses.The algorithm has been demonstrated,which can be effective to modeling the complex geo-electrical structures.This efficient algorithm will help to study the distribution laws of3-D land frequency-domain controlled-source electromagnetic responses and to setup basis for research of three-dimensional inversion. 展开更多

The development of Tongchuan City,Shaanxi Province,located in the northwestern region of China,is restricted by water resources.The direct current resistivity and induced polarization sounding methods are typically applied in finding urban groundwater.These methods,however,are not effective due to their complicated topography and geological conditions.The application practice shows that the audio magnetotelluric(AMT)method has a large depth of exploration,high work effi ciency,and high lateral resolution.To investigate the distribution of groundwater resources,we deployed three audio-frequency magnetotelluric profiles in the city area.The impedance tensor information of AMT data is obtained using SSMT2000.AMT data dimension analysis reveals that the two-dimensional structural features of the observation area are obvious.The main structure of the observation area is about 45°northeast,as indicated by structural trend analysis.A shallow two-dimensional electrical profile of 1 km in Tongchuan City is obtained by two-dimensional nonlinear conjugate gradient inversion.Finally,combined with regional geological information,the geological structure characteristics reflected by the electrical profile were obtained along with the detailed characteristics of water-rich structures in the area.The infl uence of the structure on the groundwater distribution was analyzed,and the water-rich areas were identifi ed.This work contributes to the prospective development of Tongchuan City. 展开更多

Catalysts play decisive roles in determining the energy conversion efficiencies of energy devices.Up to now,various types of nanostructured materials have been studied as advanced electrocatalysts.This review highlights the application of one‐dimensional(1D)metal electrocatalysts in energy conversion,focusing on two important reaction systems-direct methanol fuel cells and water splitting.In this review,we first give a broad introduction of electrochemical energy conversion.In the second section,we summarize the recent significant advances in the area of 1D metal nanostructured electrocatalysts for the electrochemical reactions involved in fuel cells and water splitting systems,including the oxygen reduction reaction,methanol oxidation reaction,hydrogen evolution reaction,and oxygen evolution reaction.Finally,based on the current studies on 1D nanostructures for energy electrocatalysis,we present a brief outlook on the research trend in 1D nanoelectrocatalysts for the two clean electrochemical energy conversion systems mentioned above. 展开更多

Electricity Generation in Turkey by Geothermal Energy Resources

Electricity generation generally is made in thermal, hydro, geothermal power plants and windfarms/windparks. Because of some advantages such as renewability, low-cost, clean, safe and naturality geothermal and wind energy will have been electricity generation source in the near future. Turkey has hot water springs suitable for electricity generation between 130-242 ~C with natural vapor and hydrothermal alterations in connection with grabens limited to active faults and diffuse young volcanism in Western Anatolia Region. Other renewable energy and electricity generation resource is wind energy. In Turkey electricity generation is made by windfarms/windparks. These parks/farms are generated 1,414.55 MW electricity. The year 2010 electricity general total installed capacity in Turkey is about 49,524.1 MW. According to the total installed capacity, thermal power plants have 65.18%, hydro power plants have 31.97%, geothermal power plants and wind farms have 2.85%. Electricity generation generally was obtained from 15 thermal power plants. In this study high temperature geothermal fields and windparks/windfarms in Turkey which are suitable for electricity generation potential were investigated. 展开更多

In this framework, among others, a pure hydro-generation company has to operate its hydro units, throughout the operating day, trying to fulfill the market clearing schedule or a bilateral contract, and modify the program in the intra-day energy markets if necessary (or more suitable) as real-time operation is getting closer. In this scenario the objective is to maximize the hydroelectric power plant profit from selling energy in the spot market or by means of bilateral contracts. In this paper the optimal operation of a head-dependent hydroelectric power station in bilateral market-short-term hourly hydro resource scheduling for energy is obtained. 展开更多

As an important energy carrier in terms of carbon neutrality,green hydrogen produced by water electrolysis using renewable electricity has attracted worldwide attention.The polymer electrolyte water electrolyzer(PEWE)has the potential to be a mainstay in the green hydrogen market in the future because of its superior performance.However,the development of PEWE is constrained by the slow progress of the membrane electrode assembly(MEA),which is an essential component of PEWE and largely determines the cost and performance of the system.Therefore,the MEA must be optimized from the aspects of reducing cost and improving performance to promote the development of PEWEs.In this review,we first discuss the recent progress of the materials and design strategies of MEA,including the cost,activity,and stability of catalysts,distribution and thickness of ionomers,and ion transport efficiency of ion exchange membranes(IEMs).Then,the effects of all components and interlayer interfaces on the ions,electrons,and mass transfer in MEA and,consequently,the performance of PEWE are analyzed.Finally,we propose perspectives on developing MEA by optimizing the catalyst activity and stability of IEM,interface contact between adjacent components,and evaluation methods of performance. 展开更多
