最近,中国水力发电工程学会举行了当前水电形势研讨会,应邀参加会议的有学会在京正副理事长、常务理事、顾问,水利部、能源部及有关司(局)、设计、科研单位的负责同志和部分专家、教授。研讨会是围绕《水力发电》1989年第1期“依靠改革和政策促进水电的大发展——能源部部长黄毅诚答本刊记者问”和今年1月全国能源工作会议精神进行的。会议在李鹗鼎。
