目的:探讨用经皮神经电刺激法联合无菌水皮内水注射法对产妇进行分娩镇痛的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年12月期间在浙江省宁海县妇幼保健院进行分娩的300例产妇作为研究对象。将这些产妇分为对照1组、对照2组和观察组,每组各有100... 目的:探讨用经皮神经电刺激法联合无菌水皮内水注射法对产妇进行分娩镇痛的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年12月期间在浙江省宁海县妇幼保健院进行分娩的300例产妇作为研究对象。将这些产妇分为对照1组、对照2组和观察组,每组各有100例产妇。在三组产妇分娩期间,采用经皮神经电刺激法对对照1组产妇进行镇痛,采用无菌水皮内水注射法对对照2组产妇进行镇痛,采用经皮神经电刺激法联合无菌水皮内水注射法对观察组产妇进行镇痛。然后比较三组产妇视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分、产程的时长、产后出血的发生率、产道撕裂的发生率、进行剖宫产手术的发生率及其新生儿窒息的发生率。结果:观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程的时长均短于对照1组产妇和对照2组产妇,P<0.05;其VAS的评分、进行剖宫产手术的发生率均低于对照1组产妇和对照2组产妇,P<0.05。结论:采用经皮神经电刺激法联合无菌水皮内水注射法对产妇进行分娩镇痛的效果较为理想。 展开更多

Skin care products with carbonic acid(H_(2)CO_(3))have gained extensive attention worldwide.However,the conversion of CO_(2) to H_(2)CO_(3) is not stable,and the mechanism of the effect of H_(2)CO_(3) on skin care has not been clearly proved.The hydration-dissolution behaviors of CO_(2) were investigated under different temperature,pH,and pressure conditions.Moreover,based on the phenomenon of CO_(2) hydration transformation,the inflammatory effect of CO_(2) hydrate on macrophages(RAW 264.7)was investigated.The result shows that the increase in temperature weakened the hydration of CO_(2),and the increase in pH and pressure both promoted the water-phase transformation of CO_(2).When pH<6,CO_(2) reacts with water to generate H_(2)CO_(3).When pH was between 6-7,the prompt solution was a mixture of H_(2)CO_(3) and HCO_(3)^(-).When the pH was between 7-9,they mainly generated HCO_(3)^(-).And when pH>9,CO_(2) solubility mainly converts to CO_(3)^(2-).Besides,CO_(2) can inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors by RAW 264.7 cells by inhibiting the phosphorylation of the p38 protein.CO_(2) hydrate inhibited the expression of pro-inflammatory factors IL-6,TNF-α,and up-regulated the expression of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10.Furthermore,the anti-inflammatory molecular mechanism of CO_(2) hydration inhibited the MAPK signaling pathway by inhibiting the phosphorylation of p38.The hydration-dissolution behavior of CO_(2) was investigated.This work revealed the anti-inflammatory bioeffect of CO_(2) hydrate,providing a theoretical basis and application support for CO_(2) skin care products. 展开更多

Objective It is well documented that epilepsy can increase neurogenesis in certain brain regions and cause behavioral alternations in patients and different epileptic animal models. A series of experimental studies have demonstrated that neurogenesis is regulated by various factors including glucocorticoid (CORT), which can reduce neurogenesis. Most of studies in animal have been focused on adulthood stage, while the effect of recurrent seizures to immature brain in neonatal period has not been well established. This study was designed to investigate how the recurrent seizures occurred in the neonatal period affected the immature brain and how CORT regulated neurogenesis in immature animals. Methods Neonatal rats were subjected to 3 pilocarpine-induced seizures from postnatal day 1 to day 7. Then neurogenesis at different postnatal ages (i.e. P8, P12, P22, P50) was observed. Behavioral performance was tested when the rats were mature (P40), and plasma CORT levels following recurrent seizures were simultaneously monitored. Results Rats with neonatal seizures had a significant reduction in the number of Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) labeled cells in the dentate gyrus compared with the control groups when the animals were euthanized on P8 or P12 (P 〈 0.05); whereas there was no difference between the two groups on P22. Until P50, rats with neonatal seizures had increased number of BrdU-labeled cells compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05). In Morris water maze task, pilocarpine-treated rats were significantly slower than the control rats at the first and second day, and there were no differences at other days. In probe trial, there was no significant difference in time spent in the goal quadrant between the two groups. Endocrine studies showed a correla- tion between the number of BrdU positive cells and the CORT level. Sustained increase in circulating CORT levels was observed following neonatal seizures on P8 and P12. Conclusion Neonatal recurrent seizures can biphasely modulate neurogenesis over different time windows with a down-regulation at early time and up-regulation afterwards, cause persistent deficits in cognitive functions of adults, and increase the circulating CORT levels. CORT levels are related with the morphological and behavioral consequences of recurrent seizures. 展开更多

Thylakoid membrane preparations of super high-yield hybrid rice (Oryza sativa L.), Liangyoupeijiu (P9) and Shanyou 63 (SH 63) were used for investigating its spectral and time properties by using picosecond time-resolved fluorescence spectrum measuring system. The thylakoid membrane preparations of P9 and SH 63 were excited by an Ar+ laser with a pulse width of 120 ps, repetition rate of 4 MHz and wavelength of 514 nm. The time constants of the excited energy transfer in these two varieties at flowering stage and grain filling stage were calculated from the experimental data. Based on the comparative studies of the time and spectral properties of the excited fluorescence in these ultrafast dynamic experiments the following was found: at both the flowering stage and grain filling stage, the speed of the excitation energy transfer, in photosystem was faster than that in photosystem II in P9 variety; and the speed of the excitation energy transfer at grain filling stage was faster than those at flowering stage for both rice varieties; the experiments also implied that the components and assembly of pigments in SH 63, but not in P9, changed during the process from flowering stage to grain filling stage for in these two rice varieties. 展开更多

[Objective] The experiment aimed to set up a method for isolating and culturing endometrial stromal cells (BESC) and endometrial glandular epithelial cells(BEGEC) of buffalo as well as laid foundation for studying biological mechanism of embryo implantation and uterine diseases. [Method] The enzymatic digestion method, scraping method, serial filtration and differential velocity adherent technique were used to isolate BESC and BEGEC, then immunocytochemical method and TRYPAN-Blue assay were used to determine the purity and survival rate of isolated cells. [Result] The BESC and BEGEC were successfully isolated and cultured while immunocytochemical method and cell count method demonstrated that the purity was over 90%. The result of TRYPAN-Blue assay shown that survival rate of BESC and BEGEC was 91% and 78% respectively. [Conclusion] The enzymatic digestion method, scraping method, serial filtration and differential velocity adherent technique could isolate BESC and BEGEC with high purity. 展开更多

Physiological Changes during the Process of Pericarp Browning in the Postharvest Litchi 被引量:9

[Objective] Pericarp browning in the postharvest litchi significantly reduced its commercial value and limited the expanding of litchi markets. Physiological changes during the process of pericarp browning were determined in order to identify the underlying mechanisms. [Method] Matured Feizixiao fruits were stored at 25 ℃ and 70%±5% relative humidity. The physiological changes happened in pericarp during storage were tested at an 8-hour interval. [Result] The fruit of Feizixiao (Litchi chinensis Sonn. cv Feizixiao) turned completely brown within 72 h after being harvested under the experimental conditions. Sharp increase of the browning index occurred from 48 to 64 hours after harvest (HAH). With the browning of pericarp,water content of the whole fruit and pericarp decreased continuingly. In contrast,there were no significant changes in the water content of pulp during the same period. MDA content,pH value and relative leakage rate of pericarp were increased during storage. Most of pigment contents including anthocyanin,flavonoid,phenols,chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll decreased. POD activity was initially increased in 32 HAH and then decreased afterwards. PPO activity was decreased continuously,while the activities of catalase and superoxide dismutase exhibited the pattern of 'increasing-decreasing-increasing' as the storage time progressed. Correlation,stepwise regression and path analyses showed that water loss of pericarp was the major factor of pericarp browning. Principal and cluster analyses showed that there were two stages of pericarp browning during the course of litchi storage. [Conclusion] Water status of pericarp was the most important factor affecting pericarp browning. The pericarp browning happened by stages,which was mainly determined by the water loss of pericarp. 展开更多

In order to study the effect of dietary copper level on blood and tissue copper contents in geese, one-week Sichuan white geese were randomly divided in- to four groups, and the geese in the first, second, third and fourth groups were fed with diet with copper levels of 39.55, 127.60, 194.75 and 255.22 mg/kg, respective- ly. At the ages of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks, the contents of copper in blood, liver, chest muscle and subcutaneous fat of the geese were determined. The effects of dietary copper level, age and sex on the blood and tissue copper contents of geese were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance. The results showed that the di- etary copper level showed no significant effects on the blood and liver copper con- tents of geese (P〉0.05); the chest muscle copper content of geese in the second group was significantly higher than that in the first group (P〈0.05); the subcuta- neous fat copper content of geese in the fourth group was significantly higher than those in the other three groups (P〈0.01); the age had significant effects on the blood, liver, chest muscle and subcutaneous fat copper contents of geese (P〈0.01); and the sex showed no significant effects on the blood and tissue copper contents of geese (P〉0.05). 展开更多

The effect of seed coat on drying dynamic characteristics and the changes of seed coat structure were investigated. A mathematical model was established to simulate the drying process and determine the moisture diffusivity. Numerical results agree well with the experimental data. The average moisture diffusivity of the seed with separated coat is 1.67 times larger than that of the seed with coat, and the moisture diffusivity of seed cotyledon is 3.2 times larger than that of the seed coat. It is proved that the seed coat is the most main resistance of mass transfer and is also one of the key points of the optimization of heat and mass transfer for seed drying. 展开更多

The hydration during 48 h period significantly and continuously decreased the animal skin resistance and had much smaller influence on the HEM. The relationship between the pulse voltage and the current across these skin models was similar to those of HEM in different hydration status, but there were some variations in the extent due to the various sensitivities. The profiles could be simulated by the equation of V=(4ART/F) sinh-1 (BI). The parameters A reflected the sensitivity of the skin species to the electrical field. The hairless mouse skin and hairless guinea pig skin were more sensitive than the HEM, the sensitivity of the hairless rat skin was the lowest among the skin species. The results were further proved by the tests of long period voltage regimens, but it was found that significant alteration of the skin resistance occurred in the very short time as the electrical field was set up or discontinued. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to investigate the influence of different size of ground Cyanotis arachnoidea C.B.Clarke particles on the release of β-ecdysone.[Method] The content of β-ecdysone extracted from Cyanotis arachnoidea powders of different sizes was detected through HPLC,under the chromatographic conditions:GRACE ODS C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase methanol:water= 40:60(V/V),column temperature 26 ℃,flow rate 1.0 ml/min and detection wavelength 248 nm.[Result] The extracted β-ecdysone from ultra-fine Cyanotis arachnoidea powder(particle size 10,30 and 50 μm) was as more than two folds as common powder(particle size 180 μm).[Conclusion] The β-ecdysone in ultra-fine powder of Cyanotis arachnoidea was more easily soluble in methanol.The extraction rate of β-ecdysone was significantly higher than that of common powder.The result showed that the technology of ultra-fine pulverization markedly improved the dissolution of the β-ecdysone for increasing the cell breakage rate,and then the active ingredients could be extracted more easily. 展开更多
