研究了钛白水解废酸中钪的回收及钪与钛的分离。在P204-TBP萃取体系中进行了钛白水解废酸提钪实验研究,在此基础上绘制了钪的萃取等温线,并进行了串级逆流萃取实验。针对萃取后含钪钛的有机相,提出了用洗脱剂EL洗脱负载有机相中的钛,并... 研究了钛白水解废酸中钪的回收及钪与钛的分离。在P204-TBP萃取体系中进行了钛白水解废酸提钪实验研究,在此基础上绘制了钪的萃取等温线,并进行了串级逆流萃取实验。针对萃取后含钪钛的有机相,提出了用洗脱剂EL洗脱负载有机相中的钛,并进行了相应的实验研究。对除钛后的有机相,考察了钪反萃的影响因素。实验结果表明:P204-TBP萃取体系基本可以实现钪的回收富集,经洗脱剂EL三级逆流洗脱,钛的洗脱率可达到98%,而钪的损失率仅为4%,钪钛的分离效果明显。洗脱钛后的有机相用氢氧化钠反萃,钪的单级反萃率能达到97%以上。钛白水解废酸经一次萃取、洗脱、反萃后得到的粗钪产品纯度可达到85%。 展开更多

The influences of kinds and level of catalyst, time of decomposition reaction on the distribution of dibasic acid and apparent yield of adipic acid were researched; the acidic washing waste water (BI waste water) producing from the equipment of cyclohexane oxidation by air was as stuff, the component of products by decomposed and oxidated in different conditions were analysed. It indicated that in the presence of cobalt salt the apparent yield of adipic acid was upto 10%-12% for the total BI waste water after the concentrated BI waste water refluxed for two hours, and then oxidated by nitric acid. 展开更多

A combined system consisting of hydrolysis acidification, denitrification and nitrification reactors was used to remove carbon and nitrogen from the nylon - 6 production wastewater, which was characterized by good biodegradability and high nitrogen concentration. The influences of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) in the influent, recirculation ratio, Hydraulic Residence Time (HRT) and Dissolved Oxygen (DO) concentration on the system performances were investigated. From results it could be seen that good performances have been achieved during the overall experiments periods, and COD, Total Nitrogen (TN), NH^+ -N and Suspended Solids (SS) in the effluent were 53, 16, 2 and 24 mg· L^-1, respectively, which has satisfied the first standard of wastewater discharge established by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of China. Furthermore, results showed that operation factors, viz. COD in the influent, recirculation ratio, HRT and DO concentration, all had important influences on the system performances. 展开更多

Treatment of methanol wastewater with two-stage and two-phase anaerobic process

The two-stage and two-phase anaerobic process (TSTP) composed of hydrolytic acidification reactor,first-order and second-order external circulation anaerobic reactors (EC) was taken to treat methanol wastewater. Test results show that TSTP process is quick start-up in 51 d, and the maximum VFA of hydrolytic acidification reactor effluent reaches 876 mg/L. Under the condition of volume loading of 6.56 kgCOD/m3·d, COD removal rate of the first-order EC reactor is about 85%, and under the condition of volume loading of 1.02 kgCOD/m3·d, COD removal rate of the second-order EC reactor is about 50%. When the inflow COD of TSTP process is between 7000-11000 mg/L, its effluent COD is lower than 600 mg/L. In the biological conversion process of methanol into methane,the production of acetic acids as an intermediate product can be ignored and the direct production of methane from methanol is predominant. 展开更多
