本文阐述了贝朗Dialog+血透机水路压力自检原理、水路图、自检代码。对Dialog+血透机常见的“即将重复DF(透析液)压力自检”机器报错中的三种故障:DF压力自检进入12350时,观察得PDA压力值从+380 mmHg缓慢下降、PDA压力值从+350 mmHg不... 本文阐述了贝朗Dialog+血透机水路压力自检原理、水路图、自检代码。对Dialog+血透机常见的“即将重复DF(透析液)压力自检”机器报错中的三种故障:DF压力自检进入12350时,观察得PDA压力值从+380 mmHg缓慢下降、PDA压力值从+350 mmHg不断上升、PDA压力值从+680 mmHg开始下降且MSBK1值在20000左右。进行分析和排查,最终通过更换超滤泵泵体、平衡腔膜片将故障排除。提示广大维修人员在设备出现报错时,需要根据维修窗口的自检代码和其他参数,对相应配件逐一检查,确定故障原因,高效解决问题,保证设备正常运行。 展开更多

Numerical simulation of dynamic pore pressure in asphalt pavement 被引量:7

For studying the driving role of dynamic pressure in water-induced damage of asphalt pavement, based on the fast Lagrangian finite difference method and Biot dynamic consolidation theory, fluid-solid coupling analysis of the pavement is conducted considering asphalt mixtures as porous media. Results reveal that the development and dissipation of the dynamic pore pressure are coinstantaneous and this makes both the positive and negative dynamic pore pressure and seepage force alternate with time. Repetitive hydrodynamic pumping and sucking during moisture damage is proved. The dynamic pore pressure increases with vehicle velocity. Effective stress and deflection of pavement decrease due to the dynamic pore water pressure. However, the emulsification and replacement of the asphalt membrane by water are accelerated. The maximum dynamic pore pressure occurs at the bottom of the surface course. So it is suggested that a drain course should be set up to change the draining condition from single-sided drain to a two-sided drain, and thus moisture damage can be effectively limited. 展开更多

The objective of this work is to compare the responses of geosynthetically-reinforced embankment and unreinforced embankment due to road widening by using the centrifuge model tests and a two-dimensional(2D) finite element(FE) model. The measured and calculated responses of the embankment and foundation exposed to road widening include the settlement,horizontal displacement,pore water pressure,and shear stresses. It is found that the road widening changed the transverse slope of the original pavement surface resulting from the nonuniform settlements. The maximum horizontal movement is found to be located at the shoulder of the original embankment. Although the difference is small,it is clearly seen that the geosynthetic reinforcement reduces the nonuniform settlements and horizontal movements due to road widening. Thus the reinforcement reduces the potential of pavement cracking and increases the stability of the embankment on soft ground in road widening. 展开更多

The dynamical-wave routing model of the urban unsteady and non-pressure rain pipe flow was established by conservation of mass, momentum and energy, and it was solved by applying the four point implicit difference method and the pursuit method. It was obtained from the experiment checking and comparative analysis that the dynamical-wave muting model can reflect influence like attenuate and backwater when flood peak propagate in pipeline with high calculation precision and vast application scope, and it can be applied in routing of urban rain pipe flow of different slopes and inflow conditions. The routing model supplies a scientific foundation for the town rainfall piping design or checking, disaster administration of storm runoff, and so on. 展开更多
