改革开放以来,乡镇个体船舶迅速发展,给水上运输市场带来了活力。但是,部份乡镇个体船舶为了减少开支,逃避国家的税费和管理,无牌无证从事营运,对运输市场、安全生产、通航秩序带来了较大的危害,以至成为水上安全监督管理工作中的老大... 改革开放以来,乡镇个体船舶迅速发展,给水上运输市场带来了活力。但是,部份乡镇个体船舶为了减少开支,逃避国家的税费和管理,无牌无证从事营运,对运输市场、安全生产、通航秩序带来了较大的危害,以至成为水上安全监督管理工作中的老大难问题。 无牌无证船舶给安全监督管理带来的主要问题有如下几方面: 一、“三无”船舶的技术状况普遍不合格,船舶破旧,消防救生设备不全,存在着极大的隐患。统计资料表明,这是目前产生沉船事故的主要原因之一。 二、“三无”船舶船主及所雇用的船员素质普遍较低。 展开更多

Human Resource Management in Operational Level of Generation Y at Northern Region Industrial Estate Lamphun, Thailand

The generation Y is a growing group of young people among the general workforce, having different behaviors and motivators at work. To study effective motivating factors for this group of employees can even show some interesting factors of Y-generation employees' value, such as high value of manager flexibility and sharing similar values with the companies they work for. The primary aim of this study is to understand the relationship of Y-generation employee's work motivation between operational behaviors and work and organization interests. There are several companies with a number of young employees at Northern Region Industrial Estate Lamphun, Thailand. These companies obviously need to focus on the requirements of Y-generation employees. The study population consisted of Y-generation employees of Northern Region Industrial Estate, Lamphun in which 410 are selected by simple random sampling for the research. The questionnaires were analyzed using LISREL. Two types of data analysis have been performed which are descriptive and Structure Equation Model (SEM). The research findings indicate that having behavior in the right direction should focus on motivation factors. Motivation to get work and organization interests should focus on hygiene factors. There is a correlation between the operational level of generation Y employees work motivation and their operational behaviors and work and organization interests. The relationship between them clearly is defined in fact finding for determining the human resource management policies. 展开更多

Optimization of Waterway with Multiple Locks and Canals by Integration of Petri Net and Genetic Algorithm

This paper presents the possibilities of job optimization in waterway with multiple locks and canals, in order to increase the system productivity. Safe navigation in such complex waterway system is very demanding. Some of the problems that need to be solved are: How to control traffic in a way that vessels move in opposite directions; How to resolve possible conflicts in case that more vessels try to acquire particular lock at the same time; How to avoid possible deadlocks; How to ensure the vessel passage in the shortest possible time? It is necessary to apply adequate control policy to avoid deadlocks and blocks the vessels' moving only in the case of dangerous situation. The motion of vessels can be described as the set of discrete events and states. Herein we propose deadlock avoidance algorithm for complex waterway system with multiple key resources and we use multiple re-entrant flowlines class of Petri net (MRF^PN). The solution represents deadlock prevention supervisor in a sense that vessels are stopped only in a case of immediate dangerous situation in dense traffic. The goal of this paper is to find optimal, conflict and deadlock free job schedule in CWS. In this sense, the authors developed the algorithm which integrates MRF^PN with a genetic algorithm. The algorithm deals with multi-constrained scheduling problem with shared resources. The final goals are minimization the total travel time of vessels through the waterway system. 展开更多

On fully-mechanized faces in nearly horizontal thin coal seams (NHTCS), the selection of the auxiliary transportation mode is difficult. Generally, auxiliary transportation mainly includes trackless or rail transportation. Combined with a familiar NHTCS fully-mechanized face, a multi-attribute decision- making model was set up for the decision. The index weight was objectively determined with the fuzzy number and entropy method. The priority order of auxiliary transportation modes was obtained from the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). The results show that: the net flow of the mode can be expressed by the function of the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway, the dimension of equipment and the thickness of the coal seam; Based on the cost type index, there is a positive correlation between the net flow with the height and width of the trackless auxiliary transportation equipment, respectively. The trackless auxiliary transportation equipment selection principle should be "height first then width". Combined with the field application of the trackless auxil- iary transportation in Liangshuijing coal mine, the proper method to achieve the safe and high-efficient exploitation of a NHTCS fully-mechanized face is trackless tvred vehicle auxiliary transportation. 展开更多
