The adaptability and survival rate of Korshinsk Peashrub are quite high and it has a strong resistance to coldness, drought and barren lands. The ability of branching and regeneration is considerably high, and its branches need to be chopped every four to five years, so the period of chopping for Korshinsk Peashrub is short, and the yield is high. Therefore, the advantages of Korshinsk Peashrub, such as abundant resources, easy to obtain, and high yield, should be made full use of, and the branches during chopping period should be fully utilized. Research on Korshinsk Peashrub resources can not only promote new development of the theory that applies to the specific biomass of Korshinsk Peashrub, but also help re- alizing environment friendly and convenient to use. It has great practical significance. The paper mainly introduces the advantages and research status of Korshinsk Peashrub resources in China. According to the test results of the physical and mechanical properties of similar materials in various quality mixture, a type of material with obvious tendency of rockburst was selected to produce a large-size model to simulate rockburst phenomena in tunnels. The prototype model comes from a typical section of diversion tunnels in Jinping Hydropower Station in China. The simulation of excavating tunnels is carried out by opening a hole in the model after loading. The modeling results indicated that under the condition of normal stresses in the model boundaries the arch top, spandrel and side walls of the tunnel produced an obvious jump reaction of stress and strain and the acoustic emission counts of the surrounding rock also increased rapidly in a different time period after the "tunnel" excavation, showing the clear features of rockburst. The spalling, buckling and breaking occurred in the surrounding rock of model in conditions of over loading. It is concluded that the modeling tunnel segment in Jinping Hydropower Station is expected to form the tensile rockburst with the pattern of spalling, buckling and breaking. 展开更多

The aqueous extracts from Diospyros Mollis fruits were extracted with water solution at room temperature and a ratio of 1:5 for Diospyros Mollis to water. The influences of temperature in range of 50-100 ℃, time in range of 30-80 minutes and a ratio of aqueous extracts to water in range of 3/1-1/11 were investigated. The results showed that the aqueous extracts from Diospyros Mollis fruits could dye polyamide fabrics to have black color with color strength and fastness properties to be very good level of 4-5. 展开更多

Contrasts of the stress of the reinforcing bars, the biggest width of the crack and the outspread section of the crack has been made with the different parameters of preloading pressure and reinforcement scheme, resulting in a reasonable preloading pressure and reinforcement scheme. Three gram negative bacteria isolated from infected koi carp, Cyprinus carpio L. and screened for sensitivity to thirty antibiotics by the Bauer disc diffusion method. Bacteria evaluated were Aeromonas hydrophila, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Edwardseilla tarda. A. hydrophila was resistant to ampicilin, cephalothin, sulphatriad, cefpodoxime and cefoxitin. Highest sensitivity was recorded to Colistin methane sulphonate and Ceftriaxone. High resistance was observed for P. aeruginosa in Kanamysin, Cephalothin, Sulphatriad, Colistin methane sulphonate, Tobramysin, Nitro Furantoin, Cefpodoxime, Cefoxitin and Aztreonam. Highest sensitivity recorded with Moxifloxacin. High resistance was observed in Co-trimoxamole and higher sensitivity performed for E. tarda by Tetracyclin, Cephotaxime, Ciprofloxacin, Norfloxacin, Ofloxacin, Moxifloxacin, Gatifloxacin and Levofloxacin. Out of that highest sensitivity recorded with Moxifloxacin High sensitivity was recorded for Moxifloxacin, Ciprofloxacin, Gatifloxacin, Levofloxacin. By means of antibiotic sensitivity test highest resistance was recorded to P. aeruginosa (MAR index-0.3) and least resistant was recorded to E, tarda (MAR index- 0.033). 展开更多

With consideration of the special hydrogeological conditions and layout characteristics of the hydraulic structures, the seepage control measures of dam abutment and underground powerhouse on the right bank of JinPing-I hydropower station is drawn up. Based on the three dimensional finite element analysis of seepage control with dry area virtual flow constant mesh analysis method, the rationality of the seepage control measures of dam abutment and underground powerhouse has been verified and the key factors affecting the effect of seepage have been compared. In combination with the curtain of dam abutment, the curtain of underground powerhouse is reasonable. The results showed that the steel liner of penstock after the curtain is necessary. 展开更多

Taking the year of 2 000 as an example,the minimum,the most suitable and the maximum ecological water requirement of Shuangtaizi estuarine wetland are calculated in this paper based on both ecological theory and Geological Information System technology. In addition,the remote sensing technique is adopted in the data acquisition process. Moreover,the total water requirement and the unit area water requirement for different wetland types are obtained. The result is very important for water resources planning,ecological conservation and regional agriculture structure adjustment in Shuangtaizi. Meanwhile,this study can serve as a useful example for calculating the ecological water requirement in other similar estuarine wetlands. 展开更多

As a main constituent of geological body, the rock masses have distinct differences from other materials, one of which is that rock masses are initially stressed in their natural states. Hence, it is an extremely challenging and significant research project to know the present residual stress of the rock masses in the earth's crust. Although some regularities of distribution of in-situ rock stresses can be deduced, the basic means to study the state of rock stress is in-situ stress measurement. After a brief review of several measuring methods of in-situ 3D rock stress, a new one, borehole wall stress relief method (BWSRM) to determine the in-situ 3D rock stress tensor in a single drilled borehole was proposed. Based on the principle of in-situ rock stress measurement with BWSRM, an original geostress measuring instrument was designed and manufactured. Preliminary experiments for determination of in-situ stress orientation and magnitude were carried out at an experimental tunnel in Jinping Ⅱ hydropower station in China, where the buried depth of overburden was about 2430 m. The results showed that it was feasible to measure the in-situ 3D rock stresses with BWSRM presented in this paper. The BWSRM has a broad prospect for in-situ 3D rock stress measurements in practical rock engineering. 展开更多

A general initial water penetration(seepage) fracture criterion for concrete is proposed to predict whether or not harmful water penetration(hydraulic fracturing),other than microcracking,will occur in concrete structures in a severe high water pressure environment.The final regression,of the different macroscopic failure types in concrete to microscopic ModeⅠ c racking,allows the use of only one universal criterion to indicate the damage.Thus,a general initial water penetration fracture criterion is approximately defined as a strain magnitude of 1000×10-6,based on the concept of tensile strain derived from experimental results in the relevant literature.Then,the locations of harmful water penetration fracture(hydraulic fracture) in the high arch dam mass of the Jinping first class hydropower project are analyzed using the nonlinear finite element method(FEM) according to the proposed criterion.The proposed criterion also holds promise for other concrete structures in high water pressure environments. 展开更多
