The rational calculation formula of pressure partial derivation is also given out. By using the chemical kinetics knowledge, problems of multi-component and finite rate chemical reaction contained in combustion gas of the rocket flow field are discussed. The method for solving the mass source term of chemical reaction is clarified. Taking 9 reaction equations with 12 components as an example and utilizing the established calculation program, the free jetting flow field of the rocket is simulated. Numerical results show the correctness of the numerical scheme.展开更多

Some are recent migrants. Some are refugees. Others are second generation migrant Muslim youth. The Australian Government has identified Muslim youth as needing some special assistance to obtain paid employment. The study reported here investigated some of the obstacles faced by 18 young Muslim jobseekers in Western Sydney in 2009. Interviews were conducted with young Muslims of both sexes who were actively looking for work. It is concluded that the apparent "religious" ostracism of young Muslim jobseekers results in a highly counter-productive form of "cultural unemployment" that impedes the logic of the flow of migration.展开更多

The numerical value My = 4.71 ±0.26 GeV is consistent with the experimental data. Considering the SU(3) symmetry of the light flavor quarks and the heavy quark symmetry, we also study the bound states φ'a(400-1200), γ′″ fo(980), and γ′″σ(400-1200) with the QCD sum rules, and make reasonable predictions for their masses.展开更多

Thus, turning skill-based English courses into content-based ESP (English for Special Purposes) courses has become a tendency at colleges and universities in China. The purpose of this paper is to analyze factors influencing the design of such courses through the means of questionnaire, individual interviews, data survey (e.g., educational plans) etc.. We found the following factors throw light on the questions relating to curriculum design of ESP courses: (1) the learners' learning needs; (2) the social needs (esp. labor market needs); and (3) the academic needs from the university. The analysis serves to reveal the gap between the school system and actual social and students needs. With these factors in mind, designers of such courses can adjust goals, contents, approaches, and assessments in the practical teaching. And thus these factors would enable content-based ESP courses to reflect learners' needs better and lead to more effective langrage learning in college English teaching field.展开更多
