ASGS allows to prevent the Dealer from kno...In the paper we propose a general, abstract framework for Automatic Secret Generation and Sharing (ASGS) that should be independent of underlying Secret Sharing Scheme (SSS). ASGS allows to prevent the Dealer from knowing the secret. The Basic Property Conjecture (BPC) forms the base of the framework. Due to the level of abstraction, results are portable into the realm of quantum computing. Two situations are discussed. First concerns simultaneous generation and sharing of the random, prior nonexistent secret. Such a secret remains unknown until it is reconstructed. Next, we propose the framework for automatic sharing of a known secret. In this case the Dealer does not know the secret and the secret Owner does not know the shares. We present opportunities for joining ASGS with other extended capabilities, with special emphasis on PVSS and pre-positioned secret sharing. Finally, we illustrate framework with practical implementation.展开更多

Based on the theoretical analysis on the influence of the transfer payments from the central government to the local governments' on the local governments' payments', this paper indicates that the local governments' efforts on taxation depends on the demand elasticity of the district for public goods, It increases with the increase of the elasticity. Judge the degree of the local govet:nment's efforts on taxation by measure 2. After an empirical analysis on the transJer payments from the central government to the local governments'from 2000 to 2004, this paper gets the con- clusion that the local governments' effbrts on taxation ctbates with the increase of supporting payments or with the increase of the ratio of transfer payments to local wiliing public paymentS. Under speCific Circumstances, the higher the ratio of transfer payments to the local fiscal expenditure is. the smaller the local governments' efforts' on taxation is" under the central payments, whereas' the higher the local income is, the higher the efforts is under the central pav- ments. KSSOLV(Kohn-Sham Solver)is a MATLAB(Matrix Laboratory)toolbox for solving the Kohn-Sham density functional theory(KS-DFT)with the plane-wave basis set.In the KS-DFT calculations,the most expensive part is commonly the...KSSOLV(Kohn-Sham Solver)is a MATLAB(Matrix Laboratory)toolbox for solving the Kohn-Sham density functional theory(KS-DFT)with the plane-wave basis set.In the KS-DFT calculations,the most expensive part is commonly the diagonalization of Kohn-Sham Hamiltonian in the self-consistent field(SCF)scheme.To enable a personal computer to perform medium-sized KS-DFT calculations that contain hundreds of atoms,we present a hybrid CPU-GPU implementation to accelerate the iterative diagonalization algorithms implemented in KSSOLV by using the MATLAB built-in Parallel Computing Toolbox.We compare the performance of KSSOLV-GPU on three types of GPU,including RTX3090,V100,and A100,with conventional CPU implementation of KSSOLV respectively and numerical results demonstrate that hybrid CPU-GPU implementation can achieve a speedup of about 10 times compared with sequential CPU calculations for bulk silicon systems containing up to 128 atoms.展开更多

This paper uses empirica...The coexistence of the slowing-down economy and the buoyant employment market has been the pattern in China in recent years, and the service sector has played an important role in this regard. This paper uses empirical analysis to prove that the service sector has a long-term mechanism to promote employment growth: first, the verification of the Baumol-Fuchs hypothesis shows that the income elasticity of demand for services in China is greater than 1. As the current development of the services is lagging behind, this sector has great development potential. Second, the revised employment equation shows that the employment elasticity of the service sector is much higher than that of the industrial sector, and its employment adhesiveness is stronger as well. The employment of the service sector can not only create more jobs for the national economy, but also help stabilize the job market. The employment pressure in China is mainly caused by migrant workers and college graduates. To solve the employment problems of these two groups, China has to promote the development of traditional services and speed up the upgrading of emerging services at the same time, and should neglect neither. This paper provides recommendations accordingly.展开更多
