The first is the comparison of the GPS precipitable water vapor between final ephemeris and ultra-rapid ephemeris for which the relative coefficient is 99.97 and the root mean squares is 0.048 mm. It can be concluded that ultra-rapid ephemeris can be used to get the GPS precipitable water vapor for the real-time prediction. The second is the comparison of precipitable water vapor of GPS stations and the distribution of water vapor in the Wuhan region is acquired. The change of GPS precipitable water vapor and rainfall in a rainfall process are compared and analyzed. The change of GPS precipitable water vapor can reflect and predict the process of rainfall.展开更多

At the authors' res...Multiuser online system is useful, but the administrator must be nervous at security problem. To solve this problem, the authors propose applying signature verification to multiuser online system. At the authors' research, they attempt adding signature verification function based on DP (Dynamic Programming) matching to existing multiuser online kanji learning system. In this paper, the authors propose the construction of the advance system and methods of signature verification, and evaluate performance of those signature verification methods that difference is combination of using features. From signature verification's experimental results, the authors adopted to use writing velocity and writing speed differential as using feature to verify the writer for the system. By using signature database which is construct with 20 genuine signatures and 20 forged signatures with 40 writers and written mostly by English or Chinese literal, experimental results of signature verification records 12.71% as maximum EER (Equal Error Rate), 6.00% as minimum EER, and 8.22% as average EER. From mentioned above, the authors realized to advance the reliability and usefulness of the multiuser online kanji learning system.展开更多

The desired pr...A mathematical model of the soil pressure system in shield tunneling was proposed to optimize soil pressure control in the soil chamber, based on the constitutive relationship between strain and stress. The desired pressure is determined by using the finite element method. A linear quadratic constant state tracking problem was considered over an infinite time interval. The optimal control law was derived by differentiating the Hamilton function with respect to system input. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed mathematical model and optimal control law, an experimental study on the pressure control of the soil chamber in shield tunneling was conducted in a laboratory. The experiment results show that soil pressure in the soil chamber in shield tunneling can be accurately controlled.展开更多
