In this paper, the Finite Volume Coastal Ocean Model (FVCOM) was employed and configured for 3 dimensional numerical simulations of tide and tidal current based on the field observations in Zhanjiang Bay. The model's results agree well with the field observed data. Based on the well validated model, the hydrodynamic fields of zhanjiang bay area were calculated both before the Donghai Dam constructing and after that. Compared the tidal level, current field, tidal capacity and water exchange ratio before the construction of Dohai dam with those after construction of the dam, we analyzed and get some conclusions of effects of Donghai Dam on Hydrodynamic environment of the Zhanjiang Bay. 展开更多

探讨血清中α_l-微球蛋白、同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C在2型糖尿病肾病患者检测中的意义 被引量:3

目的探讨对2型糖尿病肾病患者实施相关临床指标进行检测的效果与临床意义。方法方便收集50例2型糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料予以回顾性分析研究,资料收集时间为2015年1月—2016年12月。将这50例患者设为实验组,另从同期在该院接受体检的... 目的探讨对2型糖尿病肾病患者实施相关临床指标进行检测的效果与临床意义。方法方便收集50例2型糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料予以回顾性分析研究,资料收集时间为2015年1月—2016年12月。将这50例患者设为实验组,另从同期在该院接受体检的人群中随机选择50名设为健康对照组。于清晨空腹状态下采集两组研究对象的静脉血,检测同型半胱氨酸以及胱抑素C水平。另收集两组的中段晨尿送检,采用免疫散射比浊法检测α_1-微球蛋白水平。结果两组研究对象在平均年龄以及平均体质量等方面情况基本相同,各项临床指标经比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对两组研究对象的α_1-微球蛋白、同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C水平进行检测,记录检测结果并进行组间统计学比较可得,实验组检测水平分别为(19.85±5.02)mg/L、(15.78±3.12)μmol/L、(1.51±0.45)mg/L,均显著高于对照组的(3.75±1.27)mg/L、(9.12±2.35)μmol/L、(0.62±0.21)mg/L(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病肾病患者的血清中α_1-微球蛋白、同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C指标进行检测可较为直观的了解到患者的肾脏功能损伤情况,为临床诊治提供一定的参考依据。 展开更多

Laboratory Simulation on Phosphorus Releasing near the Water/Sediment Interface in the East China Sea off the Changjiang Estuary

Surface sediment samples taken from the East China Sea off the Changjiang estuary are used as raw materials for phosphorus releasing experiment. It is found that after being thoroughly mixed with seawater for about 10 minutes, phosphorus released from the sediments reaches its maximum value. Adsorption kinetics can be fitted with both Elovich equation and two-constant rate equation. The releasing amount is closely related to the composition of the sediments. Phosphorus release from silty and muddy sediment is higher than from that dominated by sandy composition. For the desorption reaction, iron-phosphorus (Fe-P) is the most active one, with a releasing ratio higher than other phosphorus forms, followed by absorbed-phosphorus (Ad-P) and organic bound phosphorus (OP). All of them can be referred to as bio-available phosphorus. The results demonstrate that phosphorus in sediments can be released into seawater under suitable hydrodynamic conditions, and have a great impact on the nutrition state and primary productivity of marine biosphere. 展开更多

High-resolution seismic profiles and surface samples were studied in detail in order to determine the structures, provenance, and dynamic mechanisms of a fine-grained deposit in the southeast coastal area of the Liaodong Peninsula, China. Results indicate that there is a prominent fine-grained deposit distributed alongshore up to 14 m thick, which thins out to less than 2 m in both seaward and landward directions, forming an fl-shaped pattern of cross-section. The deposit is 180-300 km away from the Yalu River mouth and extends along the southeast coast of the Liaodong Peninsula between the northeast of Dalian Bay and southwest of the Changshan Islands, in water depths of 20-40 m. The deposit, which is mainly derived from the Yalu River, represents a Holocene Highstand System Tract sequence formed since the highest sea level around 7.0 ka. The Yalu River-derived sediments were redeposited in the area off the southeast coast of the Liaodong Peninsula after resuspension and transportation by the Liaonan Coastal Current. 展开更多

This research on the influence of sediment resuspension on the flux of materials in the margin of the East China Sea showed that the sediment resuspension rates, was 47.40%-79.18% in the surface layers, and 72.75%-96.96% in the bottom layers.The research confirmed that the Changjiang River runoff and the eddy area upwelling flow near 125°E were two important factors affecting the sediment resuspension in summer; the transformation of DOC to POC through the flocculation in the transitional region (123°-124°E) was also confirmed by comparison of the resuspension rate. The sediment resuspension was shown to be influenced by the seasonal factor, especially in the surface layer. 展开更多

Estuaries are environments where freshwater and seawater mix and they display various salinity profiles.The construction of river barrages and dams has rapidly changed these environments and has had a wide range of impacts on plankton communities.To understand the dynamics of such communities,researchers need accurate and rapid techniques for detecting plankton species.We evaluated the diversity of eukaryotic plankton over a salinity gradient by applying a metagenomics tool at the Nakdong River estuary in Korea.Environmental samples were collected on three dates during summer and autumn of 2011 at the Eulsukdo Bridge at the mouth of that river.Amplifying the 18 S rDNA allowed us to analyze 456 clones and 122 phylotypes.Metagenomic sequences revealed various taxonomic groups and cryptic genetic variations at the intra-and inter-specific levels.By analyzing the same station at each sampling date,we observed that the phylotypes presented a salinity-related pattern of diversity in assemblages.The variety of species within freshwater samples reflected the rapid environmental changes caused by freshwater inputs.Dinophyceae phylotypes accounted for the highest proportion of overall diversity in the seawater samples.Euryhaline diatoms and dinoflagellates were observed in the freshwater,brackish and seawater samples.The biological data for species composition demonstrate the transitional state between freshwater and seawater.Therefore,this metagenomics information can serve as a biological indicator for tracking changes in aquatic environments. 展开更多
