以广东省现有的“岸基雷达网综合监控系统”为基础,构建一个服务于海上执法的智能平台。针对构建该智能平台所涉及的关键技术展开分析,包括全省近海20 nmile范围内5万以上海上目标数据10 s实时更新、雷达网数据清洗、船舶航行态势估计... 以广东省现有的“岸基雷达网综合监控系统”为基础,构建一个服务于海上执法的智能平台。针对构建该智能平台所涉及的关键技术展开分析,包括全省近海20 nmile范围内5万以上海上目标数据10 s实时更新、雷达网数据清洗、船舶航行态势估计等。结果表明:(1)采用线性池和连接池技术,可实现全省近海5万海上目标数据10 s实时更新,确保目标数据实时动态入库;(2)建立针对不同目标的检测与数据清洗算法,可解决静态目标、目标断续ID不统一、虚假目标等数据的去除问题,确保实时输入数据的有效性;(3)依据雷达、船舶身份自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)、天气和海浪等数据,可有效地构建基于概率图的船舶航行态势估算模型,实现对小型船舶航行危险、违规违法和导致危险等方面进行智能判断,辅助海上执法。 展开更多

Objective For computer-aided Chinese medical diagnosis and aiming at the problem of insufficient segmentation,a novel multi-level method based on the multi-scale fusion residual neural network(MF2ResU-Net)model is proposed.Methods To obtain refined features of retinal blood vessels,three cascade connected UNet networks are employed.To deal with the problem of difference between the parts of encoder and decoder,in MF2ResU-Net,shortcut connections are used to combine the encoder and decoder layers in the blocks.To refine the feature of segmentation,atrous spatial pyramid pooling(ASPP)is embedded to achieve multi-scale features for the final segmentation networks.Results The MF2ResU-Net was superior to the existing methods on the criteria of sensitivity(Sen),specificity(Spe),accuracy(ACC),and area under curve(AUC),the values of which are 0.8013 and 0.8102,0.9842 and 0.9809,0.9700 and 0.9776,and 0.9797 and 0.9837,respectively for DRIVE and CHASE DB1.The results of experiments demonstrated the effectiveness and robustness of the model in the segmentation of complex curvature and small blood vessels.Conclusion Based on residual connections and multi-feature fusion,the proposed method can obtain accurate segmentation of retinal blood vessels by refining the segmentation features,which can provide another diagnosis method for computer-aided Chinese medical diagnosis. 展开更多

LiFePO4 nanoparticles with different morphologies and sizes were synthesized via a solvothermal method using environmentally benign and low-cost glycerol as the surfactant. The morphology, size, and structure of the particles were found to relate closely to the concentration of glycerol. Oriented linked LiFePO4 nanorods along mostly non-[010] were obtained with the proper concentration of glycerol. The nanorods showed good electronic and ionic conductivities, resulting in superior rate capability and cycling performance. This performance was attributed to the oriented linkages along mostly non-[010], the small particle size along [010], and the occupation of Li at Fe sites. Initial discharge capacities of 162.4 mA.h.g-1 at 0.1 C and 102.1 mA.h.g-1 at 30 C were achieved, with capacity retentions after 500 cycles at 5 and 20 C of 99.5% and 93.2%, respectively. At the rate of 40 C, the solid-solution phase transition dominated during lithiation and delithiation of all samples. 展开更多

As the deep convective clouds(DCCs) over the western Pacific and Indian Ocean warm pool may play different roles in the climate system, variations in DCC properties over these two sectors are investigated and compared... As the deep convective clouds(DCCs) over the western Pacific and Indian Ocean warm pool may play different roles in the climate system, variations in DCC properties over these two sectors are investigated and compared. The DCC intensity and area varies more significantly in the Indian Ocean than the western Pacific sector, while the DCC frequency is comparable in both sectors at the seasonal scale. Although the Indian Ocean sector is strongly dominated by the seasonal evolution, the interannual variations in the two sectors are comparable for all three DCC properties(frequency, intensity, and area). Besides,Walker circulation is closely correlated with the interannual variability of DCCs in both sectors. The Walker circulation strengthens(weakens) as the DCCs shift eastward(westward) over the Indian Ocean sector and westward(eastward) over the western Pacific sector. When more or stronger DCCs occur over the Indian Ocean sector(western Pacific sector), the Walker circulation becomes stronger(weaker) and shifts westward(eastward). Interestingly, the response of the Walker circulation to DCC variability over the warm pool is asymmetry. The asymmetry response of the Walker circulation to the negative and positive DCC anomaly may be related to the non-linearity internal variability of the atmosphere. DCCs over the Indian Ocean sector have a much weaker nonlinear correlation with the Walker circulation than DCCs over the western Pacific sector. 展开更多

In view of the universality of the parallel connection of solar cells and their mismatch problem, in the present paper, we select two shunt solar cells (connected in parallel) as our research object, and use the equivalent one-diode circuit of the solar cell and the analysis of the two-body model. At first, the equations of current and voltage are deduced from the related electrical laws and the circuit diagram of the two solar cells connected in parallel. Then, according to the experimentally measured data of typical single-crystalline silicon solar cells (125 mm×125 mm), we select the appropriate simulation parameters. Following this, by using the photo-generated current, the shunt resistance, and the serial resistance of one of the shunt solar cells and the load resistance as independent variables, in turn, the changing characteristics of each branch current in the two shunt solar cells are numerically discussed and analyzed for these four cases for the first time. At the same time, we provide a simple physical explanation for the modeling results. Our analyses show that these parameters have different impacts on the internal currents of solar cells connected in parallel. These results provide a reference to solve the problem of connecting solar cells and to develop higher efficiency solar cells and systems. Meanwhile, the results will contribute to a better comprehension of the reasons for efficiency loss of solar cells and systems, and deepen the understanding of the electrical of solar cells behavior for high performance photovoltaic applications. 展开更多
