南通经济技术开发区中水回用工程以江苏王子制浆有限公司南通工厂处理后的尾水作为原水,采用气浮、臭氧-活性炭、锰砂滤池、电吸附(ES)、超滤(UF)、反渗透(RO)、电渗析(ED)、蒸发结晶等组合工艺流程,实现了纸浆造纸废水的零排放,出水各... 南通经济技术开发区中水回用工程以江苏王子制浆有限公司南通工厂处理后的尾水作为原水,采用气浮、臭氧-活性炭、锰砂滤池、电吸附(ES)、超滤(UF)、反渗透(RO)、电渗析(ED)、蒸发结晶等组合工艺流程,实现了纸浆造纸废水的零排放,出水各项指标均远优于《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)的相关要求。针对运行过程中发现的澄清池污泥回流缝堵塞等问题,采用增设环形排泥管等技术措施加以解决。该工程总投资为5.48亿元,与排海管道工程相比,节省1/2建设资金,运行费用降低30%。经估算,该工程建成运行后,可节约用水约1 500×10^(4)m^(3)/a,经济效益、社会效益显著。 展开更多

An optimal design of wastewater reuse for a University is concerned in this paper. The raw water and the capacity of wastewater reuse were determined according to the wastewater characteristic of a university; the treatment process was chosen by building a cost-benefit model; and the modeling test was performed about the operation effect of the proposed project and the recommended water quality of reclaimed water. It is estimated that 3.4×10^5 m^3/a tap water and 6.1×10^5 Yuan/a will be saved if the project was put into operation and the proposed project will reduce the total quantity of pollutant efficiently and bring lots of social and economic benefits. 展开更多
