作者对掺氢汽油发动机进行了试验研究和理论分析,并与原汽油发动机进行了台架和装车对比试验。结果表明,在汽油机中添加少量氢后,由于氢起到助燃剂的作用,缩短了着火延迟期,火焰传播速度加快,使发动机燃烧完全,并可实现稀燃。在部分负... 作者对掺氢汽油发动机进行了试验研究和理论分析,并与原汽油发动机进行了台架和装车对比试验。结果表明,在汽油机中添加少量氢后,由于氢起到助燃剂的作用,缩短了着火延迟期,火焰传播速度加快,使发动机燃烧完全,并可实现稀燃。在部分负荷下热效率提高率约为7%~15%,低负荷下提高更为明显;汽油油耗率下降率约为20%~25%,低负荷下下降更为显著。在中等负荷(60%左右负荷)范围下,加氢率在5%左右效果较好,低负荷下加氢率应较大,高负荷下加氢率应小。汽油机加氢后,能够改善燃烧,提高热效率和节省汽油,具有节能、省油和改善排放的效果。 展开更多

Based on the electric vehicle simulator ADVISOR( advanced vehicle simulator), the electric vehicle which has a wheel driving system was developed and named ELVEC. The ELVEC consists of wheel, axle, body, motor/controller, energy storage, power bus, etc. The acceleration, grading, driving speed and fuel economy of the ELVEC are analyzed. The results show that the ELVEC has good dynamic performance and fuel economy. It is suitable for the driving conditions of the start-accelerate-stop and the low speed driving conditions in urban areas. At the same time, the motor performance, energy storage (batteries) and energy management of the ELVEC are simulated. It is concluded that the efficiencies of the motor, batteries and driveline are high, and the energy management and the fuzzy logic control strategy are efficient. 展开更多

In this paper, the boundary value problem (BVP) of 3 D transient eddy current field in the end region in the case that the generator is affected by impact load is specified. Besides, ways to implement discrete methods in both time domain and space domain during the solution of the problem are investigated. The Crank Nicolson scheme is utilized to attain the iterative format of time differential, after taking factors that can ensure both computation precision and stability into consideration. In this paper, the magnetic distribution in the end region of a turbogenerator in the case that the generator is affected by impact load is specified. On the basis of the study of transient eddy current field in the end region of turbogenerator and electromagnetic force of end region winding, this paper analyzes the electromagnetic vibration of the turbogenerator roundly. A 320 MW turbogenerator is taken as an example to specify the electromagnetic force of end region winding and therefore the vibration in the case that the generator is affected by impact load. Some conclusions are drawn on the basis of the specification. Vibration of windings under imaginary faults is simulated, so that the vibration law of the end winding of turbogenerator can be studied further. On the basis of this, the countermeasure against winding vibration can be advanced. 展开更多

Methods \ In the light of basic theory of multibody system dynamics and impact dynamics on the basis of classical theory of impact, R W method is adopted to construct the vehicle occupant system model consisting of fourteen rigid bodies, thirty seven DOFs and slip joints for the simulation. A software named SVC3D(3 dimensional simulation of vehicle crash) is developed in the FORTRAN language. Results\ The results of simulation have a good coincidence with those of tests and the restraint system with low elongation webbing and equipped with pretensioner provides better restraint effect for the occupant. Conclusion\ The model of vehicle occupant multibody system and SVC3D are suitable for use. Occupant should be belted with low elongation webbing to a certain degree and occupant restraint system should be equipped with pretensioner. 展开更多

A novel regenerative braking algorithm based on regenerative torque optimization with emulate engine compression braking (EECB) was proposed to make effective and maximum use of brake energy in order to improve fuel economy.The actual brake oil pressure of driving wheel which is reduced by the amount of the regenerative braking force is supplied from the electronic hydraulic brake system.Regenerative torque optimization maximizes the actual regenerative power recuperation by energy storage component,and EECB is a useful extended type of regenerative braking.The simulation results show that actual regenerative power recuperation for the novel regenerative braking algorithm is more than using conventional one,and life-span of brake disks is prolonged for the novel algorithm. 展开更多

In order to improve the network rate, reliability and flexibility, it adopts high-performance MC9S12XF512 microcontroller of Freescale and FlexRay bus driver TJA1080 of NXP company, and it gives the overall circuit design and software design process of automobile engine control system. The design has the characteristics of simple hardware circuit, high reliability and good real-time performance. Modern automotive petrol engine performance is significantly affected by effective tune-up. Current practice of engine tune-up relies on the experience of the automotive engineer, and tune-up is usually done by trial-and-error method and then the vehicle engine is run on the dynamometer to show the actual engine performance. Obviously the current practice involves a large amount of time and money, and then may even fail to tune up the engine optimally because a formal performance model of the engine has not been determined yet. With an emerging technique, Support Vector Machines (SVM), the approximate per- formance model of a petrol vehicle engine can be determined by training the sample engine performance data acquired from the dynamometer. The number of dynamometer tests for an engine tune-up can therefore be reduced because the estimated engine performance model can replace the dynamometer tests to a certain extent. In this paper, the construction, validation and accuracy of the model are discussed. The study showed that the predicted results agree well with the actual test results. To illustrate the significance of the SVM methodology, the results were also compared with that regressed using multilayer feedforward neural networks. 展开更多

To improve the energy utilization efficiency of internal combustion (IC) engine, exergy analysis was conducted on a passenger car gasoline engine. According to the thermodynamic theory of IC engine, in-cylinder exergy balance model was built. The working processes of gasoline engine were simulated by using the GT-power. In this way, the required parameters were calculated and then gasoline engine exergy balance was obtained by programming on computer. On this basis, the influences of various parameters on exergy balance were analyzed. Results show that, the proportions of various forms of exergy in gasoline engine from high to low are irreversible loss, effective work, exhaust gas exergy and heat transfer exergy. Effective exergy proportion fluctuates with cylinder volumetric efficiency at full load, while it always increases with break mean effective pressure (BMEP) at part load. Exhaust gas exergy proportion is more sensitive to speed, and it increases with speed increasing except at the highest speed. The lower proportion of heat transfer exergy appears at high speed and high load. Irreversible loss is mainly influenced by load. At part load, higher BMEP results in lower proportion of irreversible loss; at full load, the proportion of irreversible loss changes little except at the highest speed. 展开更多

So the section curve should be interpolated through the high accuracy method of circular arc interpolation before NC machining. In order to smooth the connection of adjacent arcs and shorten the NC machining program, an interpolation method based on Chebyshev theory of function approximation is proposed here. According to the analysis of the interpolation error, the algorithm is simple and with high precision. By this way the fewest interpolating circular arc segments can be got, and the manufacture requirement is satisfied with the circular arc interpolating curves. 展开更多
