介绍了国外汽油产品质量现状,对国内外车用燃料标准及炼油装置结构进行了对比分析,指出降低硫,烯烃,苯含最是提高哈石化汽油产品质量的关键。为了做好哈石化汽油产品质量升级工作,提出加大炼油装结构调整力度、发挥现有催化裂化和重整装置能力的建议。

Specifications and Quality of Lube Oil Base Stocks in China

The Chinese standard Q/SHR001-95 for base stocks is compared with the APIspecifications. The viscosity-temperature characteristics of base stock required by lube oil in useand market demand on oil quality are analyzed. The quality indicators of base stocks in China andother countries are compared. A new classification of base stocks in response to the requirements ofmodern lube oil is proposed and the research on new technology to produce premium base stocksmeeting API specification is recommended on the basis of current base stock processing technology.

Strategy on Development of Gasoline and Diesel Standards in China with Reference to Overseas Practice for Upgrading Gasoline and Diesel Quality

This article analyzes the standards for car exhaust emissions and gasoline and diesel quality in Europe and the US. As revealed by the evolution of gasoline and diesel standards in China, the gasoline and diesel compositions of China and the exhaust gas emissions standard are closely related with the specifics of the petroleum refining industry and automotive industry in China. After studying the current situations of gasoline and diesel quality in China while taking into account the commonly accepted practice in the overseas this article raises some suggestions on development of gasoline and diesel standards in compliance with the actual conditions of China.
