目的分析不同处理美洲大蠊油脂提取物的化学成分,为其开发利用提供实验依据。方法用超临界CO2萃取法提取美洲大蠊成虫油脂样品经不同处理后制得各供试品,通过色谱-质谱-计算机联用仪进行分离和定性分析,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各供... 目的分析不同处理美洲大蠊油脂提取物的化学成分,为其开发利用提供实验依据。方法用超临界CO2萃取法提取美洲大蠊成虫油脂样品经不同处理后制得各供试品,通过色谱-质谱-计算机联用仪进行分离和定性分析,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各供试品中各化学成分的相对百分含量并确定美洲大蠊油脂GC-MS分析较优处理方法。结果美洲大蠊非甲酯处理分离和鉴定出13种成分;酸甲酯化处理分离和鉴定出27种成分;碱甲酯化处理分离和鉴定出42种成分。此三种处理方法分离和鉴定出来的化合物均以烷烃类和脂肪酸酯类化合物为主,但在种类与相对含量上有较大差别。结论美洲大蠊油脂化合物含多种化合物,其中以烷烃类和脂肪酸及其酯类化合物为主。美洲大蠊油脂GC-MS分析先进行甲酯化处理能明显优化分析结果。 展开更多

The kinetics of simultaneous transesterification and esterification with a carbon-based solid acid catalyst was studied.Two solid acid catalysts were prepared by the sulfonation of carbonized vegetable oil asphalt and petroleum asphalt.These catalysts were characterized on the basis of elemental analysis,acidity site concentration,the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface area and pore size.The kinetic parameters with the two catalysts were determined,and the reaction system can be described as a pseudo homogeneous catalyzed reaction.All the forward and reverse reactions follow second order kinetics.The calculated concentration values from the kinetic equations are in good agreement with experimental values. 展开更多

Characterization of Glycerol-Extractable Organic Matter from Etna Soils of Different Ages

We characterized humic acids (HAs) and glycerol-extractable organic fractions (GEOFs) extracted from four Andisols, taken from comparable soil-climate conditions on the east side of Mount Etna. The soils were formed on old lava (about 9000 years ago), old tephra (about 8 700 years ago), recent lava (about 2 600 years ago) and recent tephra (about 3600 years ago). A part of the organic matter of the soils, deprived of HAs and fulvic acids (FAs), was isolated by glycerol extraction. The GEOF can not be extracted with alkaline solutions, probably because it is closely bound to the mineral component of the soil. The characterization of the extracted organic fraction was carried out using elementary and functional group analysis and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. About 20 extractions were necessary to extract the HA and FA from the older soils and about 10 extractions to extract them from the younger soils. Data showed that the CEOFs had a greater ash content and a smaller N content, as well as a greater presence of aliphatic compounds and carboxylic groups as compared to the HA extracted from the same soil. The GEOFs extracted from younger soils also had a lower yield, ash and COOH-group content, and were more aliphatic than the GEOF extracted from older soils. Finally, the GEOFs were more closely bound to the amorphous component of the soil ('short-range' minerals) and consequently less subject to biodegradation. 展开更多

Preparation of biodiesel from waste oils containing 72% of free fatty acids catalyzed by a novel Br?nsted acidic ionic liquid 1-sulfobutyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrosulfate([BHSO_3MIM][HSO_4]) was systematically investigated.The optimum molar ratio of methanol to waste oils,catalyst amount,reaction temperature and reaction time were 8/1,10%(based on the mass of waste oils),140°C and 6 h,respectively,under which the obtained yield of biodiesel reached 94.9%.Also,[BHSO_3MIM][HSO_4] as a catalyst still retained around 97% of its original catalytic activity after successive re-use of 5 batches(6 h per batch),showing the excellent operational stability.Moreover,the acidic IL [BHSO_3MIM][HSO_4] was able to ef ficiently catalyze conversions of waste oils with different amounts of FFAs(free fatty acids) into biodiesel,and showed tremendous application potential.Therefore,an ef ficient and environmentally friendly catalyst is provided for the synthesis of biodiesel from waste oils with high acid value. 展开更多
