腹腔镜经腹腔膀胱憩室切除术的临床应用

随着腹腔镜技术的迅速发展，网外关于在腹腔镜下膀胱憩室切除的报道已有较多[1-6]。目前，我同开展的腹腔镜手术涉及了泌尿和生殖系统所有的器官，且已达到了较成熟的水平，其中膀胱手术也在其内，包括经腹腔和经腹腔外手术。近年来，浙江萧山医院应用腹腔镜技术对17例膀胱憩室患者实施了腹腔镜经腹腔膀胱憩室切除术，疗效满意，现报道如下。

《阴道毛滴虫病诊断（WS/T567-2017）》标准解读

阴道毛滴虫是寄生在女性阴道及泌尿道的鞭毛虫,主要引起滴虫性阴道炎,也可感染男性泌尿和生殖系统造成炎症病变,是当今全球最常见的性传播寄生虫性原虫.该病呈世界性分布,人群感染较普遍,据统计全球感染者约1.8亿.人群感染率各地不同,以女性20 -40岁年龄组感染率最高.阴道毛滴虫除引起泌尿生殖系统感染外,也是HIV感染和诱发宫颈癌的危险因素之一.
