However, it has also given rise to legal issues such as false advertising. Investigating the legal responsibilities and remedies for false advertising in cross-border e-commerce is of significant importance for protecting consumer rights, maintaining market order, and promoting the sustainable development of the industry. By comparing the legal regulations on false advertising across different countries, the field of cross-border e-commerce faces multiple challenges in the remedies for false advertising, including the complexity of legal applicability and the difficulty in protecting consumer rights. To address these issues, a series of measures need to be taken, including but not limited to improving laws and regulations, increasing the intensity of punishment, strengthening merchant credit management, and optimizing the protection mechanism for consumer rights. These measures aim to enhance legal regulation, raise the cost of illegal activities, build a credit management system, and improve the mechanism for protecting consumer rights, with the goal of maintaining market order while enhancing legal protection for consumers and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the cross-border e-commerce industry.展开更多
