西方传教士利玛窦曾用他的记忆方法——在脑海中搭建虚拟记忆宫殿——给中国人留下深刻印象,即便当时的他是想以此引起中国人对他文化的兴趣,进而引导他们对上帝产生兴趣。在今天,互联网设备持存着我们外化的回忆,成为一座巨大的,充满废墟的宫殿,即便人们会忘记,数据却不说谎。我们的身体曾创造了具身化(embodiment),甚至在古老的记忆术中,具象化的人物形象也作为记忆的媒介出现,它映射着身体隐喻与文化构建之间的关系,但在数字媒体让真实的对方逐渐消失于无形的当下,我们的身体是否还在为持续继续记忆这个世界而发挥着作用?或者说,我们如何走出认知科学的框架,在信息科学和控制论的背景下,寻求一种虚拟身体的替代制造方法,以便重新成为人类?

＂Art of Construction＂ and ＂Building Science＂： Diachronic and Dialectic-The Case Study of Mary＇s Church of the Immaculate Conception of Montecalvario in Naples-Italy

This paper is divided into two parts： a reflection about the diachronical and dialectical relationship between the ＂Art of Construction＂ and the ＂Building Science＂, in terms of capability to evaluate structural characteristics and conservative conditions of traditional buildings, especially for buildings of historical or artistic value, using a peculiar approach for planning modem construction （Building Science） or the ancient complex of rules and logics to which a specific building monumental pertains （Art of Construction）. The second part reports a case study of application of this second methodology of approach, concerning the St. Mary＇s Church of the Immaculate Conception of Montecalvario in Naples, an important monumental church situated into the historic centre of Naples, built between 1718 and 1726 by one of the greatest Italian architects of the XVIII century, Domenico Antonio Vaccaro. The building, that presents all the structural and lexical peculiarities of Neapolitan Baroque （central plan, altimetric development of concentric volumes, plastic virtuosity of structural and formal apparatuses）, finds in its formal conception and in its stylistic conception part of its structural vulnerabilities. The study examines the understanding of cracks affecting the Church, also in relation to around historic buildings, in order to determine a diagnosis and to understand how this condition of structural vulnerability could be combined with future seismic strain, having high local seismicity and damages suffered during the earthquakes of the last three centuries.

Numerical verification of geometry control method of the construction for super-span cable-stayed bridge

Taking Sutong Bridge as the object investigated, the correctness of the geometry control method is verified by numerical simulation analysis. Taking the impact of geometric nonlinearity into account, the impacts of structural geo- metric profile induced by temporary loads and temperature field during the construction procedure are investigated. The simulation results indicate that only the stage state of the structure during construction is affected. Satisfied outcome of construction control can be achieved based on ~eometrv control method.

Confronting Inequity in Nigerian Social Milieu： Apprehending Class Stratification in Festus Iyayi＇s Violence

This paper is preoccupied with the delineation of the dialectic of poverty and wealth in Festus Iyayi＇s Violence. The unbridled struggle between the bourgeois and the proletariat in the novel constitutes the onus of the dialectical materialism which underlies an axiomatic focus of societal superstructure. An application of Kenneth Boulding＇s theory of protest to the Nigerian social milieu, poignantly reveals that there is a potent foregrounding of the class stratification between the rich and the poor. The paper will further examine how this dichotomy between the highly placed and the down trodden in the novel has graphically accentuated the poverty index in contemporary Nigeria.

后真相时代的调查美学研究

针对当下后真相时代理性让位于情感、权力知识机构把控真相生产的社会情状,由马修·富勒和埃亚勒·魏兹曼最近提出的“调查美学”,倡导综合运用各种技术手段采集、制作和重建空间证据,质疑官方权威叙事,通过艺术与美学路径实现对社会政治现实的介入和反思。这种美学以“超感美学”为基础,表现为在感觉证据的收集、组织和建构中形成多视角融合的集体感知,将感觉泛化至一切人类或非人存在所具有的本能力量,从而实现对世界更加细致的感知,进而在具有开放认知和审美多样性的感知集合中实现真相的重建,以此批判权力对真相的遮蔽和操纵。这种体现了后人类主义特征的美学形态无疑拓展了传统的美学概念,为美学的当代发展提供了别样的思考。
