法语媒体语境下中国区域国际形象构建研究——以法国《费加罗报》涉浙新闻为例

国际传播能力是衡量一个国家软实力的重要指标,加强国际传播能力建设也成为世界各国的普遍共识和自觉选择。如何让世界更好地了解真实、立体、全面的中国,是亟待传媒界持续深入探讨的重要课题。文章在国际法语媒体语境下,以法国主流媒... 国际传播能力是衡量一个国家软实力的重要指标,加强国际传播能力建设也成为世界各国的普遍共识和自觉选择。如何让世界更好地了解真实、立体、全面的中国,是亟待传媒界持续深入探讨的重要课题。文章在国际法语媒体语境下,以法国主流媒体《费加罗报》涉浙新闻为例,通过梳理该报自中法建立全面战略伙伴关系以来20年间的新闻报道,探讨海外媒体对中国区域国际形象的构建。文章首先采用定量研究方法,对报道数量、报道主题等进行统计和分类,然后与周边省份进行横向比较,对报道态度进行定性分析,得出如下结论:虽然涉浙报道数量比周边四省多,但差距并不明显,相比上海,则存在短期内无法跨越的“鸿沟”;报道主题涉猎较广,但并未充分体现浙江的特点,且正面报道比重有待进一步提升;想要为广大海外民众呈现真实、立体、全面的浙江形象,仍需要时间和努力的积累。针对上述状况,文章建议相关部门重视此问题,主动出击,为自身打造亮点议题,认真看待多语种国际新闻媒体的作用,积极与国外官方媒体、民间自媒体展开对话、交流与合作,旨在做好有温度的国际传播工作,提升中国区域的国际形象和亲和力。 展开更多

文章以法国主流媒体《费加罗报》安徽报道为例,探讨国际法语媒体对中国区域国际形象的建构。对该报2006-2022年17年间新闻报道的梳理和分析显示,有关安徽的报道总体数量较少,增长势头较慢,报道主题涉及范围较广但并未充分体现安徽的特点... 文章以法国主流媒体《费加罗报》安徽报道为例,探讨国际法语媒体对中国区域国际形象的建构。对该报2006-2022年17年间新闻报道的梳理和分析显示,有关安徽的报道总体数量较少,增长势头较慢,报道主题涉及范围较广但并未充分体现安徽的特点,此外正面报道的比例有待进一步提升,尚不能为广大海外民众建构起一个全面、真实的安徽形象。徽州文化、皖江文化、淮河文化等安徽文化的“关键词”,量子通信、人工智能、大科学装置等安徽创新“名片”,一直处于“隐身”状态。针对此类问题,建议有关部门、机构、组织重视国外新闻媒体在中国区域国际形象塑造与建构中的作用,不能忽视英语以外其他语种国际新闻媒体所扮演的重要角色,此外还要积极与国外新闻媒体展开对话、交流与合作。 展开更多

"中国梦"在法语国家的传播涉及欧洲和非洲等多个国家和地区,在很大程度上反映了中国智慧和中国方案在法语国家和地区的受纳状况,但我们对它的认识严重不足。本研究基于批评话语分析理论,采用文本数据分析方法,分析法语国家媒体报道和解读的"中国梦",涉及报道内容、热点和态度。研究发现,法语国家媒体对"中国梦"的关注呈现多维度和持续性特征,且以消极情感略占上风。消极态度体现为质疑"中国梦"的内涵和可实现度,把"中国梦"定型为他们眼中的"恶梦"。研究认为,"中国梦"在法语国家的传播尚未产生我们期望的传播效应,还需要加大对"中国梦"底层文化价值观的叙述,通过国际媒体合作促动代表中华文明价值观的"人类命运共同体"进入目标受众的接受视野,消解偏见,增强"中国梦"解释中国崛起和造福人类话语能力。 展开更多

本研究采用数据驱动的文本分析方法,聚焦非洲法语国家媒体对"一带一路"的报道,分析与该议题相关的报道年度、国家分布、关注热点、情感态度、新闻来源以及报道中反映出的媒体权力。研究发现,非洲法语国家媒体关注的主要是与&q... 本研究采用数据驱动的文本分析方法,聚焦非洲法语国家媒体对"一带一路"的报道,分析与该议题相关的报道年度、国家分布、关注热点、情感态度、新闻来源以及报道中反映出的媒体权力。研究发现,非洲法语国家媒体关注的主要是与"一带一路"相关的经济议题和外交议题,总体态度积极且近三年关注度呈上升趋势。但负面报道依然存在,受法国、美国等西方媒体的影响,非洲法语国家媒体也一定程度上显露出对中国"一带一路"倡议动机的怀疑,将其与地缘扩张、债务外交和资源掠夺联系在一起。从转载频次看,法国媒体对非洲法语国家媒体的影响远大于中国媒体。这说明在非洲法语国家有效推进"一带一路"争取更有利的媒体话语权势在必行。 展开更多

From our observation, the answer to this question ... Unquestionably, anyone born to Urhobo parents, being biologically Urhobo, should speak the Urhobo language. But does everybody born by an Urhobo parent speak Urhobo? From our observation, the answer to this question is clearly "no". Many of the Urhobo people in the Diaspora as well as those at home have chosen to shift from their own language to other languages. Hence Urhobo language has gradually acquired the status of a second language. Therefore, its teaching would also veer away from language teaching methods that are used for first languages. Based on Noam Chomsky's theory of Generative Grammar, aspects of the Urhobo grammar will be treated as we present specifically the verb "edia"/"to be". As it is, it is being presented as a second language bearing in mind the great population of Urhobo people in the Diaspora as well as Mowarin's "miguo generation" of Urhobo children back home in Urhobo land. This being so, the methods applied in this study are the Grammar Translation Method Approach as well as the Direct Method Approach. To facilitate its learning especially for the new generation of Urhobo persons, the poetic approach would also be applied. 展开更多

Many people believe that media have an obviously bad effect on children. More than 1000 studies conducted in the past 40 years show that excessive exposure to media violence causes the violent behavior in real life. Some other researches prove that media contain heavy messages that promote unhealthy habits or antisocial behaviors. This might be true. However, people often overstate the effects of media on children. Media are not the only elements that can lead to children's violence, antisocial behavior and bad habits. Other factors, like society, parents, communities, can also influence their behavior. In fact, if we can control the exposure to media in moderation, our children can benefit a lot from media culture. 展开更多

It becomes a bottleneck to restrict intelligence learning software development. To solve the problem, this paper discuss basic knowledge in speech recognition and studies targeted corpus according to English pronunciation habit of Chinese people. Integrated with oral English learners' requirements with Chinese as native language, this paper applies DTW model-based speech recognition technology for Viterbi decoding speech, then it recognizes and scores through posterior probability. After experiment verification, English pronunciation recognition model in this paper is verified to be reasonable and credible and it can offer learners' timely, accurate and objective evaluation and feedback direction to correct pronunciation errors to improve oral English learning efficiency. 展开更多

Those results reveal that student autonomy in learning is not satisfactory, since learners have difficulty adapting to the new learning mode. If legislators' information competency fails to meet the knowledge challenges of... Pressure-induced legislation occasioned by media discourse is actually the result of an information deficit on the part of legislators. If legislators' information competency fails to meet the knowledge challenges of the modem legal system and its activities, they will be powerless to resist the infiltration of media discourse. The result is that legislative activities are inextricably intertwined with the media; once a particular social issue is catapulted on to the media agenda, legislators have no choice but to fall into line, creating the phenomenon of pressure-induced legislation. The essential characteristic of law is its inherent constancy and stability, whereas pressure-induced legislation often loses the calmness, objectivity, prudence and comprehensiveness proper to law. Such legislative decision-making runs counter to the inherently rational mechanism of legislation and produces unfair and ineffective redistributive results. Pressure-induced legislation highlights the importance of information in public policy choices and institution design. It would be desirable for the whole legal system aimed at evaluating legislative performance to be introduced so as to provide legislators with a sufficient incentive to remodel their information competency and ensure the scientific nature and rationality of legislation. 展开更多
