波动干燥工艺对桦木干燥应力的影响 被引量:1

进行了桦木波动干燥工艺和常规干燥工艺的对比试验。结果表明:波动干燥过程中,在降温干燥阶段,木材厚度方向上温度梯度和含水率梯度方向保持一致。与常规干燥工艺相比,含水率梯度和干燥应力小,可有效避免干燥过程中开裂现象的产生。

为对木材干燥过程中温度和含水率这2个参数进行分析,本文应用开源软件OpenFOAM进行理论建模,修改simple求解器,自定义边界条件;对比桦木干燥过程中温度和含水率的实验数据,验证所建立模型的准确性;依据所建立模型的分析结果,对厚为50~80... 为对木材干燥过程中温度和含水率这2个参数进行分析,本文应用开源软件OpenFOAM进行理论建模,修改simple求解器,自定义边界条件;对比桦木干燥过程中温度和含水率的实验数据,验证所建立模型的准确性;依据所建立模型的分析结果,对厚为50~80 mm、初始含水率为25%的桦木板材的波动干燥工艺进行分析和对比,并针对厚为70 mm的桦木板材的波动干燥工艺进行优化。结果表明,所建立模型的数值计算结果与实验数据的平均误差均控制在5%以内;干燥过程中,随着相应桦木板层厚度的增加,板材含水率梯度模的大小呈递减趋势;对于厚为70 mm、初始含水率为25%的桦木板材适当提升波动干燥冷却阶段的温度,可以优化干燥工艺。 展开更多

The general objective of this work is to analyze energy input in a vacuum process with the incorporation of microwave heating. Thus, necessary criteria for designing an efficient freeze-drying operation are considered through the analysis of strategies based on the combination of different intensities of radiant and microwave heating.The other aim of this research topic is to study the kinetics of drying in relation to mass transfer parameters.Five freeze-drying strategies using both heating systems were used. Consequently, energy input could be related to diffusivity coefficients, temperature and pressure profiles during dehydration of the product and analyzed in comparison to a conventional freeze-drying process. 展开更多

In this paper numerical calculations of the dry and humid air flows in the nozzle are presented. The dry air flow (adiabatic flow) and the humid air flow (flow with homogeneous condensation, diabatic flow) are modeled with the use of Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations. The comparison of these two types of flow is carried out. The influence of the air humidity on the shock wave location and its interaction with the boundary layer is examined. Obtained numerical results present a first numerical approach of the condensation and evaporation process in transonic flow of humid air. The phenomena considered here are very complex and complicated and need further in-depth numerical analysis. 展开更多
