目的:分析山东冰轮医用高压氧治疗过程中出现的压力曲线波动故障原因,提出合理的工程学对策,以提高医用高压氧的临床安全性能。方法:根据医用高压氧工作原理对高压氧在加压、稳压及减压3个阶段中出现的压力曲线波动进行故障原因分析,提... 目的:分析山东冰轮医用高压氧治疗过程中出现的压力曲线波动故障原因,提出合理的工程学对策,以提高医用高压氧的临床安全性能。方法:根据医用高压氧工作原理对高压氧在加压、稳压及减压3个阶段中出现的压力曲线波动进行故障原因分析,提出工程学对策,以降低医用高压氧的故障率。结果:通过对医用高压氧设备的故障分析,发现环境因素和机械性能是导致故障发生的主要因素;针对设备性能的环境适应能力、结构设计以及机械部件性能等进行改进,确保高压氧的正常运行。结论:加大医用高压氧设备研究力度,提高设备对环境的适应能力,注重维修技术人员专业素质培养,可有效降低氧舱的故障率,提高患者治疗效果。 展开更多

The fluctuating components of the torque and speed caused by rotorwinding faults are studied. The models for calculating the fluctuating components are put forward.Simulation and computation results show that the rotor winding faults will cause electromagnetictorque and rotating speed to fluctuate; and fluctuating frequencies are the same and their magnitudewill increase with the rise of the severity of the faults. The load inertia affects the torque andspeed fluctuation, with the increase of inertia, the fluctuation of the torque will rise, while thecorresponding speed fluctuation will obviously decline. 展开更多

A new rotor broken bar fault diagnosis method for induction motors based on the double PQ transformation is pre-sented. By distinguishing the different patterns of the PQ components in the PQ plane,the rotor broken bar fault can be detected. The magnitude of power component directly resulted from rotor fault is used as the fault indicator and the distance between the point of no-load condition and the center of the ellipse as its normalization value. Based on these,the fault severity factor which is completely independent of the inertia and load level is defined. Moreover,a method to reliably discriminate between rotor faults and periodic load fluctuation is presented. Experimental results from a 4 kW induction motor demonstrated the validity of the proposed method. 展开更多

To deal with fault detection and diagnosis with incomplete model for dead reckoning system of mobile robot,an integrative framework of particle filter detection and fuzzy logic diagnosis was devised.Firstly,an adaptive fault space is designed for recognizing both known faults and unknown faults,in corresponding modes of modeled and model-free.Secondly,the particle filter is utilized to diagnose the modeled faults and detect model-free fault according to the low particle weight and reliability.Especially,the proposed fuzzy logic diagnosis can further analyze model-free modes and identify some soft faults in unknown fault space.The MORCS-1 experimental results show that the fuzzy diagnosis particle filter(FDPF) combinational framework improves fault detection and identification completeness.Specifically speaking,FDPF is feasible to diagnose the modeled faults in known space.Furthermore,the types of model-free soft faults can also be further identified and diagnosed in unknown fault space. 展开更多

Wavelet denoising is an effective approach to extract fault features from strong background noise.It has been widely used in mechanical fault detection and shown excellent performance.However,traditional thresholds are not suitable for nonstationary signal denoising because they set universal thresholds for different wavelet coefficients.Therefore,a data-driven threshold strategy is proposed in this paper.First,the signal is decomposed into different subbands by wavelet transformation.Then a data-driven threshold is derived by estimating the noise power spectral density in different subbands.Since the data-driven threshold is dependent on the noise estimation and adapted to data,it is more robust and accurate for denoising than traditional thresholds.Meanwhile,sliding window method is adopted to set a flexible local threshold.When this method was applied to simulation signal and an inner race fault diagnostic case of dedusting fan bearing,the proposed method has good result and provides valuable advantages over traditional methods in the fault detection of rotating machines. 展开更多
