基于数据挖掘与时间序列的用电量波动风险预警模型

为了获取准确的用电量波动风险预警,保障电力系统运行稳定性,研究基于数据挖掘与时间序列的用电量波动风险预警模型。采用模糊C均值聚类算法将历史用电量数据划分为产生波动的用电量数据和未产生波动的用电量数据。针对用电量产生波动... 为了获取准确的用电量波动风险预警,保障电力系统运行稳定性,研究基于数据挖掘与时间序列的用电量波动风险预警模型。采用模糊C均值聚类算法将历史用电量数据划分为产生波动的用电量数据和未产生波动的用电量数据。针对用电量产生波动的用户,根据历史用电量数据,采用基于时间序列的预测方法,考虑长期趋势、季节变化与不规则变动三方面影响因素,预测其在未来一段时间中的用电量数据。构建风险预警模型,将未来时间点预测用电数据同其上下基线进行比较,获取用电量数据走势,提前判断用电量是否会产生波动,若产生波动则进行预警。实验结果显示,所提模型可准确划分用户用电量数据类别,获取准确的用电量预测结果,预警准确率均高于97.5%。 展开更多

A novel method to characterize CMOS process fluctuations in subthreshold current mirrors (SCM) is reported. The proposed model is succinct in methodology and calculation complexity compared with previous statistical models. However,it provides favorable estimations of CMOS process fluctuations on the SCM circuit, which makes it promising for engineering applications. The model statistically abstracts physical parameters, which depend on the IC process, into random variables with certain mean values and standard deviations, while aggregating all the random impacts into a discrete martingale. The correctness of the proposed method is experimentally verified on an SCM circuit implemented in an SMIC 0.18μm CMOS 1P6M mixed signal process with a conversion factor of 100 in an input range from 100pA to lμA. The pro- posed theory successfully predicts - 10% of die-to-die fluctuation measured in the experiment, and also suggests the -lmV of threshold voltage standard deviation over a single die,which meets the process parameters suggested by the design kit from the foundry. The deviations between calculated probabilities and measured data are less than 8%. Meanwhile, pertinent suggestions concerning high fluctuation tolerance subthreshold analog circuit design are also made and discussed. 展开更多

目前窃电行为普遍存在,如何提高用户用电系统的窃电辨识能力是电力公司一直关注的热点问题;随着智能电表在各地区的普及,数据挖掘等大数据分析技术在用电数据处理上的应用越来越受到重视;针对电力公司亟待解决的反窃电问题,在研究支持... 目前窃电行为普遍存在,如何提高用户用电系统的窃电辨识能力是电力公司一直关注的热点问题;随着智能电表在各地区的普及,数据挖掘等大数据分析技术在用电数据处理上的应用越来越受到重视;针对电力公司亟待解决的反窃电问题,在研究支持向量机原理和分析用电数据特性的基础上,将One-class SVM算法引入到疑似窃电判断当中,提出了一种将电量波动特征和One-class SVM结合的窃电辨识模型;首先提出改进的电量数据波动系数来表征电量波动,然后设计了基于One-class SVM窃电辨识方案;提出一种以电量波动系数作为指标选取训练样本的方法,训练得到相应分类模型,通过该模型分析用电数据从而辨别出是否存在窃电行为;算法验证结果表明该方法能提高窃电辨识的准确率和效率,具备一定的实用性。 展开更多

An improved automatic voltage coordination control strategy (AVCCS) based on ;automatic voltage control (AVC) and battery energy storage control (BESC) is proposed for photovoltaic grid-connected system (PVGS) to mitigate the voltage fluctuations caused by environmental disturbances. Only AVC is used when small environ- mental disturbances happen, while BESC is incorporated with AVC to restrain the voltage fluctuations when large disturbances happen. An adjustable parameter determining the allowed amplitudes of voltage fluctuations is introduced to realize the above switching process. A benchmark low voltage distribution system including ]?VGS is established by using the commercial software Dig SILENT. Simulation results show that the voltage under AVCCS satisfies the IEEE Standard 1547, and the installed battery capacity is also reduced. Meanwhile, the battery's service life is ex- tended by avoiding frequent charges/discharges in the control process. 展开更多

The main reasons are that they are too complicated and not economical. However, in the last two decades direct conversion systems have drawn the attention of researchers to their widely distributed energy source due to their simple structure and low cost. The most well-known direct conversion systems presently in use include the Archimedes Wave Swing (AWS) and Power Buoy (PB). In this paper, these two systems were simulated in the same conditions and their behaviors were studied in different wave conditions. In order to verify the simulations, results of the generator of the finite element computations were followed. An attempt was made to determine the merits and drawbacks of each method under different wave conditions by comparing the performance of the two systems. The phenomenon of atomic collapse and revival predicted by Jaynes-Cummings model is demonstrated. Solutions are consis- tent with the precious such as using the operator method. Furthermore, the Jaynes-Cummings Hamiltonian including the anti-rotating term is also solved precisely using this accurate way so that results agree with experiments better. Essences of the anti-rotating term are revealed. We discuss the relations of the phenomenon of atomic collapse and revival with the average photons number, the light field phase angle, the resonant frequency, and the size of coupling constant. The discussions may make one select suitable conditions to carry out experiment well and study the virtual light field effect on cavity quantum electrodynamics. 展开更多

An effective method for investigating diffusion properties in equilibrium systems is discussed. With this method, we demonstrate that for one-dimensional systems, using the indices of particles as the space variable, which has been accepted as a convention, may lead to misleading conclusions. We then show that though in one-dimensional systems there is no general connection between energy diffusion and heat conduction, however, a general connection between heat diffusion and heat conduction may exist. Relaxation behavior of local energy current fluctuations and that of local heat current fluctuations are also studied. We find that they are significantly different,though the global energy current equals the globe heat current. 展开更多
