液晶相控阵是一种新型相控阵,其核心器件是360°移相角电控液晶移相器,而控制液晶移相器的关键部件是偏压波控驱动器。目前,液晶相控阵波束扫描控制方案主要集中在光学、太赫兹和毫米波等领域,鲜有在微波段的研究。针对液晶相控阵需... 液晶相控阵是一种新型相控阵,其核心器件是360°移相角电控液晶移相器,而控制液晶移相器的关键部件是偏压波控驱动器。目前,液晶相控阵波束扫描控制方案主要集中在光学、太赫兹和毫米波等领域,鲜有在微波段的研究。针对液晶相控阵需求,提出了一种微波段液晶移相量与偏置电压关系的计算模型,设计了相应的波束扫描控制系统,并进行了静态指标测试与系统联试。静态测试结果表明,研制的液晶相控阵波束扫描偏压驱动器电压调控范围为0~30 V,电压步进粒度为7.3 mV,输出频率误差小于1 Hz,驱动数据刷新频率大于100 Hz,达到了预期目标,为液晶相控阵实现提供了技术支撑。在系统联试中,液晶相控阵在波控器的控制下波束扫描范围可达±45°。在典型频率下,天线阵波束偏转角度精确,进一步验证了波束控制系统的正确性。 展开更多

围绕吸波器“轻、薄、宽、强”的发展目标,提出一款基于基片集成波导结构的石墨烯超宽带吸波器。将石墨烯材料蚀刻成有图案的周期结构,通过调控外加偏置电压,使其表面阻抗可调,进而设计出一款频率及吸波能力均动态可调谐的吸波器。该器... 围绕吸波器“轻、薄、宽、强”的发展目标,提出一款基于基片集成波导结构的石墨烯超宽带吸波器。将石墨烯材料蚀刻成有图案的周期结构,通过调控外加偏置电压,使其表面阻抗可调,进而设计出一款频率及吸波能力均动态可调谐的吸波器。该器件工作于微波频段,在15.76~41.73 GHz频段内的吸波率大于90%,相对带宽为90.35%,整体厚度仅为1.66 mm,其具有超宽带吸收及低剖面特性。通过调节方阻变化,该器件在17~40.3 GHz频段内有效实现频率动态调谐。随着方阻自140Ω/sq逐渐增大,反射波增加,吸波模式逐渐向反射模式过渡。基于该器件进一步构成2×2阵列,其在15.77~41.33 GHz频段内的吸波率大于90%。在石墨烯和底部ITO之间加载的偏置电压有众多组合,吸收带宽可任意调制。仿真结果显示,该设计具有低剖面、小型化、集成能力强等优势,具有良好的动态可调谐与强吸收特性。 展开更多

In order to filter signal effectively according to selective center frequency, a voltage-controlled dynamic band-pass filter with gain compensation was designed based on voltage-controlled gain wideband amplifier VCA810. The transfer function of the filter was analyzed and gain compensation voltages were given through tests; besides, a system was designed, including the gain compensation circuit and the control voltage circuit, etc. Center frequency will change from 1 kHz to 20 kHz according to control voltage on condition that bandwidth of the filter remains constant. The designed system has the advantages of simple structure, low noise, stable performance and convenient adjustment. 展开更多

An all-digital hybrid current regulation scheme for the single-phase shunt active power filter (APF) is presented. The proposed hybrid current control scheme integrates the deadbeat control and the dual-mode structure repetitive control (DMRC) so that it can offer superior steady-state performance and good transient features. Unlike the conventional schemes, the proposed scheme-based APF can compensate both the odd and the even order harmonics in grid. The detailed design criteria and the stability analysis of the proposed hybrid current controller are presented. Moreover, an improved structure which incorporates the proposed hybrid controller and the resonant controller for tracking specific order harmonics is given. The relationships between the resonant controller and different repetitive control schemes are discussed. Experimental results verify the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed hybrid control scheme. 展开更多

We propose a new method for robust adaptive backstepping control of nonlinear systems with parametric uncertainties and disturbances in the strict feedback form. The method is called dynamic surface control. Traditional backstepping algorithms require repeated differentiations of the modelled nonlinearities. The addition of n first order low pass filters allows the algorithm to be implemented without differentiating any model nonlinearities, thus ending the complexity arising due to the 'explosion of terms' that makes other methods difficult to implement in practice. The combined robust adaptive backstepping/first order filter system is proved to be semiglobally asymptotically stable for sufficiently fast filters by a singular perturbation approach. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the controller designed by the method. 展开更多

We report a low power ASK IF receiver for short-range wireless systems,which includes an AGC loop that compensates the channel attenuation and an ASK detector. A novel current-limited transconductor and feed-forward differential peak detector have been designed to maintain a high compression ratio and fast response for the AGC with lower power consumption. A storage unit with a zero and a feed-forward structure have been introduced into the peak detector to control the damping characteristic of the AGC loop. A rectifier and low-pass filter included in the ASK detector have been integrated into a more compact structure to further lower the power consumption. A circuit configuration and a circuit topologic family of the novel forward mode AC/AC converters with high frequency link are presented. The circuit configuration is constituted of input cycloconverter, high frequency transformer, output cycloconverter, input and output filters. The circuit topologic family includes eight circuit topologies, such as full-bridge-full-wave mode, etc. The bi-polarity phase-shifted control strategy and steady principles are thoroughly investigated. The output characteristics are obtained. By using the bi-polarity phase-shifted control strategy with phase-shifted control between the output cycloconveter and the input cycloconverter, commutation overlap period of the output cycloconverter, and polarity selection of the output filtering inductance current and the input voltage, the leakage inductance energy and the output filtering inductance current are naturally commutated, and surge voltage and surge current of the cycloconverters are overcome. The converters have such advantages as simple topology, two-stage power conversions(LFAC/HFAC/LFAC), bi-directional power flow, high frequency electrical isolation, good output waveforms, and strong ability to stabilize voltage. The converters lay key technical foundation on a new-type of regulated sinusoidal AC power supplies and electronic transformers. The correction and advancement of the converters are well verified by a principle test. 展开更多

A monolithic voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) based on negative resistance principle is presented uti-lizing commercially available InGaP/GaAs hetero-junction bipolar transistor (HBT) technology. This VCO is de-signed for 5GHz-band wireless applications. Except for bypass and decoupled capacitors,no external component is needed for real application. Its measured output frequency range is from 4.17 to 4.56GHz,which is very close to the simulation one. And the phase noise at an offset frequency of 1MHz is -112dBc/Hz. The VCO core dissipates 15.5mW from a 3.3V supply,and the output power ranges from 0 to 2dBm. To compare with other oscillators,the figure of merit is calculated,which is about -173.2dBc/Hz. Meanwhile, the principle and design method of nega-tive resistance oscillator are also discussed. 展开更多

In order to raise the detection precision of the extended binary phase shift keying (EBPSK) receiver, a detector based on the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm (IMPSO) and the BP neural network is designed. First, the characteristics of EBPSK modulated signals and the special filtering mechanism of the impacting filter are demonstrated. Secondly, an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on the logistic chaos disturbance operator and the Cauchy mutation operator is proposed, and the EBPSK detector is designed by utilizing the IMPSO-BP neural network. Finally, the simulation of the EBPSK detector based on the MPSO-BP neural network is conducted and the result is compared with that of the adaptive threshold-based decision, the BP neural network, and the PSO-BP detector, respectively. Simulation results show that the detection performance of the EBPSK detector based on the IMPSO-BP neural network is better than those of the other three detectors. 展开更多

The self-excited vibration problems of maglev vehicle-bridge interaction system were addressed, which greatly degrades the stability of the levitation control, decreases the ride comfort, and restricts the cost of the whole system. Firstly, the coupled model containing the quintessential parts was built, and the mechanism of self-excited vibration was explained in terms of energy transmission from levitation system to bridge. Then, the influences of the parameters of the widely used integral-type proportion and derivation(PD) controller and the delay of signals on the stability of the interaction system were analyzed. The result shows that the integral-type PD control is a nonoptimal approach to solve the self-excited vibration completely. Furthermore, the differential-type PD controller can guarantee the passivity of levitation system at full band. However, the differentiation of levitation gap should be filtered by a low-pass filter due to noise of gap differentiation. The analysis indicates that a well tuned low-pass filter can still keep the coupled system stable. 展开更多

Then, aiming at the conditions that large initial estimation errors and non-Gaussian distribution of state or measurement errors may exist in orbit determination process of the two phases, UPF (unscented particle filter) is introduced into the navigation schemes. By tackling nonlinear and non-Gaussian problems, UPF overcomes the accuracy influence brought by the traditional EKF (extended Kalman filter), UKF (unscented Kalman filter), and PF (particle filter) schemes in approximate treatment to nonlinear and non-Gaussian state model and measurement model. The APF compensates har-monic and reactive power in a three-phase four-wire system. The scheme adopted for control of the four-leg active power filter,a 3-Dimensional Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technique,is presented. The theoretical deduction of a space vector PWM (SVPWM) algorithm is given in this paper. The paper also analyzes the distribution of the volt-age-space vector of the four-leg converter in αβγ coordinates and describes methods to determine the location of the voltage-space vector and to calculate duration time. Finally,the algorithm is implemented in simulation; the results show that the total harmonic distortion (THD) of the three phase-current waveforms is reduced. The neutral wire current,after compensation,is about 0 A showing that the topology of the four-leg shunt APF is feasible and the proposed scheme is effective. 展开更多
