正常胰腺磁共振波谱的应用研究

目的探讨在合理使用呼吸门控B-TFE下正常胰腺磁共振波谱(MRS)的表现,分析波谱形态及其影响因素。方法在3.0T磁共振系统应用呼吸门控B-TFE,单体素点分辨波谱(PRESS)序列采集29名健康志愿者的正常胰腺波谱,分析波谱中脂质(Lip)峰含量与年... 目的探讨在合理使用呼吸门控B-TFE下正常胰腺磁共振波谱(MRS)的表现,分析波谱形态及其影响因素。方法在3.0T磁共振系统应用呼吸门控B-TFE,单体素点分辨波谱(PRESS)序列采集29名健康志愿者的正常胰腺波谱,分析波谱中脂质(Lip)峰含量与年龄、身高体重指数(BMI)的相关性,分析胆碱(Cho)峰显示率与性别、Lip含量的关系。结果人体胰腺MRS谱线采集成功率为90%(26/29)。成功获得的26个MRS中,Lip峰显示率为100%,Cho峰75.9%,胆固醇和不饱和脂肪酸的混合峰(Chol+Unsat)为93.1%。Lip的峰高和峰下面积均与年龄呈正相关(r=0.491、0.519,P<0.01),而与BMI无相关性(r=0.119、0.081,P>0.05)。Cho峰显示率男性(75%,9/12)与女性(86%,12/14)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CHO峰没有显示组中的Lip峰高与峰下面积高于Cho峰中显示组中的Lip峰高与峰下面积(t=2.661、2.353,P<0.05)。结论 3.0T1H-MRS在合理使用呼吸门控B-TFE下,可以检测到正常胰腺的代谢化合物,Lip的含量随正常人群的年龄增加而增高,Cho峰的显示受到Lip峰出现的影响。 展开更多

The seismic records of target response spectrum used in the time-history analysis should be allowed to meet the norms. However, the previous fitting methods of target spectrum are mostly for the situations that the target spectrum is a smooth curve. In many cases, it needs to match unsmooth target spectrum for single determined response spectrum. An adjustment of time history via wavelet packet transform was presented, which is able to fit unsmooth target spectrum. It was found that there is a certain bias between the band center frequency of the component of seismic record after wavelet packet decomposition and the peak frequency of response spectra of wavelet packet components. For this reason, five strategies were presented to select iteration points, and the effects of the five strategies were compared with two calculation examples. It was turned out that the peak frequency of the response spectrum of wavelet packet component can lead to good fitting effect when it is selected as the iteration point. In the iteration process, it shows great promise in fitting non-smooth target spectrum and has a trend of converge. 展开更多

The frequency distribution of different ingredients in-ray spectra,e.g.,photo-peak,fluctuations of counts and Compton region,is separately analyzed.After wavelet transform of-ray spectra,the wavelet coefficients of a photo-peak increase with transforming scales and these coefficients show direct proportion with intensity of peak at determinate scale.A novel algorithm based on wavelet transform is proposed and studied.The results indicate that most of the photo-peaks in multi-spectra can be determined accurately,the-rays energy and intensity of the peak can also be determined.This method has the prospect of being applied in on-line multi-spectra analysis in such fields as radioprotection and nuclear safety monitoring. 展开更多
