Aspergillus niger (3.1858) and Absidia coerulea (3.3538) were found to convert ginsenoside Rg1 efficiently to less polar metabolites. Preparative scale transformation with both fungi Absidia coerulea (3.3538) and Aspergillus niger (3.1858) have resulted in the production of one same metabolite (MT1). Its structure was char-acterized as 6-O-b-D-glucopyranosyl-20(S)-protopanaxatriol (Ginsenoside Rh1) on the basis of its TOF-MS and 1H, 13C NMR spectral data. The biotransformation kinetic curves for Ginsenoside Rg1 and MT1 were reported for the first time, and the biotransformation pathway was proposed.展开更多

At different temperatures, indicators, pH, and other situations, exchange oscillopolarographic titration was used to detect phosphorus, silver, lead, thallium, cobalt, nickel, potassium bromate, potassium ferricyanide sodium tetraphenylborate, hydroxyquinoline. It also can be used in the determination of sulfate in extracted phosphoric acid, vitamin C, and trace mercury in industrial waste water. This method is high sensitive and selective. Further it can omit the separating steps, simplify the testing procedures, save analyte samples, and detect the very weak acids and alkalis. Phenomena are obvious and deviation is negligible.展开更多

On the spot, the stability of surrounding rock is studied by means of experiments on the relationship between the change process (from elastie to plastic failure zone) in surrounding rock of roadway and the change law of acoustic parameters of rock.
