佛波双酯注射液(TPA)含量测定方法改进 被引量:1

目的对佛波双酯注射液的含量测定方法进行改进提高。方法采用HPLC法测定佛波双酯注射液的含量及有关物质,色谱柱由Kromasil KR100-5c18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)改为Shimpack PA-DEAE柱(固定相为二乙氨乙基,规格20mm×10cm,10μm)... 目的对佛波双酯注射液的含量测定方法进行改进提高。方法采用HPLC法测定佛波双酯注射液的含量及有关物质,色谱柱由Kromasil KR100-5c18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)改为Shimpack PA-DEAE柱(固定相为二乙氨乙基,规格20mm×10cm,10μm),流动相由:乙腈-甲醇-水(45:45:10)改为乙腈-甲醇-水(60:35:5),流速为:1ml/min^-1,检测波长为:232nm。结果改进后用HPLC法测定佛波双酯注射液中佛波双酯的含量,佛波双酯在浓度33.5~354.4μg/ml范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.99998);低、中、高3种浓度的方法回收率分别为100.8%、100.6%和100.9%,RSD均小于1.8%(n=3),平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.46。结论本实验方法较原来的含量测定方法更简便、准确,灵敏,线性范围有所提高,相关程度增大,RSD值较原方法更精确,可用于佛波双酯注射液的含量测定,能更有效控制产品质量。 展开更多

目的:探讨参麦注射液对呼吸衰竭患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将30 例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各15 例。2 组均予常规治疗,治疗组加用参麦注射液40 m l加入5% 葡萄糖250 m l中静滴,每日1 次,2 组均连续治疗10~14 日。2 组患者治疗前... 目的:探讨参麦注射液对呼吸衰竭患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将30 例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各15 例。2 组均予常规治疗,治疗组加用参麦注射液40 m l加入5% 葡萄糖250 m l中静滴,每日1 次,2 组均连续治疗10~14 日。2 组患者治疗前后分别测定外周血中T 细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)及可溶性白细胞介素 α受体(SIL 2R)。结果:治疗组治疗后T 细胞亚群(CD3、CD4)显著升高,SIL 2R 明显降低,其降低水平较对照组治疗后降低更显著(P 均< 0.05)。结论:参麦注射液能提高呼吸衰竭患者的细胞免疫功能,有助于缩短病程。 展开更多

目的 研究益气养胎中药对胎儿生长发育的影响 ,并检测孕妇氧自由基及有关指标。方法 选择胎儿宫内发育迟缓 (IUGR)的初产妇 4 7例 ,随机分为治疗组 2 8例 ,对照组 1 9例 ,另选择正常晚孕初产妇2 0例作为正常组 ,均在我院分娩。治疗组... 目的 研究益气养胎中药对胎儿生长发育的影响 ,并检测孕妇氧自由基及有关指标。方法 选择胎儿宫内发育迟缓 (IUGR)的初产妇 4 7例 ,随机分为治疗组 2 8例 ,对照组 1 9例 ,另选择正常晚孕初产妇2 0例作为正常组 ,均在我院分娩。治疗组予益气养胎中药 ,每日 1剂 ,水煎服 ,并予复方丹参注射液及能量合剂静脉滴注。对照组予复方氨基酸注射液及能量合剂静脉滴注。 2组均 7日为 1个疗程 ,疗程间隔 3~ 5日 ,一般用 2~ 4个疗程。观测母体宫高、腹围、体重及新生儿出生体重 ;孕妇血清雌三醇 (E3)及胎盘泌乳素(hPL) ;孕妇血氧自由基 (OFR) ;孕妇血血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、6 酮 前列腺素1 α(6 keto PGF1 α)。结果  1 .治疗组临床有效率 85 .7% ,对照组临床有效率 73.7% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2 .新生儿出生体重治疗组(30 1 8± 35 6 )g ,对照组 (2 86 1± 32 7)g ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2组与正常组 (32 1 5± 386 )g比较均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 3.治疗组孕妇宫高、腹围、体重的每周平均增长速度高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并较正常组快 (P <0 .0 1 )。 4 .治疗前治疗组和对照组孕妇血清E3、hPL均较正常组低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后治疗组虽仍低于正常组 ,但无显著性差异 展开更多

Objective:The aim of the study was to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of high power focused-beam microwave hyperthermia with intrapleural injection of Shapeilin for patients with malignant hydrothorax.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with malignant hydrothorax were divided into group A and group B randomly.All patients underwent indwelling pleural catheter and were treated by intrapleural injection of Shapeilin once three days.Treatment was composed of 3 times injection.Patients of group B received high power focused-beam microwave hyperthermia after injection of Shapeilin.Results:The response rate of group B(79.3%) was higher than that of group A(48.3%)(P < 0.05).Incidence of main adverse reactions,associated with Shapeilin,of two groups including fever and thoracodynia were similar(P > 0.05).Patients of group B didn't encounter severe toxicities of microwave hyperthermia.Conclusion:High power focused-beam microwave hyperthermia combined with intrapleural injection of Shapeilin is effective and tolerable for patients with malignant hydrothorax. 展开更多

A Note on the Solution of Water Wave Scattering Problem Involving Small Deformation on a Porous Channel-Bed

The solution of water wave scattering problem involving small deformation on a porous bed in a channel, where the upper surface is bounded above by an infinitely extent rigid horizontal surface, is studied here within the framework of linearized water wave theory. In such a situation, there exists only one mode of waves propagating on the porous surface. A simplified perturbation analysis, involving a small parameter ε (≤1) , which measures the smallness of the deformation, is employed to reduce the governing Boundary Value Problem (BVP) to a simpler BVP for the first-order correction of the potential function. The first-order potential function and, hence, the first-order reflection and transmission coefficients are obtained by the method based on Fourier transform technique as well as Green's integral theorem with the introduction of appropriate Green's function. Two special examples of bottom deformation: the exponentially damped deformation and the sinusoidal ripple bed, are considered to validate the results. For the particular example of a patch of sinusoidal ripples, the resonant interaction between the bed and the upper surface of the fluid is attained in the neighborhood of a singularity, when the ripples wavenumbers of the bottom deformation become approximately twice the components of the incident field wavenumber along the positive x -direction. Also, the main advantage of the present study is that the results for the values of reflection and transmission coefficients are found to satisfy the energy-balance relation almost accurately. 展开更多

We report a case of hypovascular advanced hepa-tocellular carcinoma (HCC) successfully treated with a novel combination therapy of percutaneous ethanol-lipiodol injection (PELI) and intervention radiology (IVR),lipiodol-targetting IVR (Lipi-IVR). The present case had a hypovascular HCC (3 cm in diameter) located in the S6 region of the liver. Although the tumor was not detectable at all by both of early and late phase of helical dynamic computed tomography (CT),it could be detected by ultrasonography (US) as a low echoic space occupying lesion (SOL) beside the gallbladder and right kidney. Serum levels of alpha fetoprotein (AFP) and AFP-L3 were extremely high. Combination therapy of PELI,firstly reported in our department,and IVR (PELI and IVR,lipiodol-targetting IVR) was performed twice for the treatment. PELI could effectively visualize the location of the tumor for IVR treatment and show the presence of a thin blood vessel branching from the right hepatic artery flowing into the lipiodol deposit. After treatment,the serum levels of AFP and AFP-L3 were rapidly decreased to normal and maintained for more than eight months. Thus,this case expressing the tremendous effect might give us insight into the effectiveness of the novel combination therapy of PELI and IVR for the treatment of hypovascular HCC. 展开更多

The valve used for producing hydrogen cluster jet is a solenoid valve S99 with a nozzle orifice of 0.2 mm diameter. The distance between the nozzle of the valve and the edge plasma is about 1.28 m. A liquid nitrogen cryogenic trap is applied for cooling the valve body and decreasing the working gas temperature. The hydrogen cluster jet used for the experiments is in fact a free jet. For real gases, the adiabatic expansion of gas through a nozzle into vacuum results in substantial cooling in the frame of the moving gas. Atoms or molecules that interact weakly at low temperature can form clusters as a result. Attractive forces between atoms can be hydrogen bonding, 展开更多
