土砂压送泵

在地铁、铁路、公路的隧道、电气线路及上下水等各种管线、沟道、涵洞的地下施工过程中,都有一个土砂向外运送的问题。现在对土砂运送大都采用泥水式和土压式。泥水式是使土砂成为泥浆,再通过排泥管以流体形式排送坑外;土压式则用蓄电池机车或其它搬运车来运送。最近,为了自动运送,节省能耗和有效利用空间,采用土砂压送泵来运送土砂的方式逐渐得到发展。土砂压送泵是掩护筒式掘进机的排土装置,它设置在螺旋输送器的后面,存入土砂溜槽内的土砂通过管道压送至坑外。其主要构造及动作程序如图1、图2所示。

Start pump with pressure achieve the elimination of pressure fluctuations, provide the prerequisites about realizeing stable water injection pressure, and ultimately realize oil field water injection station to be automatic water injection laid a foundation.
