运用“活例”,提高思想政治课教学效果

选用"活例"进行思想政治课教学,能增强教学内容的实践性、客观性,提高思想政治课的教学效果。本文笔者结合自己的教学实践从三方面谈了如何运用"活例"实施教学,并针对"活例"教学中需要注意的问题进行了具体探讨,以期有效提高思想政治课教学效果。

巧用¨活例”,提升课堂实效

“活例”。顾名思义就是活生生的、现实的事例。恰当选用“活例”进行初中思想品德课教学，能使初中思想品德课堂魅力四射．从而激发学生学习兴趣，提高课堂教学实效。本文笔者结合自己近年来新课程的教学实践．来谈谈自己的一些看法和体会。

Gallbladder polyp as a manifestation of hemobilia caused by arterial-portal fistula after percutaneous liver biopsy: A case report

Outpatient percutaneous liver biopsy is a common practice in the differential diagnosis and treatment of chronic liver disease. The major complication and mortality rate were about 2-4% and 0.01-0.33% respectively. Arterio-portal fistula as a complication of percutaneous liver biopsy was infrequently seen and normally asymptomatic. Hemobilia, which accounted for about 3% of overall major percutaneous liver biopsy complications, resulted rarely from arterio-portal fistula We report a hemobilia case of 68 years old woman who was admitted for abdominal pain after liver biopsy. The initial ultrasonography revealed a gallbladder polypoid tumor and common bile duct (CBD) dilatation. Blood clot was extracted as endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) showed hemobilia. The patient was shortly readmitted because of recurrence of symptoms. A celiac angiography showed an intrahepatic arterio-portal fistula. After superselective embolization of the feeding artery, the patient was discharged uneventfully. Most cases of hemobilia caused by percutaneous liver biopsy resolved spontaneously. Selective angiography embolization or surgical intervention is reserved for patients who failed to respond to conservative treatment.

Activity of Angiogenesis Inhibitors in Metastatic Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma:A Case Report

This report describes a patient with metastatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma treated with bevacizumab and nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel.The treatment was well tolerated and led to the stabilization of an aggressive variant of the disease. This case report is the first one that describes the activity of the combination of chemotherapy and bevacizumab in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma.Literature describing the activity of bevacizumab and other agents(thalidomide,lenalidomide,and interferon) believed to possess anti-angiogenic activities is also reviewed.

Fatal liver failure caused by reactivation of lamivudine-resistant hepatitis B virus:A case report

We present a case of fetal liver failure caused by the activation of larnivudine-resistant hepatitis B virus （HBV） nine months after lamivudine treatment. A 57-year old man visited our hospital for the treatment of decornpensated chronic hepatitis B. Lamivudine was started in December 2001. Subsequently, serum HBV was negative for HBV DNA with seroconversion from HBeAg to anti-HBe and improvement of liver function. However, HBV DNA and HBeAg were again detected in September 2002. He was complicated by breakthrough hepatitis and admitted to our hospital in November for severely impaired liver function. Vidarabine treatment was started and serum HBV DNA and alanine aminotransferase （ALT） decreased transiently. However, after the start of m-interferon treatment, HBV DNA level increased and liver function deteriorated. He died 1 mo after admission. An analysis of amino acid sequences in the polymerase region revealed that rtM204I/V with rtLSOI/V occurred at the time of viral breakthrough. After the start of antiviral treatment, rtL180M was detected in addition to rtM204I/V and rtLSOI/V, and became predominant in the terminal stage of the disease. HBV clone with a high replication capacity may be produced by antiviral treatment leading to the worsening of liver function. Antiviral therapy for patients with breakthrough hepatitis in advanced liver disease should be carefully performed.

Vegetation Dynamism in the Mixed Conifer/Broadleaves Species Artificial Stands Crossed by Fire： The Arci Mountain Case Study in Sardinia

Immediate cutting and logging of mixed conifer/broadleaves species in a man-made forest crossed by fire in 2009 in the Arci Mountain in Sardinia can not guarantee as the best post-fire regeneration. The study case reports the differences in the density and in the height of seedlings. The release of damaged Pinus halepensis Mill. stems seems to confirm the tree seeder role of this species.

Early aggressive therapy for severe extensive ulcerative colitis

The current ulcerative colitis （UC） treatment algorithm involves a step-up therapeutic strategy, mainly aiming at inducing and maintaining its clinical remission. Although this therapeutic strategy may seem to be cost-efficient and reduce the risk of side effects, recent trials and case reports have shown that top-down therapy using infliximab induces a rapid clinical response, enhances patient quality of life, promotes mucosal healing, reduces surgeries and indirect cost of treatment for patients with severe UC. Moreover, since long-term treatment with infliximab is safe and well tolerated, early aggressive top-down therapeutic strategy may be a more effective approach, at least in a subgroup of severe extensive UC patients.

The city color life under the concept of humanistic Ecology-- a case study of Clothing, food, shelter and transportation

With the continuous development of social economy, the quality of people＇ s life continuously upgrade, life content has been enriched, but with the development and construction, the city color has been polluted. This paper from the start of the design concept of humanistic ecology, especially current city life construction for example, clothing, food, shelter, transportation and other aspects are highlighted, then summarize and reflect the current construction in the development of city life for human ecology indifference and destruction and color design problems, in-depth study and explore how to make city life color more in line with the humanistic ecology and visual aesthetic demand, puts forward some suggestions and strategies to solve the problems existing, to do some good of the the current city life color design. At last create a more suitable city color environment for the development of human life .

The Application of Mechatronics Technology in Mechanical Engineering and Its Developing Direction

The development of modern science and technology has promoted the overlapping and mutual penetration among different disciplines, which led to the technological innovations in the field of mechanical engineering. The mechatronics technology conforms to the law of development of science and technology in today, and combines the mechanical technology and electronic technology together to integrate the logistics, energy flow and information flow. This paper briefly describes the concept of mechatronics and the elements of mechatronics technology, and elaborates on the application of mechatronics technology in three different areas of the Machinery Industry in the form of living examples, finally introduces the future developing direction of mechatronics technology.

Use of SAR interferometry for monitoring illegal mining activities: A case study at Xishimen Iron Ore Mine

The development and application of the ''digital mine'' concept in China depends heavily upon the use of remote sensing data as well as domestic expertise and awareness. Illegal mining of mineral resources has been a serious long term problem frustrating the Xishimen Iron Ore Mine management. This mine is located in Wu'an county in Hebei province, China. Illegal activities have led to enormous economic losses by interfering with the normal operation of the Xishimen mine and have ruined the surrounding environ- ment and the stability of the Mahe riverbed the crosses the mined area. This paper is based on field recon- naissance taken over many years around the mine area. The ground survey data are integrated with Differential Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (D-InSAR) results from ALOS/PALSAR data to pin- point mining locations. By investigating the relationship between the resulting interferometric deforma- tion pattern and the mining schedule, which is known a priori, areas affected by illegal mining activities are identified. To some extent these areas indicate the location of the illegal site. The results clearly dem- onstrate D-InSAR's ability to cost-effectively monitor illegal mining activities.

Design for the Elderly： Housing and Re-arrangements-- Case Studies in Istanbul

As a consequence of developing technology, various medical developments and environmental factors, the population of elderly people has been rising. Future predictions show a rising trend for designing for the elderly and. In order for seniors to be able to appear in community life, to be self-sufficient and live their lives independently, supportive environments are required. Being able to sustain seniors＇ lives has to be seen as a civic right and architectural design should be considered as a tool to get these rights. As linked to everyday living, homes should be a starting point to get these rights. Being in the core of everyday activities, the spaces in dwellings should meet life-span design criteria. Fundamental principles lying under the aspects of design, dimensions, details, colors and symbols of supportive environments should not be affected from generation gap and senium and should rather aim at this user group. These fundamentals can briefly be listed as, change as less as possible, design for self-sufficiency, communication and socialization. In the paper, the focus is on these fundamental design principles for residential spaces, together with the research of reflections of factors, affecting health, security and mobility deriving from mobility disabilities, perception and memory weakening, specifically to bathroom design.

Sub-acute disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis in a girl diagnosed by CT guided transthoracic needle biopsy: case report and literature review

Primary tuberculosis often occurs in children with the main types of hilar lymphonode tuberculosis or Ghon complex. When pulmonary tuberculosis aggravates and tubercule bacillus invades pulmonary veins, a disseminated disease may occur clinically. One 8-year-old girl presented with hypodynamia and emaciation. CT indicated the disseminated disease and extensive mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy. But she had negative sputum smears and negative PPD test. The bronchi showed inflammatory change in fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy (PTNB) guided by CT was used as a means for the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. The case was rapidly diagnosed as sub-acute disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis with the help of combined CT imagine and histology.

People and Parks in Kenya： Toward Co-Existence？ The Case of Saiwa Swamp and Kakamega Forest Natural Areas

Over the years, protected areas have largely been associated with tourism activities where the global meets the local. Indeed, it is widely acknowledged that ＂parks are for people and forever＂. This implies that conservation areas must serve different and divergent interest groups for posterity. Moreover, amidst the proposal to manage natural resources at a local level, it should be appreciated that the local people have continuously been alienated. This paper discusses the conservation areas of Kakamega Forest and Saiwa Swamp in Western Kenya. Through questionnaire interviews with the local communities and natural area managers, it investigates the link among the local communities, protected areas, and tourism as envisaged in the Ecotourism Kenya motto. It concludes that sometimes tourism can be so close to the local people yet so far. Thus, for this linkage to occur, tourists should be fascinated by the cultural aspect （if provided by the local people） and that the local people should seize the opportunity to benefit from such visits.

Continual Process of Self-Making： Hester Prynne＇s Life Is an Instance of Sublimation

This paper attempts to demonstrate Hester Prynne＇s, in Nathaniel Hawthorne＇s romantic work of fiction The Scarlet Letter （1994）, sublimation of her sexual impulses into identifying with the socially acceptable humanitarian actions, and societal demands in order to avoid the confrontation with the scorn of the people of Boston, her sexual urge, and with her weakness. Hester＇s libidinal energy was channeled into socially approved activities in her self-devoted years that made up her identity and reality. The scarlet letter ceased to be a stigma which once attracted the world＇s scorn and bitterness, later looked upon with reverence, and transformed into a thing to be sorrowed over. She had not ignored a large part of reality of her life （the past and present）. If she ignored her past she would entirely detach it from the present. She integrated her stigma into her life in the continual process of self-making, and thereby projecting herself into the future

Rapideye Images in the Study of Contaminated Areas： The Case of Niccioleta （Tuscansy-ltaly）

Mining activity in Italy has been one of the main productive activities for millennia, particularly in the Tuscany region which has a great mining tradition, unfortunately characterized in the past by a management little interest to environmental problems. The area under study is the disused mine Niccioleta, in Val d＇Aspra, located about 6 km NE of Massa Marittima in the province of Grosseto. The area is characterized by the presence of four major landfills, in which prevail quantitatively fine-grained materials resulting from the treatment by flotation of pyrite. The study of satellite images offers a new approach to the study of environmental problems. The results obtained from the RapidEye images showed the presence of pyrite and chalcopyrite followed from arsenopyrite, as confirmed by the analysis of diffractometer of the samples and by bibliographic data. RapidEye images lend themselves very to be used to monitor areas of disused mining deposits of ores with primary mineralization predominantly sulphides and subject to oxidized characterized by processes of oxidation/dissolution of pyrite sulphide most common and abundant. In fact, the results of this study have highlighted the potential of remote sensing applied to the study of mining areas, noting the possible benefits, both time and cost, which could be obtained by using these techniques.

A Case Study on Korea Telecom Skylife＇s （KTS＇s） Business Model Innovation Based on the Business Model Framework （BMF）

The aim of this paper is to assess business performances of a satellite TV--Korea Telecom Skylife （KTS）---to innovate its business model related to current technical events such as hybrid platform, digital conversion, and Intemet connected TV. For this, a theoretical logic is approached what levels of business model innovations there are, based on the ＂business model framework （BMF）＂ theory by Henry Chesbrough. Based on this theoretical backdrop, this study focuses on KTS＇s approach to utilize technical events to develop its business model and contribute to the company＇s earnings and operating cost expenditure. In conclusion, it will show the feasibility and the limitation to upgrade this firm＇s business model innovation in the smart media business ecosystem based on the last technical event, Internet connected TV.

Application of Planar Seismogenic Structure to the Seismotectonic Method——A Case Study in the Dayao-Yao'an Area

In seismic hazard analysis of nuclear power plant of China there is a need to identify both seismogenic structures and seismotectonic zones. In past practice,the identification of the seismogenic structures was often based on the surface active faults and characterization of linear seismic source. In a situation which shows quite strong non-random seismic activity and lacks surface active faults,it is difficult to evaluate the seismic hazard reasonably. Taking seismogenic structures in the Dayao-Yao'an area as a case study in this paper,we discuss the need and the possibility to apply the planar seismogenic structure to the seismotectonic method. We suggest that the planar seismogenic structure should be considered when applying the seismotectonic method to the seismic risk assessment of nuclear engineering in future.

A Cumulative Proportional Odds Model to Analyze the Influence of Mass Media on Teenagers in Messina

The media are constantly evolving at a breakneck pace and mainly young people, with their flexibility of mind and their continuous curiosity, can better understand the characteristics and potential of such advances. The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between teenagers and media, in order to try to better understand the habits and to conduct analysis on social interactions with young people. In order to evaluate the influence of mass media in the life of the young people, the Statisticians of Messina University decided to perform a statistical survey to evaluate the influence of the media in the life of Messina＇s teenagers. A questionnaire entitled ＂Perceptions of the influence exerted by mass media＂ was administered in some schools. From the methodological point of view, three statistical models were estimated in order to formalize the dependence of the mass media influence by the kind of TV programs, the time spent on TV viewing and computer use and the kind of most used social networks. Since the mass media influence is an ordinal variable expressed by four ordered categories （1 = nothing; 2 = low; 3 = average; 4 = high） we used the Cumulative Proportional Odds Model to formalize the dependence by the potential predictors.

Epididymal metastasis from gastric cancer: a case report

Epididymal metastasis from gastric cancer is extremely rare. We reported one rare case. The 34-year-old male patient was found swelling lumps on his right testicle 6 months after adjuvant chemotherapy. The patient was given another 2 cycles of chemotherapy which followed by DCX regimen after the orchiectomy. The patient is still survival 21 months after radical gastrectomy. Therefore the early correct diagnosis and rational treatment are very important for improving the survival rate of patients.
