“一师一优课、一课一名师”活动效能研究——以湖北省高中化学教师为调查对象

为推动数字教育资源在课堂中的应用与共享,引领教育教学改革,教育部组织实施“一师一优课、一课一名师”活动。为了解教师参与该活动的广度、深度,分析该活动所产生的效能及影响因素,采用三级分层抽样对湖北省1474位高中化学教师进行调... 为推动数字教育资源在课堂中的应用与共享,引领教育教学改革,教育部组织实施“一师一优课、一课一名师”活动。为了解教师参与该活动的广度、深度,分析该活动所产生的效能及影响因素,采用三级分层抽样对湖北省1474位高中化学教师进行调查。研究发现,教师参与该活动的形式多样,参与度较高,参与面广,多数教师的信息技术与课堂教学整合能力大幅提升,执教水平有较大提高,但各地教师活动的参与度与活动效能也存在地区、校际差异。教师的年收入、专业职称及最高学历对活动的参与度具有显著的正向预测作用,而随任教年级、任教学校层级和教师年龄的升高,教师活动参与度呈下降趋势。 展开更多

背景:增强创伤性截瘫患者的自我管理能力,提高其生活自理质量和自我保健意识,是医务工作者面临的新课题。目的:指导创伤性截瘫患者进行安全有效的自我康复护理模式。方法:将64例创伤性截瘫患者随机均分为对照组与干预组,对照组进... 背景:增强创伤性截瘫患者的自我管理能力,提高其生活自理质量和自我保健意识,是医务工作者面临的新课题。目的:指导创伤性截瘫患者进行安全有效的自我康复护理模式。方法:将64例创伤性截瘫患者随机均分为对照组与干预组,对照组进行常规护理指导,干预组在此基础上给予针对性的自我效能感培养,即患者主动、护士被动的模式进行护理支持,3个月后评价患者自理性。结果与结论:培养自我效能给予创伤性截瘫患者支持与教育,可提高患者自理能力,减轻其自理缺陷,增强其自理能力,提高其生活质量。说明通过对创伤性截瘫患者进行自我效能培养,能促进患者主动配合治疗,主动训练,从而促进康复。 展开更多

目的探讨品管圈干预对脑卒中清醒患者早期活动的影响。方法选取意识清醒的脑卒中患者266例为研究对象,根据入院就诊号的先后顺序分为观察组(n=95)与对照组(n=171),观察组行品管圈干预,对照组行常规护理干预。比较干预前后2组患者的早期... 目的探讨品管圈干预对脑卒中清醒患者早期活动的影响。方法选取意识清醒的脑卒中患者266例为研究对象,根据入院就诊号的先后顺序分为观察组(n=95)与对照组(n=171),观察组行品管圈干预,对照组行常规护理干预。比较干预前后2组患者的早期活动自我效能得分、早期活动方式及患者满意度。结果干预前,2组自我效能得分、日常生活活动效能得分、自我管理效能得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组自我效能得分、日常生活活动效能得分、自我管理效能得分分别为(114.20±26.87)分、(56.98±13.38)分及(55.08±11.40)分,高于对照组(96.72±23.26)分、(45.77±11.88)分及(47.80±12.25)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组活动方式有所不同,对照组增加桥式训练;观察组肢体关节活动度训练、体位转移合格率高于对照组,频脉冲电治疗合格率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈干预对脑卒中清醒患者的早期活动具有良好效果,并可提高患者满意度,加快患者肢体功能康复。 展开更多

Adsorption capacity of activated carbon prepared from spent tea leaves (STL-AC) for the removal of aspirin from aqueous solution was investigated in this study. Preliminary studies have shown that treatment with phosphoric acid (H3PO4) increased removal efficiency of STL-AC. Characterizations on STL-AC revealed excellent textural properties (1200 m2.g-1, 51% mesoporosity), as well as distinctive surface chemistry (1.08 mmol.g-1 and 0.54 mmol.g-1 for acidic and basic oxygenated groups, pHpzc = 2.02). Maximum removal efficiency of aspirin observed was 94.28% after 60 rain when the initial concentration was 100 mg.L-1, 0.5 g of adsorbent used, pH 3 and at a temperature of 30 ℃. The adsorption data were well fitted to the Freundlich isotherm model and obeyed the pseudo-second order kinetics model. The adsorption of aspirin onto STL-AC was exothermic in nature (△H = - 13.808 kJ.mol-1) and had a negative entropy change, △S (-41.444 J.mol-1). A negative Gibbs free energy, △G was obtained indicating feasibility and spontaneity of the adsorption process. The adsorp- tion capacity of △C-STL (178.57 mg.g-1) is considerably high compared to most adsorbents synthesized from various sources, due to the well-defined textural properties coupled with surface chemistry of STL-AC which fa- vors aspirin adsorption. The results demonstrate the potential of STL-AC as aspirin adsorbent. 展开更多

The effect of temperature on the properties of boron adsorption-desorption in brown-red soil, yellowbrown soil and calcareous alluvial soil of Hubei Province was investigated with the mobile displacement technique. The experimental data of B adsorption-desorption amounts and reaction t line at 25 and 40℃ were fitted by the zero-order, first-order and parabolic diffusion kinetic equations. The adsorption process was in conformity with the parabolic diffusion law at both the temperatures, and the values of rate constant of the parabolic diffusion equation in B adsorption were 0.138, 0.124 and 0.105 mg kg-1 min-1/2 at 25℃, and 0.147, 0.146 and 0.135 mg kg-1 min-1/2 at 40℃ for the brown-red soil, yellow-brown soil, and calcareous alluvial soil, respectively. The relationship between amount of B desorption and reaction time could be well described by the first-order kinetic equation, and the corresponding values of rate constant were 0.0422, 0.0563 and 0.0384 min-1 at 25℃, and 0.0408, 0.042 3 and 0.0401 min-1 at 40℃ for the brown-red soil, the yellow-brown soil and the calcareous alluvial soil, respectively. Therefore, the desorption process of B might be related to the amount of B adsorbed in soil. The higher the temperature, the lower the amount of B adsorption for the same soil in the same reaction time. The values of the apparent activation energy of B adsorption in the three soils calculated with the rate constants of parabolic diffusion equation were 3.27, 8.44 and 12.99 kJ mol-1, respectively, based on the experimental data of B adsorption amounts and reaction time at 25 and 40℃. 展开更多

Catalytic converting CO2 into fuels with the help of solar energy is regarded as‘dream reaction’,as both energy crisis and environmental issue can be mitigated simultaneously.However,it is still suffering from low efficiency due to narrow solar-spectrum utilization and sluggish heterogeneous reaction kinetics.In this work,we demonstrate that catalytic reduction of CO2 can be achieved over Au nanoparticles(NPs)deposited rutile under full solar-spectrum irradiation,boosted by solar-heating effect.We found that UV and visible light can initiate the reaction,and the heat from IR light and local surface-plasmon resonance relaxation of Au NPs can boost the reaction kinetically.The apparent activation energy is determined experimentally and is used to explain the superior catalytic activity of Au/rutile to rutile in a kinetic way.We also find the photo-thermal synergy in the Au/rutile system.We envision that this work may facilitate understanding the kinetics of CO2 reduction and developing feasible catalytic systems with full solar spectrum utilization for practical artificial photosynthesis. 展开更多
