肝移植出血特点及活化重组人凝血因子VⅡ在移植中的应用(英文)

背景:如何评估肝移植过程中的出血、止血、凝血功能以及使用怎样的止血措施解决凝血问题,目前还没有常规止血指导方案。目的:探讨肝移植过程中各时间段出血特点并观察活化重组人凝血因子VⅡ在肝移植中的应用效果。设计、时间及地点:回顾性病例分析及对比观察实验,2001-04/2006-07中山大学附属第二医院普通外科完成。对象:2001-04/2003-03接受肝移植患者15例为回顾性研究对象;2003-03/2006-07接受肝移植的28例患者,随机均分为2组:活化重组人凝血因子VⅡ组和对照组。方法:对前期15例肝移植患者出血规律进行回顾性分析并统计各个时间段出血特点。对后期28例患者进行对比观察,活化重组人凝血因子VⅡ组移植前10min静脉推注活化重组人凝血因子VⅡ70～80μg/kg,推注速度为3～5min。对照组同样方式推注50mL的生理盐水。主要观察指标:15例接受肝移植患者各时期的出血量;14例患者使用活化重组人凝血因子VⅡ前及用药后30min的凝血酶原时间、活化的部分凝血活酶时间及血总量。结果:广泛渗血是造成肝移植过程中出血的主要原因,在病肝切除阶段的广泛渗血是主要的出血时间段,活化重组人凝血因子VⅡ可以较好地改善多种凝血功能指标,使血栓弹力图指标r,k,α角度和最大振幅及常规指标凝血酶原和部分凝血活酶时间改善。活化重组人凝血因子VⅡ组较对照组移植过程出血明显减少;活化重组人凝血因子VⅡ组较对照组移植时间明显缩短;活化重组人凝血因子VⅡ组14例在观察期间均未发生血栓并发症。结论:肝移植切肝时间相的广泛渗血为肝移植主要出血时间。活化重组人凝血因子VⅡ可以成功的地应用于肝移植。

Effects of Co_3O_4 nanocatalyst morphology on CO oxidation:Synthesis process map and catalytic activity

This study focuses on drawing a hydrothermal synthesis process map for Co3O4 nanoparticles with various morphologies and investigating the effects of Co3O4 nanocatalyst morphology on CO oxidation.A series of cobalt-hydroxide-carbonate nanoparticles with various morphologies（i.e.,nanorods,nanosheets,and nanocubes） were successfully synthesized,and Co3O4 nanoparticles were obtained by thermal decomposition of the cobalt-hydroxide-carbonate precursors.The results suggest that the cobalt source is a key factor for controlling the morphology of cobalt-hydroxide-carbonate at relatively low hydrothermal temperatures（≤ 140℃）.Nanorods can be synthesized in CoCl2 solution,while Co（NO3）2 solution promotes the formation of nanosheets.Further increasing the synthesis temperature（higher than 140 ℃） results in the formation of nanocubes in either Co（NO3）2 or CoCl2 solution.The reaction time only affects the size of the obtained nanoparticles.The presence of CTAB could improve the uniformity and dispersion of particles.Co3O4 nanosheets showed much higher catalytic activity for CO oxidation than nanorods and nanocubes because it has more abundant Co^（3＋） on the surface,much higher reducibility,and better oxygen desorption capacity.

Xenopus Tbx6 mediates posterior patterning via activation of Wnt and FGF signalling

In vertebrates, the patterning of anterior-posterior （AP） axis is a fundamental process during embryogenesis. Wnt and FGF signalling pathways play important roles in regulating the patterning of embryo AP axis. Mouse Tbx6 encodes a transcription factor that has been demonstrated to be involved in the specification of the posterior tissue in mouse embryonic body. Here, we prove that morpholino-induced knockdown of XTbx6 impairs posterior development, indicating the requirement of XTbx6 in this process. Meanwhile, gain of XTbx6 function is sufficient to induce ectopic posterior structures in Xenopus embryos. Furthermore, XTbx6 activates the expression of Xwnt8 and FGF8, which are two mediators of posterior development, suggesting a mechanism by which XTbx6 modulates posterior patterning via Wnt and FGF signalling pathway activation.

Activity optimization method in SPECT:A comparison with ROC analysis

A discriminant method for optimizing activity in nuclear medicine studies is validated by comparison with ROC （received operating characteristic）-curves. The method is tested in 21 single photon emission computerized tomography （SPECT）, performed with a cardiac phantom. Three different lesions （Lb L2 and L3） were placed in the myocardium-wall by pairs fbr each SPECT. Three activities （84, 37 or 18.5 MBq） of 99mTc were used as background. Linear discriminant analysis was used to select the parameters that characterize image quality among the measured variables in the images [（Background-to-Lesion （B/Li） and Signal-to-Noise （S/N） ratios）]. Two clusters with different image quality （P=0.021 ） were obtained. The ratios B/Lj, B/L2 and B/L3 are the parameters used to construct the function with 100% of cases correctly classified into the clusters. The value of 37 MBq was the lowest tested activity for which good results for the B/Li ratios were obtained. The result coincides with the applied ROC-analysis （r=0.89）.

Co-residence in Denmark in 1801

The Danish 1801 census is available in a fully coded and standardised digital version. This makes it possible to analyse the living conditions of the Danes in new ways. A very central aspect of living conditions is household and family. The census is divided by these lines and therefore calculations of household size and complexity are straight forward and this clearly gives one side of the picture. A totally different side is co-residence analysis. This is not straight forward, but because of the standardisation it is doable. By this means, you get a picture of the likelihood that a person of a given age group lives together with specific relatives. It gives an insight into a central part of living conditions and it gives a picture of differences between sexes and urbanisations. The paper brings the two ways of description together and shows that each has something to contribute to the picture of the Danes.

From a Vernacular Photograph to an Icon： The Spirited Face of Gezi Park Resistance

During spring 2013, an important uprising had broken out and marked a historic period for political activism in Turkish memory. Focusing on the afterlives of photographic portraits produced during this “Occupy Gezi Movement”, the paper considers iconized digital portraitures as a peculiar genre of vernacular photography and focuses on its visual language, and cultural codes as a part of the underground resisting culture in daily life. It explores different contexts in which photographic portraits have been used as a tool of protest and their various kinds of remediation from the Gezi Park Protest onwards. Private portraits as an agent of resistance have been creatively modified, recreated, rematerialized and circulated in distinct ways during and after the protest： from city walls as stencils, stickers, and graffiti （in actual public spaces） to Facebook profile walls as online digital re-mastering （virtual spheres）. This article concentrates on aesthetics of such iconized digital photographic portraitures in contemporary Turkey. It particularly focuses on one of the instances that have labeled the Occupy Gezi Movement： the death of Berkin Elvan, who turned 15 while in a coma who has been struck in the head by a tear gas canister, fired by police, while on his way to buy bread. This case has been a catalyst for further demonstrations against Turkey＇s ruling party and turned Elvan＇s high-spirited face and dark eyebrows, to one of the strong symbols of the resistance. The teenage boy＇s injury during the protests, his birthday while he was in a coma at the hospital, his death, funeral and commemorations have been stress points in which his photographic portrait have been modified and redesigned according to the occasion and circulated widely. The image of the youth symbol of the struggle and the different kinds of cultural work his photograph have performed is the main focus of this research. The digital social afterlives of Elvan＇s iconized imagery as illustrations and drawings; as stencils and graffiti at streets; as posters and framed photographs in political performances carried around in public spaces and commemorative acts; and as digital data circulated in social media both consisting of indexical and iconic dements regarding their photographic features. This transformation of the single analog vernacular photograph of Elvan to various digital versions and continuous re-interpretation and re-materialization is discussed depending on the local history of the occasion and the critical literature on photographic history and theories of photographic vernacularity. This research makes use of data collecting methods that netnographic research methodology uses. The paper focuses on the ways local vernacularity is historically produced and evolved in this particular time of Gezi Park Resistance.

Geopoetical Analysis of Livonia During The Great Northern War Based on The Last Novik A Historical Novel by Ivan Lazhechnikov

The term geopoetics has a wide interpretation. It is defined as a project of the cultural activity aimed at creating and changing territorial myths and research path, which considers the interaction between literary creativity and geographical space. Defining this term, it is possible to introduce a geopoetical analysis diagram based on three interconnected positions： the writer＇s personality, the universe of an artwork and its characters. The Last Novik--A historical novel by Lazhechnikov analysis example presented on a diagram reveals the relationship between time and space in the literary work, as well as the author＇s interaction with the described events.

Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)reverses renal injury induced by myocardial infarction

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the protection of Danshen{Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)(SM) injection in myocardial infarction(Ml) induced renal damage.METHODS:Forty male C57 mice were divided into control group,Ml group and SM group.In Ml group,the left coronary artery was occluded for 8weeks;the same procedure was used for the SM group,with the additional step of SM(0.2 mL) administered intraperitoneally for 56 days.Before surgery and 8 weeks later,transthoracic echocardiography was performed and urine protein and albumin was measured.At the end of the time,all mice were killed and kidneys removed for reactive oxygen species(ROS) and fibrosis analysis,plasma was collected for blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine determination.RESULTS:Ml slightly decreased renal function and increased production of ROS,accompanied with renal fibrosis.Administration of SM reduced production of ROS and increased renal function,it also reduced renal fibrosis.CONCLUSION:Ml plays a causal role in renal injury and SM exerts renal-protective effects,probably by its antioxidant activities.
