随着图像时代的来临,有关图像的修辞研究开始进入理论视野。对比与语言相关的修辞研究,无论是从具体的实践、本质的属性,还是作为思维方式的表现,图像都是具有修辞性的。图像修辞性的确立不仅涉及对于图像的再认识,还使针对语言和图像... 随着图像时代的来临,有关图像的修辞研究开始进入理论视野。对比与语言相关的修辞研究,无论是从具体的实践、本质的属性,还是作为思维方式的表现,图像都是具有修辞性的。图像修辞性的确立不仅涉及对于图像的再认识,还使针对语言和图像两种符号系统的语图修辞研究成为必然。与这种跨符号系统进行平行比较研究的广义语图修辞研究不同,还应有一种狭义的语图修辞研究来处理语言和图像互相共生转化时的修辞问题,这种研究又可称之为"语图互文修辞研究"。纵观当前对于传统修辞学内容的再探索,艺格敷词和活现法两个修辞学概念成为进行语图互文修辞研究的重要理论视角。 展开更多

Design of a modern automatic control system for the activated sludge process in wastewater treatment 被引量:2

The Activated Sludge Process(ASP) exhibits highly nonlinear properties. The design of an automatic control system that is robust against disturbance of inlet wastewater flow rate and has short process settling times is a challenging matter. The proposed control method is an I-P modi fied controller automatic control system with state variable feedback and control canonical form simulation diagram for the process. A more stable response is achieved with this type of modern control. Settling times of 0.48 days are achieved for the concentration of microorganisms,(reference value step increase of 50 mg·L-1) and 0.01 days for the concentration of oxygen(reference value step increase of 0.1 mg·L-1). Fluctuations of concentrations of oxygen and microorganisms after an inlet disturbance of5 × 103m3·d-1are small. Changes in the reference values of oxygen and microorganisms(increases by 10%, 20% and 30%) show satisfactory response of the system in all cases. Changes in the value of inlet wastewater flow rate disturbance(increases by 10%, 25%, 50% and 100%) are stabilized by the control system in short time. Maximum percent overshoot is also taken in consideration in all cases and the largest value is 25% which is acceptable. The proposed method with I-P controller is better for disturbance rejection and process settling times compared to the same method using PI controller. Cosmopolitan democracy model is presented by David Held, beyond idealistic perspectives of left and right ideologies, mainly with a legal view, and found a global impact. As a prominent theorist in the field of democracy studies, David Held, by integrating the principle of autonomy in the model of constitutional democracy with the principle of participation in the model of participatory democracy, introduces a novel composition named "cosmopolitan democracy" that is a conception of democratic legal relations. Held is the first man who seeks to investigate democracy separated from the ideological models in relation to general human rights and identifies main areas of power in human life. He considers totally seven sets of rights necessarily enabling people to enjoy a free and equal participation in setting their communities. These rights include: right to health, welfare rights, cultural rights, civil rights, economic rights, political rights, and the right to enjoy a peaceful livelihood. Held's ultimate desire is to realize ideals of cosmopolitan democracy model in the global sphere, beyond the lessons of the West and the East. Through rethinking the theoretical and practical frameworks of this theory in today's world, the current paper seeks to study its role in reproducing democratic realism so that it would prepare the ground for the global consensus far from the ideal models. 展开更多

Filling the Gap between Voters and Cryptography in e-Voting

Cryptography is an important tool in the design and implementation of e-voting schemes since it can provide verifiability, which is not provided in the traditional voting. But in the real life, most voters can neither understand the profound theory of cryptography nor perform the complicated cryptographic computation. An e-voting system is presented in this paper to leverage the use of cryptography. It combines the advantages of voting scheme of Moran-Naor and voting scheme based on homomorphic encryption. It makes use of the cryptographic technique, but it hides the details of cryptographic computation from voters. Compared with voting scheme of Moran-Naor, the new system has three advantages: the ballots can be recovered when the voting machine breaks down, the costly cut-and-choose zero-knowledge proofs for shuffling votes made by the voting machine are avoided and the partial tally result in each voting machine can be kept secret. 展开更多

ZnTixFe2-xO4 and ZnTi0.6Fe1.4O4/Carbon nanotubes (ZT0.6F1.4/CNTs) composites were prepared by chemical co-precipitation method. The composition, microstructure, magnetic property, adsorption and photocatalytic activity of the prepared samples were characterized by means of modem analytical techniques. The results indicated that ZT0.6F1.4CNTs composites not only held the original special structure and excellent adsorption properties of CNTs, but also had suitable magnetic property and excellent photocatalytic activity. The removal rate of the samples on Rhodamine B (RhB) depended on the adsorption of CNTs and the photocatalytic degradation of ZTo.6F1.4 in the composites. The maximum adsorption amount (qm) of ZT0.6F1.4/CNTs with the mass ratios of ZT0.6F1.4 to CNTs (mz/c)=l was up to 17.153 mg g-t for RhB, its adsorption behavior was in accord with Langmuir model, and its photocatalytic degradation activity on RhB had a positive correlation with the content of ZT0.6F1.4 in the sample. The experimental results indicate that the total removal rate of composite with rnz/c=l on RhB was more than 95% and the composite had good decontamination capability on industrial dye wastewater. In addition, the samples can be recovered conveniently, activated easily and had good performance for recycling. 展开更多
