流体传压三轴实验的摩擦力分析

本文从实际问题出发,研究了流体传压三轴实验的摩擦问题,较精确地测出了本实验中的高压容器柱塞的摩擦力,测量结果表明,摩擦力基本上与围压成正比,且与柱塞轴向静水压力之比约为0.05.本文还讨论了其它(实时)测量摩擦力的方法.

In the present investigation we have discussed the flow of a Jeffrey-six constant incompressible fluid between two infinite coaxial cylinders in the presence of heat transfer analysis. The governing equations of Jeffrey-six constant fluid along with energy equation have been derived in cylindrical coordinates. The highly nonlinear equations are simplified with the help of non-dimensional parameters and then solved analytically with the help of homotopy analysis method (HAM) for two fundamental flows namely Couette and Generalized Couette flow. The effects of emerging parameters are discussed through graphs. The convergence of the HAM solution has been discussed by plotting h-curves. 展开更多

在高压高温条件下测量岩石弹性波速是获得岩石在地球内部的各种力学和热力学数据的主要途径,也是研究地球内部物质结构和组成的重要手段.近年来,用固体作为传压介质的高压高温岩石弹性波速测量方法发展较快,然而目前各个实验室在高温高... 在高压高温条件下测量岩石弹性波速是获得岩石在地球内部的各种力学和热力学数据的主要途径,也是研究地球内部物质结构和组成的重要手段.近年来,用固体作为传压介质的高压高温岩石弹性波速测量方法发展较快,然而目前各个实验室在高温高压条件下所测量出的岩石弹性波数据,还没有进行过严格的对比.为了对比各实验室的实验测量结果,对3种测量方法进行了比较实验研究,并与流体传压介质透射法的测量结果进行了对比.实验表明,3种测量方法在其适用压力范围内的测量结果都能相互对比.其中Kern所使用的六面体样品脉冲透射法适用于压力温度较低的地壳类岩石样品的测量.柱状样品脉冲反射-透射法在适用压力范围、加热温度和测量精度方面均有一定优势.柱状样品脉冲透射法虽然在压力较低时测量精度较低,但样品长度大,组装简便,适用于样品量大,要求压力较高的实验.因此在实际应用中,后两种方法可进行相互校正和相互补充. 展开更多

Experimental investigation on control and reduction of vibration induced by fluid flow in turbine governing valve

Governing valve is the necessary passage through which steam enters into the steam turbine. Governing valve is the necessary passage through which steam enters into the steam turbine. The instability of the gas flow inside valve is the main reason that can induce the valve vibration, especially the valve rod vibration. In order to reduce the vibration and improve the performance of the governing valve such as the security and economy of the steam turbine, we try to find the method by experimental investigation. As to commonly used governing valve such as ball governing valve in this paper, a number of micro pressure sensors that have high frequencies and nice dynamic capability are employed successfully. The micro sensors are inserted directly in key positions of the valve, such as positions of valve seat throat, valve disc top and so on. The collection and measurement of many different working conditions are carried out and the conclusion of the valve instability is obtained. Therefore, vibration induced by fluid flow is controlled and reduced by means of regulating operation conditions and valve structure. Meanwhile, by numerical simulation of ball governing valve, valve disc adhered flow and asymmetric collision force are considered as main factor to cause oscillation under the condition of small lift as well as small and middle pressure ratio. 展开更多

A new type water-cooled heat dissipater for multiple high-power thyristors in explosion-proof shell used in coal mine was designed, and then, the numerical computation of the three-dimensional steady-state temperature distributions under different working conditions for cooling core was conducted in order to understand in detail the heat transfer performance. Based on the computation results, the temperature differences and the maximum heat transfer rates were given. These results of the study on the heat dissipater lay a basis for optimising its structure design and guiding its operation. 展开更多
