基于响应面分析法的虚拟锚系剖面浮标结构优化设计

针对目前虚拟锚系剖面浮标的设计多集中在控制算法领域,在结构设计上多为直接性试验设计的问题,为简化试验流程、降低成本,针对某款虚拟锚系剖面浮标进行结构优化设计。首先对浮标水下2000 m工况进行有限元静力学仿真分析,得到对其应力... 针对目前虚拟锚系剖面浮标的设计多集中在控制算法领域,在结构设计上多为直接性试验设计的问题,为简化试验流程、降低成本,针对某款虚拟锚系剖面浮标进行结构优化设计。首先对浮标水下2000 m工况进行有限元静力学仿真分析,得到对其应力和变形影响较大的结构参数,设置浮标壳体1、壳体2、壳体3、肋板1、肋板2的厚度为变量,对浮标进行参数化建模,将变量参数值进行区间约束,设置重量、最大应力和最大变形为优化目标,对浮标模型进行响应面优化设计。经过分析得到53组变量参数组合,筛选得到最优化的变量组合。利用优化前后浮标的结构参数,对浮标入水工况进行模拟流体压力分析,检测浮标结构设计合理性,对比显示优化后浮标的最大变形量和最大应力皆有所增大,但仍符合其材料设计要求。最终,参数化建模优化后的浮标重量减少了6.01%,最大应力降低了43.83%,最大变形量增加了0.01325 mm,变形量仍旧符合设计要求。优化过程减少了实际试验次数,降低了生产成本,对虚拟锚系剖面浮标及深海设备的结构优化设计有一定参照意义。 展开更多

The effect of hydrostatic pressure on the vibration dispersion characteristics of fluid-shell coupled structures was studied.Both fluid-loaded cylindrical shells and fluid-filled cylindrical shells were considered.Numerical analysis was applied to solve the dispersion equations for shells filled with or loaded with fluid at various hydrostatic pressures.The results for external pressure showed that non-dimensional axial wave numbers are nearly independent when the pressure is below the critical level.The influence of internal pressure on wave numbers was found significant for the real branch s=1 and the complex branches of dispersion curves.The presence of internal pressure increased the cut on frequencies for the branch s=1 for high order wave modes. 展开更多

Vortex methods have been alternative tools of finite element and finite difference methods for several decades. This paper presents a brief review of vortex method development in the last decades and introduces efficient vortex methods developed for high Reynolds number bluff body flows and suitable for running on parallel computer architectures. Included in this study are particle strength exchange methods, core-spreading method, deterministic particle method and hybrid vortex methods. Combined with conservative methods, vortex methods can comprise the most available tools for simulations of three-dimensional complex bluff body flows at high Reynolds numbers. 展开更多
