荆门重油催化装置外取热器催化剂流动故障原因分析及对策

荆门石化1200kt/a重油催化装置反再结构为高低并列、重叠式两段不完全再生型式,再生器配有一台下流式外取热器。2010年6月26日,外取热器出现催化剂流动故障,表现为催化剂在器内基本停止流动,处于死床状态,影响后果是:由于第一再生器过... 荆门石化1200kt/a重油催化装置反再结构为高低并列、重叠式两段不完全再生型式,再生器配有一台下流式外取热器。2010年6月26日,外取热器出现催化剂流动故障,表现为催化剂在器内基本停止流动,处于死床状态,影响后果是:由于第一再生器过剩热量无法取出,导致再生器超温,装置处理量和掺渣率大幅下降。技术判断认为:外取热器内有部分衬里脱落,堵塞了催化剂流动通道,使催化剂在器内停止流动。为此,制定不停工在线处理技术方案:铺设中压蒸汽反吹线,将外取热器中脱落的衬里吹入第二再生器,打通催化剂流动通道;精细控制第一再生器催化剂进入外取热器的流量,将外取热器进入第二再生器的阀门全开,使催化剂流动更加顺畅;加大外取热器流态化床层流化风流量和催化剂输送立管松动风流量,目的是消除气阻,加快催化剂流动速度。以上方案实施后,外取热器催化剂流动和取热操作逐渐恢复,装置生产转入正常,该处理方案避免了停工处理损失费用共计160万元。 展开更多

Mechanism of petroleum migration and accumulation in western China's superposed basins 被引量:2

In western China, most petroliferous basins are superposed due to their multi-periodic tectonic evolution, and the mechanisms of petroleum migration and accumulation are so complex that much more sophis- ticated methodologies are necessary for depiction of these mechanisms and identification of petroleum occurrences. For this purpose, in this article, a new methodology was formulated which includes: (I) ver- tical identification of petroleum migration and accumulation fluid dynamic systems in the superposed basins; (2) analysis of the effect of large scale regional faults and fault combinations on the fluids exchange between the vertically identified different systems; (3) analysis of petroleum migration and accumulation in each vertically identified system, and establishment of appropriate geological model of petroleum migration and accumulation for each vertically identified system. Using this methodology, the satisfactory results obtained in the Lunnan Uplift of Tarim Basin and Ludong Uplift of Jungar Basin case studies are: (1) existence of different vertical fluid dynamic systems in western China's superposed basins which are very necessary for understanding the mechanism of petroleum migration and accumu- lation; (2) in deep system, long-distance lateral petroleum migration and accumulation mainly take place along the long time exposed unconformity with weathered, fractured or karst reservoir rocks; (3) regio- nal faults are the main conducts for fluids migration from deep system up to middle and/or upper sys- tems. As to middle and/or upper systems, regional faults play a role of "petroleum source". Small faults within middle and/or upper systems conduct petroleum to carrier beds with less impeding force; (4) petroleum migrated from deep system vertically up to middle and/or upper systems will migrate lat- erally in carrier beds of these systems and accumulate to form nools near or far from faults. 展开更多

The effectiveness of a combination of fault current limiter and thyristor controlled braking resistor on power system stability enhancement and damping turbine shaft torsional oscillations has been studied. If both devices operate at the same bus, the stabilization control scheme can be carried out continuously and with flexibility. As a result, the fault currents are limited, and the generator disturbances and the turbine shaft torsional oscillations are converged quickly. In this paper, the effectiveness of the combination of both devices has been demonstrated by considering 3LG (three-lines-to-ground) fault in a two-machine infinite bus system. Also, temperature rise effect of both devices with various resistance values and weights has been demonstrated. Simulation results indicate a significant power system stability enhancement and damping turbine shaft torsional oscillations as well as with allowable temperature rise. 展开更多

Traveling wave differential protection has the ability,in theory,to entirely eliminate the effects of distributed capacitive current,but it cannot be applied on series-capacitor-compensated lines directly.In this paper,unbalanced output of conventional forward and reverse traveling wave differential currents under normal operating conditions and external faults was analyzed.A new type of traveling wave differential current was defined by combining forward and reverse traveling wave differential currents.Expressions of the defined differential current when internal and external faults occur were deduced.On this basis,a new principle of traveling wave module differential protection on series-capacitor-compensated lines was proposed,and characteristics of module differential current under different faults were analyzed.The priniciple is immune to line distributed capacity,series capacitor positions,and presence or absence of MOV breakovers.The validity of this scheme was verified by PSACD simulations. 展开更多
