本试验以研究流化槽烘干机烘干高水分油菜籽的可行性为目的。探讨了油菜籽适烘的干燥介质温度和干燥工艺。通过模拟烘干试验和生产性烘干试验,得出流化槽烘干机烘干高水分油菜籽是可行的;热风温度以控制在160—180℃为宜;种用以不超过14... 本试验以研究流化槽烘干机烘干高水分油菜籽的可行性为目的。探讨了油菜籽适烘的干燥介质温度和干燥工艺。通过模拟烘干试验和生产性烘干试验,得出流化槽烘干机烘干高水分油菜籽是可行的;热风温度以控制在160—180℃为宜;种用以不超过140℃为宜。生产性烘干应采取“干燥—迅即冷却”的干燥工艺。油菜籽经高温快速烘干后,对含油量和发芽率等品质基本无不良影响。 展开更多

以490 t/h燃气锅炉烟气SO_(2)治理为例,介绍了NID脱硫工艺流程及脱硫塔、布袋除尘器、流化槽、混合器等核心设备设计要点和选型选材依据。运行结果表明,Ca/S摩尔比约1.5,进口SO_(2)质量浓度为194.8~199.7 mg/m^(3),出口SO_(2)质量浓度... 以490 t/h燃气锅炉烟气SO_(2)治理为例,介绍了NID脱硫工艺流程及脱硫塔、布袋除尘器、流化槽、混合器等核心设备设计要点和选型选材依据。运行结果表明,Ca/S摩尔比约1.5,进口SO_(2)质量浓度为194.8~199.7 mg/m^(3),出口SO_(2)质量浓度降低至5.3~6.8 mg/m^(3),脱硫效率高达96.6%~97.3%,出口颗粒物质量浓度为0.5~1.2 mg/m^(3),出口SO_(2)和颗粒物质量浓度均远低于超低排放上限值。采用NID脱硫工艺技术,系统占地面积小,操作简单,运行稳定,管理方便,可为今后同类工程设计及应用提供参考。 展开更多

The physical and mathematical model of an operating electrowinning cell was established, and the flow of electrolyte was numerically simulated by the commercial software Fluent. The results indicate that there are two circulations at the surface flow where part of electrolyte backflows to the inlet from the side of cell, and the rest flows directly to the outlet, and the separation of two circulations with opposite direction occurs at the 20th pair of anode-cathode. This phenomenon was observed in the real operation. The electrolyte flows into the space between anode and cathode from the side portion of the cell. Meanwhile, the interelectrode effective flow rate (IEFR) is put forward to describe quantitively the flow field characteristics and is defined as the ratio of electrolyte flow between the anode and cathode to the total flow area. The influences of structure parameters and operating conditions on IEFR, such as the inlet angle, the volumetric flow rate, the inlet position and the height of steel baffles were simulated. The inlet position has a significant influence on the IEFR and its optimal value is 0.9 m below free surface. The inlet angle should be in the range from -10° to 10°. IEFR is in linear proportion with the volumetric flow rate, and the height of the steel baffle has little influence on the flow field. 展开更多

The experiments showed thatthe fluid velocities for the same suspension state were identicaldespite that the power Dissipated per unite mass was not the sameunder different configuration and operation. Numerical simulations of gas–liquid two-phase flow and alumina transport process in an aluminum reduction cell were conducted to investigate the effects of anode configurations on the bath flow, gas volume fraction and alumina content distributions. An Euler–Euler two-fluid model was employed coupled with a species transport equation for alumina content. Three different anode configurations such as anode without a slot, anode with a longitudinal slot and anode with a transversal slot were studied in the simulation. The simulation results clearly show that the slots can reduce the bath velocity and promote the releasing of the anode gas, but can not contribute to the uniformity of the alumina content. Comparisons of the effects between the longitudinal and transversal slots indicate that the longitudinal slot is better in terms of gas–liquid flow but is disadvantageous for alumina mixing and transport process due to a decrease of anode gas under the anode bottom surface. It is demonstrated from the simulations that the mixing and transfer characteristics of alumina are controlled to great extent by the anode gas forces while the electromagnetic forces(EMFs) play the second role. 展开更多

Numerical simulation of enhanced fluid flow characteristics in a three-stage double-stirring extraction tank was conducted with the coupling of an Eulerian multiphase flow model and a Morsi-Alexander interphase drag force model. Results show that the addition of a stirring device into the settler can efficiently reduce the volume fraction of out-of-phase impurity in the outlet, and accelerate the settling separation of oil-water mixture. Such addition can also effectively break down the oil-water-wrapped liquid droplets coming from the mixer, inhibit reflux from the outlet, and improve the oil-water separation. The addition of a stirring device induces ignorable power consumption compared with that by the mixer, and can thus facilitate the commercialized promotion of this novel equipment. 展开更多

A systematic study was conducted on current efficiency (CE), corrosion and structural changes in SnO2-based inert anodes (made of 96wt%SnO2+2wt%Sb2O3+2wt%CuO) on a laboratory Hall-Heroult aluminium cell. The influence of operating parameters and electrolyte composition on the CE and corrosion process were evaluated. The CE was found to be more than 90% and catastrophic corrosion took place at low percent of Al2O3, high percent of LiF, low cryolite ratio and high current densities. From all the structural changes that took place in the SnO2-based inert anodes, we assumed that the most important contribution was due to the migration of CuO towards the outer limits of the constituent grains of SnO2 based ceramic. The complex process occurred during the formation of various phases and their sintering ability both directly depended on Cu/Sb molar ratio. 展开更多

The mixing phenomena of a two-layer density-stratified fluid induced by a jet in a tank are experimentally investigated. The upper and lower fluids are water and a NaCl-water solution, respectively, with the lower fluid issued vertically upward from a nozzle at the bottom of the tank. The jet Reynolds number Re, defined by the jet velocity and the water kinematic viscosity, ranges from 90 to 4,200. The mass concentration of the NaCl-water solution Co is less than 0.08. The flow visualization makes clear the jet behavior relative to the density interface between the upper and lower fluids. The measurement of the concentration distribution of the water paint issued with the jet highlights the effects of Re and Co on the mixing between the jet and the ambient fluid. The measurement of the fluid velocity distribution with a PIV (particle image velocimetry) system successfully elucidates the relationship between the velocity field and the resultant mixing. 展开更多
