本文针对XGI型脉动真空灭菌柜出现的蒸汽倒流故障设计出一种内室气体流向监测报警装置 ,对管道中的蒸汽流向和空气流向进行监测。当出现倒流现象时 ,报警装置发出报警信号 ,提醒工作人员采取措施排除故障。经在两台灭菌柜上使用 。

东北黑土区沟蚀严重且分布面积广,目前对其进行监测大多基于目视解译,自动化程度低,急需一种快速提取方法。本文选取沟蚀严重的黑龙江省宾县马蛇子河流域,基于高分七号影像,以目视解译结果为参照,比较流向边缘检测、机器学习、深度学习... 东北黑土区沟蚀严重且分布面积广,目前对其进行监测大多基于目视解译,自动化程度低,急需一种快速提取方法。本文选取沟蚀严重的黑龙江省宾县马蛇子河流域,基于高分七号影像,以目视解译结果为参照,比较流向边缘检测、机器学习、深度学习3种方法自动提取侵蚀沟的精度。结果表明:①流向边缘检测方法依赖高精度地形数据,高分七号立体像对生成的地形数据垂直精度低,侵蚀沟整体提取精度仅为6.7%,无法用于切沟和浅沟的自动提取;②机器学习方法需要人为设置分割参数并设计分类特征,自动化程度较低,侵蚀沟整体提取精度可达50.7%,对切沟识别精度可达83.1%,但对浅沟识别精度仅为9.2%;③深度学习方法采用端对端的模式,无须人为设计特征提取器,自动化程度高,整体提取精度可达60.8%,对切沟识别精度可达68.1%,对浅沟识别精度可达69.7%。 展开更多

On the basis of Chapman's(2003) model,as the seismic wave incidences angles vary from 0° to 45° while propagating in anisotropic media(HTI),the slow S-wave will sufferred by serious attenuation and dispersion and is sensitive to fluid viscosity but the P-and fast S-waves don't.For slow S waves propagating normal to fractures,the amplitudes are strongly affected by pore fluid.So,the slow S-wave can be used to detect fractured reservoir fluid information when the P-wave response is insensitive to the fluid.In this paper,3D3C seismic data from the Ken 71 area of Shengli Oilfield are processed and analyzed.The travel time and amplitude anomalies of slow S-waves are detected and correlated with well log data.The S-wave splitting in a water-bearing zone is higher than in an oil-bearing zone.Thus,the slow S-wave amplitude change is more significant in water-bearing zones than in oil-bearing zones. 展开更多

An approach of defending against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack based on flow model and flow detection is presented. The proposed approach can protect targets from DDoS attacking, and allow targets to provide good service to legitimate traffic under DDoS attacking, with fast reaction. This approach adopts the technique of dynamic comb filter, yields a low level of false positives of less than 1.5%, drops similar percentage of good traffic, about 1%, and passes neglectable percentage of attack bandwidth to the victim, less than 1.5%. The prototype of commercial product, D-fighter, is developed by implementing this proposed approach on Intel network processor platform IXP1200. 展开更多

The relationship between the conductivity and probe signal of ECT is studied by means of numerical simulation. In this work,a novel conjugate of ractopamine and bovine serum albumin(RAC–BSA)has been developed via the Mannich reaction,with a mole coupling ratio for RAC–BSA of 9:1.The proposed conjugation method provides a simple and one-step method with the use of fewer reagents compared with other conjugation methods for competitive immunoassays.RAC–BSA conjugation was used to fabricate a competitive lateral flow strip test for RAC detection in animal feed.For sample preparation,RAC was spiked in swine feed purchased from the local markets in Thailand,and methanol and running buffer at a volume ratio of 10:90 was used as extraction buffer.The procedures for sample preparation were completed within 25 min.Under optimal conditions,the limit of detection(LOD),assessed by the naked eye within 5 min,was found to be 1 ng/g.A semi-quantitative analysis was also conducted using a smart phone and computer software,with a linearity of 0.075–0.750 ng/g,calculated LOD of 0.10 ng/g,calculated limit of quantitation of 0.33 ng/g,and good correlation of 0.992.The recoveries were found in the range of 96.4%–103.7%with a relative standard deviation of 2.5%–3.6%for intra-and inter-assays.Comparison of the results obtained by the strip test with those obtained by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay had a good agreement in terms of accuracy.Furthermore,this strip test exhibited highly specific RAC detection without cross reactivity with related compounds.Therefore,the RAC–BSA conjugation via the Mannich reaction can be accepted as a one-step and easy conjugation method and applied to the competitive lateral flow strip test. 展开更多
